He was a new puppy at the time, and I wanted to keep him safe since he was not yet fully vaccinated. Later, once he was older Dr. Merry went out of her way to help proscribe flea and tick meds appropriate for a 4 pound-exceptionally- tiny-toy dog. She helped us through some de-worming and that was also great! I always find her very kind and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her care. She is an avid animal lover and really cares about the animals in her care. I loved her home visit and found she answered all my questions and gave me thorough recommendations regarding the breed specific care of my tiny dog, and possible complications that can arise for such a little canine. She's such a great Veterinarian!

Peak Vet Experience…read more As a professional dog trainer, I've been extremely pleased with the staff and facility at PAWS. When possible, I volunteer my time to help dogs who may struggle with veterinary visits, and the PAWS team has been incredibly accommodating, allowing me to assist clients and their dogs during examinations, vaccinations, blood draws, and other procedures. This support is completely free, yet it benefits the dog, the owner, and PAWS by helping appointments run more smoothly. It's a great example of what can happen when professionals work together toward the same goal. You get what you pay for, and PAWS consistently delivers a high-quality experience.

It was Dr. Kethler (the older lady) that gave a suggestion about my elder kitty's kidneys that three other vets looked overlooked and I can never thank her enough. Plus when my dogs get boarded here I know they are going out on walks 3 times a day. I know the building itself is a little older but the quality of 24hr on call care is still top notch. The vets that work at Cedar do it because they love their jobs and animals.

only reason this place is getting a 1 star is because of Kristina. After calling John and him…read morebasically selling us on the unknown and turned to be no truths, we unfortunately gave it a shot. John said he's been training dogs his entire life (highly doubtful john) We have an English bulldog who has separation anxiety and needs a little help obedientlily...all that was spoken upon via phone. after the first day, they let my dog have NO yard time for five days, he was fed thru a solitary confinement door and was givin no attention. We got charged an extra 25 dollars for aggressive behavior because a lady decided to put her hand in his cage and got scared. Weird, you just let anyone walking thru the back, put their hands in cages? safely and nicely done John. We told them that our dog does not like men, so who gets their pant leg pulled? a A man working there. Read the room, John. All of a sudden we receive unprofessional texts while on vacation saying that our dog was not welcome back. Professional? I would say not. After how our dog was treated, the idea of bringing him back is unrealistic Upon arrival, he was the only one NOT barking and he let a woman working there go in his cage and get his things ready while she was petting him. MY oh MY that is aggressive behavior. long story short, I've never given a bad review but this one made me so mad, I had to. Take your dog somewhere else, if you truly care. Lastly, don't believe a word John says, he will sell a cow to a vegan to make the extra buck.
