I waited... and waited... It took a month to hear back, but I finally got a text with a date.... No phone call, just a text. No status update, just a text saying when he would show up to fix my refrigerator. He comes when I'm at work, so my wife had to deal with the install. He worked for around 5 minutes and come to find out, instead of installing a new hinge, he simply drops a screw in the hinge hole and tells my wife that it's the correct fix. I've attached a video of his repair that he charged me a total of $325 for. I can't understand how any business would ever do something so shady and unprofessional. Now I'm out of $320, and my door is worse than when he showed up. Very unprofessional and sneaky. What a dissapointment.
