Started out well. I should have known right from the start what this place was about. I was in the retail part looking at shirts etc. when i over heard the owner talking to customers about politics. oh boy that was a subject that seemed to really bring out the real right wing talk.(I voted for President Trump also) I am a minority and have been around for over 60 years and I know what people mean when the start "innuendos" and small wise cracks to each other. I KNOW. (Summer'24) I will not go to this establishment again. I had to get a new rear tire. my bike came back with a ticking sound coming from the rear wheel. I of course didn't hear it until home 400 miles away. I'm not sure what the ticking sound is. I would instead use one of the local bike shops instead. I feel like i got bent over and wasn't even ki$$ed. I hate paying up only to have such poor work done and listening to the rhetoric from the owner /staff /customers Never again. Great old school Dealership, I had an issue with the kickstand on my wife's Sportster, David Messer the service manager helped me out and is a great ambassador for the dealership. Great service and great response. Not many old school dealerships left, it's great when you find those. read more

Wonderful dealer. Cool looking building and very friendly staff. Nice selection of bikes and clothing. My son and I were visiting from Buffalo NY, my sister who lives in east Machias took a rode trip with us. We had wondered about moose tours and one of the nice staff gave us literature and direction. Highly recommend a visit if your in the area. read more

Parts department is completely incompetent. The individual we worked with Dakota sold us parts that did not fit even after confirming for him that they were supposed to be stock parts for the year and model of Harley. Second counter person said straight out he knows nothing about parts and just fills in. Took parts to our mechanic and now will be paying for extra hours of work to redo work, in addition to having to have the incorrect parts made to fit, after Central Maine's answer was to drive back to swap out parts (over a two hundred mile round trip) plus they could care less about the additional cost to us. Will NEVER do business with this location again! read more
