A sense of soft elegance came over the room. Pat was there for every step, every detail right down to the food. Every guest commented on how wonderful the food was. The appetizers could have been your meal. The entries were beyond delicious, creamy, flavorful and tender. A big shout out to the wait staff Ashley and Dawn who were on their A game. I will be renting this space again. Thank you for helping us to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Mediocre food and inflated prices. One of our tables was served raw chicken with visible blood inside. But what was even more disappointing was the service or absence of thereof. Instead of helping the guests with cleaning up empty plates from the tables or even simply bringing water bottles they were all busy texting on their phones. I personally had to get up and start taking empty plates from our table after waiting for any staff member to do their job. The restaurant has a great location and is nice inside. But this poor management is actively killing the business.

There was a line for the bar the entire cocktail hour. The food was very OK, not great, but not awful. The evening dragged on and on, we didn't get cake and coffee until 11:30. The sound system also sucked, very hard to hear people doing toasts. There must be better places in Middletown than this.

The cocktail hour was a nice setup and multiple serving stations served tons of food, all delicious. Wide variety of choose from. Seafood, meat carving, Italian apps, & fresh fruit. Plus servers who worked the room with very tasty bites. After that we were herded to the main ballroom. More food! We started with a Gorgonzola walnut salad with a cranberry dressing. Everyone loved it. The main course was a choice of salmon or NY strip . We both had the salmon which was served with a mango sauce, rice pilaf and asparagus on the side. We didn't stay for Venetian hour. We were stuffed and exhausted. My only complaint was there's not enough bathroom facilities for the amount of people. Waited online way too long. Other than that we had a great time!

My wedding on October 23, 2025 at The Park Loft was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment…read morewe began planning, the staff was attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. Creating our wedding with the Park Loft team was a smooth, joyful, and stress‑free process -- exactly what every couple hopes for. The culinary experience was truly unmatched. The chef and sous chef were not exaggerating when they said their food was the best. From cocktail hour to the reception dinner, every dish was exceptional. My guests are still talking about the variety of options and how incredible everything tasted. It was one of the highlights of the entire celebration. The ambiance at The Park Loft is something you simply cannot beat. The space is elegant, warm, and designed to elevate any event. If I had to share one critique, it would be regarding their social media presence. While many weddings before and after ours were showcased on their Instagram page, ours was not -- even after they requested our photo album. It felt a bit disappointing and, honestly, somewhat discriminatory, especially since we were excited to be featured as one of their couples. Additionally, they were strict about certain décor choices. We requested to bring in black chairs to match our color scheme, but were told no, as they only offered brown chairs at the time. It wasn't a major issue for me, and everything still looked beautiful -- but ironically, just a month or two after our wedding, they switched their ceremony chairs to black. Despite those minor frustrations, Alley and the entire Park Loft team were wonderful to work with. They were flexible when we needed wiggle room with décor, planning, and even financing. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience memorable in all the right ways. Overall, I would absolutely consider hosting another event at The Park Loft. The beauty of the venue, the quality of the food, and the dedication of the staff truly set it apart.

All of the hors d'oeuvres were included in the package, and there's a lot. The stations included sushi and sake, pasta, carving, raw seafood, bacon, Mexican, cheese and wine, and more! So many of my guests are still raving about how that was the best cocktail hour/food that they have ever had. Clarks also offers a great selection of main courses and will give guests the option to try another dish on top of the one they selected. We worked with Nicole as our planner and from day 1 we received nothing but 5 star service. She sent us reminder emails when our payments were due, and always responded immediately to any of our emails and questions. She connected with us on a professional and personal level. Judy acted as our Maitre D, and she was so sweet. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly, I honestly can say that absolutely nothing went wrong, or if it did, I had no idea about it. I received a bridal attendant the day of who was by my side the entire night bringing me food, drinks, or anything else I needed. I also had guests coming up to me at the end of the night saying how amazing the staff and service was - which is something that I feel like many people wouldn't notice unless it was exceptional. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. They are known for the stunning sunset on the marina. The ballroom is gorgeous, I purposely picked them for the ambiance and crystal chandeliers. I also saved money since uplighting, tableware, and the beautiful silk flower centerpieces were all included in our package. Clarks cares about their alumni as well, they have a fb group that they will add you in after the wedding and actually hold different events throughout the year for all of their alumni.
