Location 5 stars: On Erringer Road in Simi Valley, California, North of Cochran Street, in a larger shopping plaza. Plenty of free parking right in front of the clinic or at the most a short walking distance. Venue 4.5 stars: Large well kept facility with X-ray on site and their own rehab center across the parking lot. You can check online before going or while in the office (just scan the QR code displayed there) and this makes everything faster. Large comfortable wait area. Wait time was less than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Service 5 stars: Friendly and attentive front desk staff, medical staff and physicians.

They had three associates working to get patients checked in or out as the case might be. They were moving through the queue as fast as they could. When my turn came to check in the representative was very friendly and thorough, despite the chaos of so many people in the waiting area. I asked if it is always that busy there. She said that Thursdays are often their busiest days. Dear Hubby explained (he's been a patient there, too) that their doctors rotate to several offices - likely Thousand Oaks and Camarillo, in addition to Simi. Despite the busy load of patients in the waiting room I was called in fairly quickly. Dr. "Siva" came to talk with me and go over MRI results shortly thereafter. There were some surprises in what the MRI revealed which I wasn't expecting. I'll be starting physical therapy soon and we'll see how it all goes. I liked the straight-forward communication style of Dr. Siva. He offered information, compassion, and a plan to move forward.

I DO NOT recommend this place. Very poorly managed…read more - X-ray techs did not protect the rest of the body. I had to request the protective apron. - PT office overbooks; PT is unable to watch, adjust, and make sure you're learning enough about how to properly do the movements because they're focused on more than one client at a time. - Lots of socialization between the PTs; it's great to have fun at work but not when there's a patient in front of you - Doc wouldn't give any diagnosis without scans. $300 later + exposure to radiation, with no further in understanding or explanation of the issue. My acupuncturist was able to tell me what's going on after a short evaluation. - Doc made me return and pay a second copay for a full evaluation because he refused to assess more than two body parts per visit, even though everything is connected and related - Front desk (quite grumpy) refused to schedule my third appointment stating there was an insurance issue; we were told it's a training matter when we escalated Too many issues! If you'd like to know where I went for PT and got much better results, you are welcome to DM me OR just check out my reviews for the other PT office (there's only one other).

Thank you to Dr. Omino and his wonderful staff for changing my life!…read more They worked so hard to make sure a crucial medication that was initially denied by my insurance got approved to treat my condition. I recognize the amount of time and effort it took to get my necessary medication approved, so thank you. They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. Every time I visited, Dr. Omino took the time to really explain all my options and answered all my questions. He took my symptoms seriously and never once dismissed me. He thought outside the box and ensured he did a full diagnostic work up for all potential diagnoses. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Omino's endless advocacy that truly makes a difference in not only my life, but all of his patients' lives.

HORRIBLE!!!! I was seen in the ER on Thursday, taken by ambulance, made the appointment that day…read moreand they couldn't give me an appt until Wenesday (which is today) and they sent me a text yesterday afternoon telling me they are out of network and canceled my appointment. I have a PPO with out of network coverage through Aetna so I called them and they said they dont take Aetna at all and was rude about it and hung up. So now Im back to square one, will take at least a week to get in to another Dr since they gave.me absolutely no notice and in the meantime I can not walk, on crutches, and in a lot of pain. Im going to need an MRI delaying diagnosis even longer. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE. They sho I ld have told me this when I made the appointment, they obtained my insurance information and instead made me wait a week to tell me the day before and didnt care. The Dr's are probably about as good as their staff. Dont waste your time with these people because literally thats what you will do, waste your time
