Food is good, but we added 4 sides of ranch only for it to be prepackaged ranch and for them to charge 1.00 for each one. I could understand if it were at least house made ranch but it's not. read more

The service was wonderful and the food was divine!!! Actual thin crust New York style pizza that is worth the price. The atmosphere is very family orientated and I feel welcomed as a customer when I eat hear. Highly HIGHLY recommend this delicious place! Good for family and even a date! read more

Ordered 5 pizzas with the plan to be heated up later that evening. We put them in the refridgerator, and heated slices up in the oven once people showed up for our gathering. Everything worked out perfectly. read more

I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and and a meatball sub. The total came to $23.19. They added a $3 54 TIP without my knowledge. I sat down to eat with another person. They call a number and you have to pick it up at the counter, so there is no service whatsoever! The meatball sub tasted good but only two meatballs which were split in half. I'm so angry about this outrageous tip charge that I won't be going back. read more

We visit my father in Powell several times a year. Elidio's is always one of our meals because it used to be delicious. This time it was not. They really slacked on the amount of toppings and the crust was bland. The ambiance is dirty and they rush you through - that's been okay because we always take out. I guess it's now off my list of places to eat. Need a new Powell area pizza joint. read more

If you have never been here, I would highly recommend stopping by. You will get the olde style New York pizza vibe. I have had a the deserts here also, they are very delicious. The service is pretty fast, considering how busy they get. read more

Authentic Italian Pizza with a great cheese flavor. They are a must go to in Powell. Ordering ahead is always the move

Stopped in on an overnight stay at a local hotel, ordered a large mushroom. Sorry no anchovies! Bummer. Still a good pie, crust had good chew to it, sauce was decent and plenty of cheese. Quick take out service. I'll definitely be back. read more

Greatest pizza in the United States of America. When I moved an away from Knoxville Elidios is what i miss the most. So while I was back in town i had to go again.Perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Cheap too. 13 dollars for a large pizza. If you are looking for pizza in Knoxville you need to go to Elidios. read more

My wife and I ordered pizza from here after receiving numerous recommendations. We got an XL large pizza, to-go, and enjoyed eating it with our daughter, at a picnic table. Elidio's was noticeably busy and traffic was backing up into the road, as their tiny parking lot was overfilled. The pizza was amazing! It was some of the best that I have had in a long time. The large, thin crust slices had the perfect amount of sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Each ingredient contributed to the overall flavor and, unlike many pizzas, none of the ingredients overpowered the others. We very much enjoyed our pizza and will certainly be back. read more

So I was quite skeptical as I pulled into this tiny location; but the lady at the front was super friendly and funny! Humble about their pizza as she made jokes that my bill was 56 dollars but was only supposed to be 15... I said must be the best pizza ever! She said it's good but not that good! Which made me nervous; but I got back to my room and as I opened the pizza I didn't think anything special of the pizza it looked just "ok" but the dough was amazing, best crust I have had in the greater Knoxville area. Sauce was super light I would've liked more; sausage wasn't the best but it was good. I can tell they use good mozzarella though! All and all I was pleasantly surprised! The cook on the pie was fantastic... read more

Great prices and great food! We love the NY style pizza. We try to stop by anytime we're in the area.

Some of the best New York style pizza in Knoxville, with a great crispy thin crust, plenty of oily goodness, and great prices. I've been eating this pizza for years. It's in my opinion the best pizza in Knoxville keep up the good work very consistent

This was our second visit. First time was great. This time the older lady who took our order was rude, impatient. She didn't charge me for two cokes that I ordered so when I told her I needed a second one, she went to charge me but said it would have to cash because they can't take a card for anything under$5. I don't carry cash so I didn't get the drink. I got my order to go instead of eating in. So, $60 for two pizza's and one drink with a side of rudeness is not for me. The pizza is very good , but I will spend my money elsewhere. The rest of the staff were very nice. read more

Good pizza for the Knoxville area. Thin NY style pizza. You can eat in but more of carryout pizza place for me. If you like your pizza crispy/firm (no flop) you will need to ask for it well done as their norm to me is slightly undercooked. Solid 7.2 out of 10. read more

This is an easy-to-pass place if you're looking for someplace to grab pizza as it's the end business in a strip mall set-up. They were pretty busy but the wait wasn't long. The pizza was decent & we were hungry so no complaints there. read more

Man I'm so glad I gave this place another try. Years ago I had gotten takeout a couple of different times and wasn't extremely impressed w/ the pizza. That all changed last night as I decided to dine in and take another chance on this pizza joint. The pizza itself was delicious, sauce had a hint of sweetness, and the slices were foldable. It wasn't greasy at all. The crust might look undercooked but it wasn't. If it had been cooked longer I probably wouldn't have been able to have reheated it as well as I did for my leftovers. It's across the street from Rusty Wallace Honda off Callahan Drive. They don't stay open very late so make sure to get in there early and check them out. I'm so glad I dined in, it made a world of different at the table. We ordered an Extra Large Pizza (18"), with Half Cheese, Half Pepperoni & Mushrooms. It was delicious! This is the best pizza in this area so if you find yourself around here then go give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. Just remember there is a big difference from eating it there and getting it to go, believe me. Cheers & Enjoy! read more

This pizza place is one of the best in Powell! They were so busy they couldn't even answer the phone to take an order, so I had to drive there to see what was up. I thought maybe they even closed early or something. When I arrived, there was a line of people inside waiting on their orders and a line extending outside waiting to get an order placed. To top it all off, they were only taking cheese and pepperoni pizza orders! Sheesh! If they were able to answer phones or offer most of their menu I would've given them 5 stars. This place stays busy so that sounds like a management issue, unless they were doing that on purpose for expedited orders. Who knows... just a bummer they couldn't place some veggies on a pizza. read more

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Got there right when it opened. Took only a few minutes. Great New York PIZZA !!!

Great pizza, nice thin crust with lots of flavorful toppings and sauce. One of my favorites for pizza in town.

I feel like I drive past this pizza joint almost every day and thought it was about time to take a visit! We called in an order on a Saturday at around 6pm and it took about 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be ready- which was great! The pizza was pretty good, but nothing really stood out to me. It was definitely better quality than most "fast food" pizza joints so I would much rather return here than order dominoes or Pizza Hut. My husband said it was packed inside the restaurant, so maybe we need to go back and try something else to see if we are missing something! They had some good looking calzones so I may get one next time. Overall, a positive & good experience- but nothing that out then over the top. We will return! read more

Good quality pizza! Glad they could accommodate doing half and half since I like pepperoni but my bf likes ham. Good crunch to the crust and not greasy. I REALLY wanted to give this 5 stars!!! I have been eating this pizza for 3/4 of my life, ever since the Mallrat days of East Towne Mall. Let me start off by saying that the Pizza at Elidios is not only the BEST pizza in Knoxville and East Tennessee and dare I say south of the Mason Dixon line... HOWEVER my last visit was bad on a couple of levels. I had friends over and we were craving Calzones, so I suggested Elidios. We ordered two Calzones and a Stromboli. I called in the order and specified that it was three separate orders. We went by the prices on the website, so my friends gave me their money. Upon arriving, I was given one box. I opened the box and all three were crammed into one box (see pictures below) and the prices were different from the website prices. The Calzones I received were much smaller than the ones I saw coming out of the oven and since the ones coming out of the oven looked WAY better than the ones I had, I asked what they were. She told me they were what I got. They weren't. They were much bigger and looked WAY better. When I got the total it was about $5 different than the total we calculated from the website. I then looked at the in-store menu prices and they were not the same. The difference obviously came out of my pocket. REGARDLESS, I am still giving 4 out of 5. If management reads this may I suggest that you update prices on the website and NEVER put three separate orders in one box. I probably will stick with their pizza from now on, because it is the best in Knoxville read more

Great people. Good value and taste. I've been going there for years and they are consistent

The pizza was awesome! And this coming from a family that has tried a lot of different pizza across the country.

Don't let their simple store-front fool you. They've been around for years and really know how to make a delicious 'Old-World' Pizza w/ Hand-tossed dough! You won't find their level of quality in those other fast-food pizza-chains whose pizzas taste like cardboard. Elidios's Pizzas have their own unique flavor. We usually order a half and half pizza -- 'Special' (5 toppings) / pineapple & Canadian bacon...along w/ a 'fresh' salad -- which is nice and crisp! read more

Great NY style pizza, simple order at the counter service. No frills needed, just delicious.

Years ago when the owner of Elidio's ran Cosimo's Pizza at the Knoxville Center Mall, I worked at the nearby arcade and got to know him. When I had an angry customer that turned threatening one day, the owner told me that I could stay in the back of his kitchen if I felt in danger and if someone wanted to hurt me, they would have to go through him, and pointed to a picture of Jesus on the cross to show his commitment to that. I have never forgotten that. So when I went to Elidio's today after years of being away from Knoxville, I was pleased to see the same man running it still and greeted him again. So I could tell you to go to this place to get good pizza, and that would be true, but it is not the main reason. I could tell you to go to get good service, and that would be true, but that is not the main reason. I could tell you to go because the prices are good, and that is true, but that is not the main reason. The owner of this place is a good man. He runs his business with integrity and some of the employees are his own family. I walk in and it is not just a business, but it is like visiting a friend. He puts his heart into his pizza and wants to do every customer right. That is why I consider myself a faithful friend of Elidio's and plan to come back often. You should visit too. God bless this wonderful businessman and his business. read more

It's okay. I ordered earlier today and delivered. But I'm not very far away. Meatballs taste very generic, stromboli is good. The normal pizza is kinda boring. Not bad just not anything special. Overpriced imo. Idk if this is like ny style. But if so, I don't care for it. Some people say it's better there. But not sure how or why. Especially for a short drive. read more

Best pizza place in Knoxville. Food is delicious and service is always quick for how freshly made.

Had a great first experience there. Ordered a cheese and veggie pizza and had no left overs to take home.

I would give less than a star if possible we went in near close and ordered 2 xlarge pepperoni but what we got was pepperoni and mushrooms we have a food allergy to mushrooms so we can't just pick it off they were already closed by the time we got home with it so I called back the next day and the lady I spoke to called us a liar and was extremely rude I have eaten their pizza since they were in Eastowne Mall under the name of Luca Pizza then I continued to patronize them as Elidios but NO MORE I work too hard for my money to be treated that way and not be appreciated so BEWARE read more
