The technicians are polite and professional, but the overall approach feels complacent and reactive rather than thorough or solution-oriented. Homeowners should ask very specific questions about inspection methods, treatment strategy, and whether the goal is actual eradication or just ongoing maintenance. It's an endless loop of reoccurring maintenance contract renewals, with no real maintenance. I'm now seeking a second opinion.
