OMG, Where do I start!? Eli was my one-stop A-Z realtor. I came to him from Openlistings (which btw, was a great company, hope they come back to the Bay Area) and, in hindsight, I could not have picked a better agent through them. I am mighty glad I made his acquaintance. I won't be needing any other agent's help, ever (really), unless Eli moves out of my area!
Eli s professional (what I mean by that is he puts your interest ahead of his, dare you to try that with another agent :( ), intelligent, personable, not (read never) pushy with ANY agenda other than yours, and did not ever let even a tiny issue drop through the cracks (he even strongly warned me against my current HOA, which I now agree is not the greatest), will have already anticipated problems on your behalf, and made calls to the right people to push the process along. If you are tongue-tied (like me sometimes), please please let him do the talking. He will "steam-roll" through the issues.
Before he brings to bear his formidable expertise on getting you your home, he makes sure that you like it and you really want it. Once you confirm, he then goes all out for you. So, be sure to convey that before you make him your partner because he puts his all into it and tou don't want to waste his efforts.
Some of his recommendations, as another reviewer noted, are great. He has friends that will provide you their opinions on related matters on their time. I found that awesome, (Thanks Bryce). If he has recommended someone, think not twice - simply go with them.
I have come across many realtors: unfortunately, with most of them, I have quickly detected hidden agendas, something they don't disclose up front, something that will make you cringe at the end, or the all too often giveaway - that their interest in you is only commission-deep. I am still waiting for Eli to do or say something wrong! Can wait no more -- I already moved in to my new house (which has appreciated quite a but). And I am yet to find something that he did wrong. How about that!
I promise you, this is not a "paid review" - I am so pumped up about Eli, I wish him the best (and his partner realtor Rebekah - she is awesome, gives out the same caring vibes as Eli, never pushes you-- you don't like a house, move on, she says; so too is his crew - they quietly work in the background moving things along for you. Thanks Dessie and Tyler, and maybe others?).
In my mind, Eli will be hitting pay dirt very soon. I hope he will still be like how he is -- simple, approachable and caring, when he makes his millions because he is bound to. He is a workhorse like I have not seen in recent times (he called/texted me ~8 times on his weekend trip to Tahoe with friends, I counted!!!).
I can keep on writing but want to leave you with a final word about his overall service - It is uncompromisingly and unconditionally exemplary.
Thank you, Eli and Rebekah! Your duo is explosive!!!! We wish you both the best in Everything! Loved (and still do) having you on our side. read more
