Good thing we paid for an extended warranty, (or maybe that's a bad…read moresign) but for the fact that we have the constant hassle of taking this thing 50 miles from our house after being told we had a local "Sea Doo"authorized dealer to perform work on the "Sea Doo" boat we bought. We may not have bought it otherwise as this was a major deciding factor. After the issues immediately after we purchased the Sea Doo Switch Sport, then there was a recall on this boat at the end of the year. Had the the boat 1 season.. Took the boat 50 miles to have the recall done and was told it would take a week, for a seal and a sticker. They called the next day to have us pick the boat up. Got the boat home and put it in the water. The boat is now in limp mode and will not go over 5 mph . Called and was told it may be "fouled plug or something in the water intake". Then they told us to take the boat out of the water,(from our dock at our house to the launch is 3 miles) again and drive it the 50 miles back to them, a week later so they can "check it out". Our neighbor had a Switch for one season and got rid of it, thinking this may have been a mistake for us too now. Have had nothing but problems with this boat every time it touches water since we bought it, and not much help or concern from BMS after the first month or so.

You need to ask in particular and usually find them in the lot yourself. But when getting helmets and other accessory equipment the parts crew performed extremely well at finding everything we needed and helping us to properly fit our helmets beyond the call of duty. They even explained the dangers of secondary concussion as a danger of loose helmets when no one else ever did.

I was in the retail part looking at shirts etc. when i over heard the owner talking to customers about politics. oh boy that was a subject that seemed to really bring out the real right wing talk.(I voted for President Trump also) I am a minority and have been around for over 60 years and I know what people mean when the start "innuendos" and small wise cracks to each other. I KNOW. (Summer'24) I will not go to this establishment again. I had to get a new rear tire. my bike came back with a ticking sound coming from the rear wheel. I of course didn't hear it until home 400 miles away. I'm not sure what the ticking sound is. I would instead use one of the local bike shops instead. I feel like i got bent over and wasn't even ki$$ed. I hate paying up only to have such poor work done and listening to the rhetoric from the owner /staff /customers Never again.
