We contacted them early in January of 2026 to inquire about the Renegade Verona LE 38 LDG that they had for sale. We made contact with Jeremy Smit and were very impressed from our first conversation. Because we were 600 miles away from the dealership we went ahead and made plans to have a certified RV inspector to inspect the RV for us. The dealership made it very easy for the inspector to come and do his inspection. We had many conversations with Jeremy about the motor home and he was always knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. There were a few things that we wanted fixed on the motor home and we felt that Holland Motor Homes went above our expectations. We finally made the trip to Michigan to pick up our motor home the end of March. They made the whole process very enjoyable and stress free. We were very impressed with several items they included that we were not expecting. An entire set of bedding which included pillows, sheets and a beautiful bed spread. The day we were there to pick up our motor home we were given a thorough tutorial on all operations by Steve who answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Holland Motor Home. We had been looking into the Leisure Travel Van for several years. We connected with Jeremy Smit at…read moreHolland Motor Homes and built a relationship with him over the years. He is very low pressure and very knowledgeable regarding the Leisure Travel Van brand. He was great at answering all our newbie questions. We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training. We are extremely happy with our LTV UMBL and so lucky and grateful we have Holland Motor homes just 25 minutes from us. If you are in the market for a new RV, call Jeremy Smit and if you need service, I would definitely recommend Holland Motor Homes for service.

I got her name before leaving to post on here. I was asking questions not knowing the answers to and she was giving me an attitude while answering. Making me feel bad for asking. It was like she wanted us out the store even though we were asking for help. You would think that customers would come first but she apparently doesn't believe that. We had asked her if she could check our cars battery and she immediately had another associate do it for her. I ended up leaving because I was tired of her attitude and her laziness. My husband ended up going in later in the day after he got out from work to pick up parts that I was supposed to get. He ended up seeing Angela and another coworker kissing in the store (at least that's what it looked like from his angle) and they were being touchy with each other he was about her height and a little older. I wish he got a photo of it to post on here after seeing that he ended up coming home and told me everything. You would think 2 store employees who are together wouldn't be in the same store. You would also think that the corporate employees would do something about it too. Definitely not going back.
