Curious as to who might be able to help me with this, I spoke with a number of relevant companies in the Reno area (which included buying Bill a beer). Bareknuckle immediately stood out. Working with Bill's team, there is no "black magic". They are a straightforward, pragmatic group, passionate about what they do, willing to answer any questions I have, and they took a very rational approach (with a dollop of creativity) that yielded great results for our brand. My initial impression was spot on, and I can't recommend them enough. At the very least, buy them a beer, and see if it's a fit for you!

I contacted HiTech Consulting after a referral from a friend, and Nick was able to come out the same day and quickly assess - and fix! - my computer! We had a rough experience with our first web developer, a bitter experience that cost us dearly in both time and money as we prepared for the launch of our business. In desperation, I searched for a local WordPress tutor who could help us make some forward movement on the site, which needed to launch in mere weeks. An Internet search led me to Matthew, and we met at a coffee shop. He was a gentle, patient, and very thorough teacher. We decided to switch to Matthew to build and host our site when the other developer wasn't able to complete the project time. The difference in his professionalism and competence was immediate and stunning. I jokingly told my husband that I felt like I had just left a toxic relationship only to meet the love of my life. Matthew is STELLAR. He is responsive, courteous, and professional. He tackled complex problems, researched solutions, and presented a range of options for us to choose. He caught issues, fixed them, and made the website look beautiful. He is an excellent coach, teaching us how to manage and work the website ourselves and building us into a team. And he managed to have a structured website up for us in record time! We have gotten numerous compliments on the beauty of our website: BridgeWoodToys.com Matthew has an excellent eye for design and often caught design elements that we had overlooked.
