While she was doing her best, it took almost 20 minutes to get a cold brew coffee (poured from the pitcher over ice...no real-time brewing required). In between making the matcha latte and vanilla latte orders in front of me, she was stopping to take additional orders and payment from new customers. Maybe that is the system that works for her, but it seemed much less efficient. From the business perspective, it meant I waited rather than leaving since I had already paid. Two other groups of customers ordered after me, and waited at least 15 minutes for to-go pastries. Perhaps consider staffing with 2 people on the weekend. Definitely worth a visit and everything I have tried has been delicious. It just may require a bit of patience.

I picked up an assorted set for my mother's birthday, and my mother was overjoyed by the beautiful cakes. The cakes are beautiful and comes in many shapes and 4 flavors. I purchased the tiramisu, strawberry pistachio and blueberry vanilla mini cakes. The shell is so thin and even and the filling is not too sweet (in a good way) and melts in your mouth while having a nice creamy (but not too rich) texture. The owner told me that the cakes are good up to 3 days in the fridge or up to two weeks in the freezer. The cakes are even good when they're a little frozen- they're just more of an ice cream texture. This is strictly a bakery storefront located in a mechanic business park- there isn't any seating- basically just a kitchen, cashier, small cake display, and a large commercial size fridge, so don't expect to enjoy your cakes then and there unless you don't mind eating in the parking lot. My friend got the Croissant Scramble with brisket. The presentation of the croissants when brought to the table blew me away. It was wrapped up in the cutest paper with the ends twisted. The topic of conversation was how good the croissants were. Before we left, we ordered some delicious cookies. The chocolate chips were yummy. So I went the following day and grabbed some pastries! One in particular was the Pecan Bar. The following week, another friend and I stopped in for the Chicken Pesto Omelet. There's a beautiful paper collage on the wall that is quite striking and immediately grabs your attention. In addition, two walls are covered with magazine articles regarding Cinful Sweets. Apparently, they are a pretty big deal with articles in several prominent magazines. The chocolates are displayed in a way that makes you want to select one of each. You are allowed one chocolate sample per visit. Once I tasted the chocolate, I was an instant Cinful convert. The chocolate is rich, smooth and melts in your mouth. I was looking for chocolate for the hubs for our anniversary, and Cinful Sweets was the welcomed choice. My purchases included a red heart, chocolate bear and some sugar treats (ok...I confess, the sugar treats were for me). Smile. I got the opportunity to meet the owner and certified chocolatier Cinthya Romriell. She was super sweet with a genteel demeanor. Cinthya said she trained under some of the world's most renowned chocolatiers. The quality of the chocolate is outstanding. She said most of her clientele are corporate businesses and folks looking for gift giving. In addition, I like the play on words with the chocolate shop...Cinthya minus the "thya" Cinful Sweets.
