Recently one of the soft close mechanisms stopped working and not sure what to do I called the shop for direction, fully expecting that they would tell me there is nothing they would do. Instead, they set up an appointment to look at the issue. Long story short Steve came out and looked at the issue, returned on a later appointment with the right part and installed it, not charge. I was so impressed that 5 years after the installation they would come out and look at an issue. A lot of places can make a good product, but customer service after the sale, even 5 years later, is the backbone of any product, especially Morro Bay Cabinet products.

Steve one of the owners was fantastic, very helpful and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Edgar and Adrian were the installers, very courteous and cleaned up. Now I just need to get them painted.

After getting a high quote from them, we decided to try elsewhere. We had driven by Soleil Floors & Design a few times so gave them a call. I spoke to Kim (the owner), told her what we were looking for and the budget. When I went in, she had already pulled samples of carpet, hardwood and tiles in the colors I mentioned within my budget. After showing her pictures of the house we were selling, she immediately picked up on the style we like and we zero'd in on what we wanted in that first visit. The contractors that she hired all did great work and since we hadn't moved in yet Kim did a fabulous job of managing the projects/contractors. We felt so comfortable working with Kim that we went back to Soleil Floors & Design for our kitchen backsplash tile and fireplace stone. We're about to start our master bathroom remodel and look forward to working with Kim again. CB Aug. 2012-Jan 2013

Even when we encountered a complex issue with the septic system, Cassandra's help in finding an expert to implement a solution was invaluable. Once the solution was implemented, the team went to work guiding me through the process and paperwork to list my home (made those tasks so easy.) They kept in constant contact updating me with each viewing and in just four days after listing my home was sold. Cassandra and Shonda's market expertise, attention to detail, guidance, and frequent communication made all the difference throughout this process. I highly recommend Merrill & Associates!

My circumstances involved selling the home of my recently deceased sister while I did not live in California. Cassandra took control of the situation offering practical suggestions on how to dispose of my sister's furniture, making sure the home was in tip top condition to sell, and assisting me through the very confusing process of selling a property in California. Her commission structure is extremely competitive, her plan for marketing the property was thorough, and she communicated weekly on the progress of the sale. The house was listed in December (not a great time) and was sold in May. While she is definitely someone you would want to work with to sell your property, more importantly, she is someone you would want as a friend. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling a property.
