After multiple instances of my clothes being ruined, it's time to write a review. The owners are…read morekind without a doubt, however, after picking up clothes yet again and not being able to wear them again, it is frustrating, especially when you consider the cost that you paid for it. The most recent pick up, my shirt shrank considerably. I've had other instances where stains (almost bleach like) on 2 pick ups that ruined the clothes. Another instance I was charged around $60+ for a coat that had stains they said they'd removed, they were unable to remove them. Given the multiple mishaps, I will look for another place to have my clothes dry cleaned. At this point it became unacceptable.

I went back in once I realized this, the coat still having the dry cleaning tag on it with my info/order and their company hanger, and the lady said it was going to cost me money to have it repaired. She referenced company policy, so I asked where company policy was stated or displayed regarding this matter and she said "it is common sense." She then stated she "could not trust" me because I did not have history with them. Furthermore, when I first picked up this coat along with the two other sweaters, she tried to up charge me from the initially agreed upon cost to have the three items laundered. She then reverted back to the originally agreed upon price and apologized stating there was a confusion. The sweaters were returned stretched and loose fitting and the button on my coat was broken. Absolutely terrible business practice on multiple different levels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Saber Cleaners & Alterations. Lastly, this is the first Yelp review I have ever made so it should go to show that I took the time out of my day to hopefully WARN anyone of what to expect. First, they are in a very convenient location in south Charlotte and offer an array of dry cleaning services. I'm on the go for business so I like to have my shirts and pants pressed and ready to go, so when I dropped off my items I advised them as to what I'd like accomplished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. To my surprise there was not much of a lead time given they are super busy (I dropped off on a Saturday and 15 shirts and 6 pair of pants were ready by Tuesday). It was very affordable and all items were wrapped very well with a heavier gauge of plastic wrap than I've seen at other cleaners. All aside, very impressed with my initial experience and look forward to using them again!

It's off the side of one of the major surface street roads and has its own parking. The couple who run it are friendly and seem to have a good business. Initially the wife was a little concerned about whether their partner who does pressing could do a full pleat, but after speaking with him, they confirmed it was doable. I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.

I took a black and white dress in to have to cleaned, after a total botch job from our previous cleaners. The white part had beer spilled on it, and when they cleaned it, it turned the entire white section a light brown with splotches. I took it to Quail, and she told me that they would try their best. I got it back in a day or so (their turnaround time is great) and it was as good as new! I was so excited, since I had only worn the dress 2 times, anyways. I have also taken a ton of my husbands stuff to wash and press, and I got it all back the next day. They are great. The pricing, I am not too sure on, but I did a price comparison before I went there the first time, and they were comparable to other cleaners in the neighborhood.
