I contacted the mobile shop at 9 PM on a Saturday night requesting a service call. They immediately drove 25 miles to meet my daughters and evaluate What was wrong with the car. The person I spoke to quoted me $150 for a service call and told me that if the car needed to be towed, there would be no additional charge. I was very surprised with the fair pricing given the predatory Environment in most towing businesses. when they arrived, they told me that the radiator had a crack and it would need to be replaced. He gave me a very fair quote for the repair and told me that he would tow the car back to the shop and wait for parts. On Monday he contacted my daughters letting them know that he was trying to get the car done by 6 PM so they would have it back. my daughter's contacted me at around 10 PM Monday morning, letting me know that he had driven the car back to UTPB and was downstairs. He provided me with a link to pay for the repairs and the quote that he gave me was exactly what he charged me in the transaction. I would highly recommend this service and will give them a five out of five for customer service, price, integrity, and quality of repair. Even though I was five hours away in Dallas, he made no attempt to "up charge "or unfairly charge me for the work performed. He even gave my daughters. The paperwork for a warranty on the replaced radiator. I am very pleased!

Then today a tow truck shows up and drops it off in front of my house and said the ins didn't want to pay. My ins had the check ready and I had my deductable ready to but, at least i know where my suv is now. All he had to do was call and say he couldn't fix it and not waste my time. On to the next shop.

Took my 1980 corvette in to have motor rebuilt. They would never call me back to let me know when…read morework was done. Got car out and drove 10 miles and it overheated, fans where not hooked up. Took car back to have fans hooked up and the wires to a/c was cut. Never called to tell me when car was ready. Drove 10 miles and car overheated, took it back and was told needed new water pump. Got the water pump took it to him, and never received call when car was fixed. Got car out and it overheated again, he had the belt to water pump on the wrong way. Got that taken care of and never received a call. Went to get car and it overheated again. He said it needed a new radiator and I told him to buy the one he thought was going to work, about a month later checked on car and water pump still was not fixed. About another month checked on car, never receiving call, and was told car was ready to go. Drove car about 200 miles over a months time and used about 3 quarts of oil plus overheated. Took car back when he said he had time and car was there for over a month with no work done to it or phone call about what was wrong with it. Went and got car again drove another 800 miles to get motor broke in and used 5 more quarts of oil. Took car back at his convenience and car sat for over a month and never received call about car, even after calling and leaving messages. Went by to check on car and he got pissed saying he could not work on car for free, and pulled it out of garage scraping the nose. Said he could not work on car for free but I have paid for everything he said it needed. This has all taken a year and half and car is not fixed like it should of been. Will never take another car there.
