The lady working INSISTED on finding scrap cloths to match it and he kept politely telling her he did not want to be serviced anymore. She was very rude and would not stop harassing him. I just got a brand new dress and wore it once and went to get it cleaned and it came back with several holes in it. Don't waste your time on this terrible place, their is better stuff down the road. Your clothes (or whatever) are ready when they promise. Nice people. - alterations - I've had pants, jumpsuits and dresses hemmed/taken in and they've been ready on time - oversized - many times I've brought in coats and large comforters (dogs!!!!!!) for cleaning - parking - this is a busy location but there is always parking

Their seamstress did a horrible job and single stitched it. I just brought it back and asked to have their work fixed and they said "it's a lot of work and we need to recharge you." I said I've paid nearly 100 dollars and that when they said the stitches came out because it's old fabric. Mind you they never told me that when they took the job or after I paid them. I just calmly said I would go elsewhere but I do not recommend that place. They cash your check and then tell you to hit the road if you don't like their work. Do not use them.

So, I have one of those laundry sorters with the drop in/removable bags (each bag has 4 fabric tabs…read moreand 2 poles that slide into the tabs to hang). It's pretty old, so the stitching on a few of the bags has come undone. One tore away and the fabric had a 1/2" rip. I don't have a working sewing machine, and even if I did - my skills are super limited. I needed a tailor. I ended up at Julia Cleaners by mistake, actually, when I was headed to another cleaners/tailor and got turned around. Julia Cleaners is newly owned by a Korean woman. She speaks English, so there's no language barrier. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that she wouldn't keep the little pole that goes into the bags. I wanted to make sure that, after sewn, the poles could still be slid in/out. #notaeuphamism Results: The owner not only re-sewed the bags, but she did an excellent job! I can't even identify which one of the fabric tabs had the rip, which is insane to me! I also really liked that they're an eco-friendly/organic dry cleaner. That alone is causing me to bookmark them for the future, since I'm pregnant and don't want myself nor Baby around unnecessary chemicals. Total win for Julia Cleaners - I'm so glad I stumbled upon them!

She went to a board and said "you write bad review on yelp". I said yes, I wrote about my experience, your husband apologized in writing through someone I presume to be a friend of his, and I am here to try again. Out of nowhere, the husband came out and said, "a bad review hurts my business." And I agreed and said that it was truthful, you were aware of my dissatisfaction and you apologized after seeing the review right? I shared my experience and that good and bad experiences should be shared with others. After having this discussion and feeling the tension in the air, I left without service. While I also found this hilarious, I left feeling heard despite having expressed those same sentiments in the store before the review was first written. No one cared until it was shared with others. But in any event, they took it as a lesson learned.

This place was awful! I have a wool sweater that I wear around the house. Now, admittedly I have…read morepets so there was some dog hair on the sweater. It wasn't ridiculously furry, but it did have a dusting. I dropped off the sweater on a Saturday in the early afternoon. The woman behind the counter picked up the sweater with 2 fingers and outwardly grimaced. She was extremely rude. I reluctantly decided to give them a chance anyway. My mistake. She told me that I didn't need it right away. How does she know?! I agreed to pick it up the following Saturday. I gave her my cell number and left. When I stopped before work the following Saturday, she told me it wasn't done. I asked her why i hadn't be called about it not being finished, and she had no answer. I told her to forget it, and just return my sweater. She then told me it wasn't in the store, that it had been sent out to another store. I demanded that she find it and call me when it was in. She told me the soonest would be Tuesday. She then called me that afternoon, and said they had it in the store. They hadn't cleaned it because it was too hairy. I asked why they had kept it a week then, and again she had no answer. I would've been cool if they told me they couldn't do it, but to take it for a week and run me around like that is ridiculous. So I took in 3 dresses, 2 pants and several skirts to have them taken in after I lost some weight. WOW!! So glad I gave this place a try. She made the clothes look brand new and the prices were very fair. What I appreciated the most is that she told me up-front that one of the dresses wouldn't look right after alterations because it was too big (even after taking it in, it wouldn't look right). She advised me not to waste my money and that I should just have it replaced instead of paying for alterations and not liking it. I like the honesty! The other pieces turned out great.
