It was super soft! I saw that they had a lot of chicken dishes and have other reviews about those. I would like to try those out sometime as well. We also ordered a regular and sweet potato fry. I personally felt that the regular fries needed a little bit more salt. The sweet potato fries were very flavorful and I really liked them. I'm glad that I finally got around to trying the restaurant! I definitely would come back for a quick lunch.

I was hoping for something along the lines of the Creamery in Beaver, Utah, but this was a big disappointment. The place has potential and the setup is charming, but if the ice cream is the main draw, they need to step it up.

The acoustics are better outside; once you go inside it echoes quite a bit. It's a small space, but they do a nice job to make it inviting and attractive. I was a little disappointed this time because this nursery use to be my go to store for dahlias but they have only carried the basic types of dahlias that you can find at all the other nursery's. Last summer when I went they had dahlias that I have never seen in nursery's before. the employees kept to themselves when I visited today. They aren't consistent with greeting or helping. but overall this is a place I trust when it comes to buying healthy plants from. This turned out to be perfect for the group that we had - a mix of teens and tweens (family). I did the birthday package and the employees were just awesome and so flexible and accommodating. The facility is clean and well maintained. The laser tag was obviously the main attraction and it was a lot of fun. We did 30 minutes, which turned out to be 3 rounds. The mission we were on was called Sole Survivor. It was really cool to have objectives and I even won once - which totally shocked me. The vests fit a variety of sizes. This place was so much fun. It would really work for any group - kids, teens, and adults.

I am giving this place three stars because the venue truly is so breathtaking with the stained…read moreglass and the greenery and everything. However, the owner is so unprofessional and difficult to work with, it was almost laughable. To start, when she first gave us the tour, she was in loungewear (which to be absolutely clear, does not bother me or my husband in the slightest, but if we were anyone else... It woulda seemed unprofessional). After our tour we made the decision to book the venue, but could not get ahold of any of the numbers we were given, or the email. When we finally did get ahold of them, she was all like "what number did you have?" ... Uhhh.. this one that you are calling me back on finally. Getting ahold of her continued to be a struggle throughout the whole process. It took me over a week to schedule our final sit down. Then at the final sit down after we were already locked into everything, that's when she decided to let us know that we would be nickel and dimed for everything. Everything cost extra. It cost us extra to throw our trash away at the venue instead of hauling it out. No joke. Another thing that cost us extra was the buffet linens. We decided to spring for it (around 50 bucks), and told her we wanted ivory linens to match the rest of the tables, at which point she stopped replying to my emails. I let my event planner know, because he needed to plan the dishes and flowers around that (use of their dishes also cost extra, so we decided to do that ourselves). He gave her a call and shot her an email, but no answer. My mother gave her a call and shot her an email but no answer. Finally the owner replied to me and said "the room is already set up so we can't change anything. But you're gonna love it". Ummm... What? So what color does that make the buffet table?? I asked her. Keep in mind that this was still over 7 days before my wedding, and when I had first asked her originally it was even earlier, so saying it was too late to change a tablecloth??? Wack. Again she stopped replying, though she took the time to email me regarding other stuff so that it was clear she was ignoring me. My event planner tried to contact her again. No answer. My mother tried to contact her again with no answer. At this point, my event planner was fuming and so was I. My husband finally got involved (because he is the nicest out of all of us, and I was trying not to create problems) and he called her of his phone. She answered right away, perhaps because she didn't recognize the number, and he asked her for some clarification on What ended up happening with the linens. She told him that the linens were black and ivory linens would cost us extra EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY PAID EXTRA JUST TO HAVE THE BUFFET TABLE HAVE LINENS ON IT! My husband handed the phone to my mom at this point. She was way nicer than I would have been. She asked the owner if we could get a refund on the linens then since she got them wrong. That way we could go pay someone else for linens, because typically when you rent them, people don't charge you extra for ivory. She said no refund. We ended up having to go to Joann's and getting fabric to try to cover up the non-matching linens. Fast forward a couple days to my wedding. She is there in a stained ratty shirt and ratty jeans. Walks right behind me while I am walking down the isle so she is in all my pictures. I found out later that my event planner had nagged her a few times about getting the microphone set up before the ceremony, but clearly she didn't do that, because when I walked up to the isle to my groom he was crying, I was crying, my family was crying... And the mic wasn't on. So this woman walked up in this special moment in her ratty clothes and fixed it right there in front of all my guests. My day was magical. But it was definitely in spite of her, not because of her.
