I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.

I was told I couldn't just pay for the balloons unless they were blown up. I explained that I didn't even need them fully inflated - they were going in a premade decoration box and so they would be smaller than a standard balloon. I was still told I couldn't I just buy the balloons because "we sell the helium". Well even though I didn't need the helium I asked if I could just pay for that as if they were inflated. The answer "no" it's store policy. So even though I was going to pay for something I wasn't even getting, you still just wouldn't sell balloons?? I have gone here before and thought they were overpriced but came back anyway. But now, never again. I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient.

The way that Will talked about their business and how they approach weddings was exactly what we were looking for. We are all about the music and having an MC and a DJ to help with the flow of the night just made sense. Even though we didn't end up choosing that venue for our wedding we left feeling as if we'd found our entertainment team.  When we met with James to discuss the options for our night we were excited to learn we could also add on a lighting package to make the event even more memorable. After talking through our wedding vision and the type of music we like we were paired with our DJ/MC team. This Is It hadn't been to our venue before so they met us there to make sure that our lighting plans could work with the layout. It was helpful to have James and Chris talk through everything with us.  We were all set to go and then COVID hit. When trying to figure out our new plans we knew that This Is It Entertainment HAD to be part of them. They were one of the top vendors we wanted to make sure to keep.
