And my rear windshield of my Subaru CrossTrek shattered..... I was devastated. I called my insurance agent, and she immediately gave me the # for DJ's AutoGlass in Gorham NH. I called and spoke with DJ ( lovely man!!!), and he had Dennis (very professional, accomodating, and has a terrific sense of humour!) call me back. I drove the car to Gorham 1 hr later ( rain was predicted for the next 6 days....), dropped the car, gave Dennis a huge hug :), and went back the next day to pick the car up! The job done was sensational, ALL shattered glass fragments removed, and a brand new, COMPLETELY clean windshield installed!!! These guys were FABULOUS! Professional, funny, conscientious, and very on the ball..... I give them 5 stars, and hope I NEVER have to see them again :). BUT, any glass repair will be done only by DJ's Glass in Gorham, NH!!!!!!!

I scheduled my service (early December 2021) and they had availability within the same week. I was told to expect to take an hour but they had the entire front windshield replaced within half an hour. The glass was attached, but needed some time to settle, but they gave the ok to drive home, but to just leave the windows cracked for a bit. They have reasonable pricing for the glass and labor and the employees were really nice. I'm a little sad though since I only had the new windshield installed for about 1.5 weeks, before a dang evil rock was sent flying by a truck and cracked the windshield again. I at least know I'll be returning to replace it when I have the funds to do so again.

This is only my second time having to get my windshield repaired, and this time it was a replacement. I wasn't expecting that because GEICO doesn't seem to be aware that Vermont requires a replacement if a crack is more than the size of a quarter, not the usual dollar bill from where I moved. However, before I even learned that I had missed my afternoon appointment and they were happy to reschedule me for the next morning. But when I arrived the next day, that's when I learned I needed a replacement instead of a repair. They were able to schedule me back the very next day. And they did an awesome job! It looks as good as new. The people there are also super professional and friendly every time I've stepped in the place. Hopefully I won't ever need another windshield repair, but I know where I'm going as long as I'm living in Barre!

When I shut the door in a hurry a log split the glass and the nice people at this PG location cut a piece of the pyro glass (a definite upgrade) for a small cost and it was ready that day. They expedited it without a charge which was a lifesaver for us. Anyway, very friendly, understanding staff there and good quality materials of course.

I recently bought a house early July and in the closing agreement 4 windows were to be replaced. I…read morehave tried multiple times to get in touch with Portland glass in Littleton. Finally I had someone come to my house and replace 3 of the 4 windows and then write on the windows "do not use/do not open" because when he was doing the work a part broke, this is fine, it happens .. BUT to not hear from anyone from the company for weeks (In the summer) and when I call over and over I get sent to a voicemail or a women answers and says please hold before you can even talk and then sit anywhere from 10 minutes and up is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. When I finally did get to talk to someone she told me the window for my kitchen was damaged in transit and they have no information on when it will be in(no one called me to tell me this) she said she would get some information and call me back... never got a call back. I've now been on hold again for 15 minutes, to have someone answer and say someone had Covid and they are taking precautions. This has nothing to do with making a phone call out to just give some information I understand being short staffed but to not reach back out to your customers or inform them of what will happening with products that have been paid for to just sit for months/weeks with no call back is absurd. I'm not typically a person to give a bad review but all i asked for was a phone call or email even if the install couldn't be done and i couldn't even get that! I wont personally ever be dealing with them again.
