This is my favorite jewerly company of all time. Their quality is absolutely amazing, and yet it doesn't even come close to their hospitality! Rose and her team are so personable, and make every visit feel like i'm visiting friends. Her store is like a comforting hug. She is such a visionary with her jewerly designs, permanent jewerly and concepts. It's affordable, local, Filipina and woman owned. Any time I go out, I always get compliments and questions about where my jewerly is from. This is always a 5 star experience!! read more

Eleven + Vyn - Getting my permanent bracelet! - Jewelry Near Me - Cerritos , California

I came in about a month ago because my best friend and I were itching to get another bracelet added to our permanent jewelry stack. This is my 2nd time coming to Rose's storefront, first time when she was located on La Palma and then this time at the new storefront. It was a Friday afternoon and I had come in a little early for my appointment. Rose was very welcoming and had let me know that she would be right with me as another customer was getting some special engraving done so that was taking some time. Once she was done, she was super apologetic since we had started a little late with the permanent jewelry appointment, but I assured her it was okay. Rose always has excellent communication and is very transparent with her customers so I didn't mind at all. During my appointment, I had expressed to her my other two bracelets I had gotten from her 10 months ago were a lot looser so she offered to perform a re-link on one of my bracelets to get the bracelet stack to lay better. As I was getting my third bracelet on, Rose was patient and had a lot of attention to detail to ensure that when I moved my arm up and down the bracelets would fall into place on my arm as to not overlap. It's always such a good experience when I come to the store. Definitely will be an annual tradition. I'm just so impressed by the quality of the bracelets and workmanship with the weld that Rose does! She is really an expert in her craft! read more

Eleven + Vyn - Visiting my favorite jewelry maker - Jewelry Near Me - Cerritos , California

Where do I begin!? Walking in the store has a calm and serene feel. My bestie and I came in as a walk-in this past Sunday. We were greeted by the shop owner Rose and her husband (they had their kids there too, so cute!). The shop was very busy, but some how they were still able to acknowledge us and make us feel welcomed. They were able to squeeze us in for the permanent jewelry service. We signed some waivers and they made us complimentary coffee. We waited about 20-30 minutes since we didn't have an appointment, it didn't feel long because we were walking around shopping. During the service Rose was very detailed with our fitting. We learned more about the brand and how she named it after her kids. All the chains are named after the kids and siblings in her family. We got the Bryant which is their family last name. Overall, this was such a welcoming experience. We are so glad we got to support this family owned business. They were both so kind. We will be back! You won't regret choosing this brand for your permanent jewelry. read more

I discovered Eleven + Vyn during the pandemic. Picked out 2 stacking rings to test out the quality. I've been wearing the rings for 2 years straight and it has held its shape and color. Over the last 2 years I've purchased many quality pieces to add to my jewelry collection. I have some pieces that I've worn on vacation in Hawaii and it did not fade or tarnish! Love my gold filled jewelry! Also, Rose is an amazing person who takes her time getting to know all her clients! read more

We had the best experience at Eleven + Vyn! Rose, the owner, greeted us warmly and her assistant quickly attended to us. We were offered a selection of coffee, tea, and water. There were three of us in our party and we were there to get permanent bracelets. They offered a good selection of 14 K yellow gold filled and sterling silver styles, also many different styles of charms, though we did not get charms. Once our style of bracelets were selected, the process of attaching the bracelets began quickly. The assistant patiently measured and clipped the bracelets until we were happy with the length and fit. We looked around the shop a bit and saw there was a decent selection of rings and necklaces for purchase. While we were there, Rose was engraving a special necklace with a handwritten message by a young child. That was such a neat idea and something the shop offers! We were told the shop can accommodate private parties at the shop and at off site locations (with a minimum number in attendance.) Apparently you can bring wine and food if so desired. The prices were average for the surrounding area. We would certainly visit this shop again if we were to get more permanent jewelry!! Thank you Eleven + Vyn! read more

I love it here! I make the drive from the Pasadena area just to shop in the store. I have gone in 3 times to purchase my permanent jewelry. It's probably safe to say I'm addicted! They have the best quality! I've had my first bracelet for about 9 months it hasn't tarnished. I broke it once but it was my fault not at all related to the quality of the jewelry. I went in and had it reattached and it's good as new! The staff is the absolute sweetest. Always so helpful and it's a pleasure to visit every time! I will definitely be back to get "zapped" again!!! read more

THE ONLY PLACE I GET MY JEWELRY NOW. I got my first permanent bracelet a year ago, and 5 permanent bracelets later, it's safe to say the gold filled quality is still standing strong. Not only is the quality of jewelry/permanent jewelry metals superior, Rose's keen attention to detail truly shows in all of her work. Not only is she kind and easy to talk to, her passion and dedication conveys in all of her handmade jewelry. I was looking for quite some time to do permanent with my friends and find this place from yelp. I checked her Instagram and she just so happen to be having an opening that weekend for walk ins and had other vendors. My and my 2 friends went and we were able to get all matching permanent anklets! Rose helped us pick out the style, gave us all the info on how to care for her jewelry and was an absolute doll! The sweetest and kindest soul! I have now been back twice and it's been the best experience and service! Her shop is super cute and small, but full of amazing jewelry and candles. read more

My daughter and I had such a great experience at Eleven + Vyn. We walked in and the ambiance and vibe was very welcoming. We walked over to check in and her staff was super friendly. While Rose was assisting another customer prior to helping us, we filled out paperwork on how to care for our jewelry. Her friendly staff offered us, water, coffee, tea or juice. We looked around and Rose walked us over to where the permanent bracelets were asking us if we knew what design we wanted. She was very helpful as this was our first time there. My daughter and I were just looking at the beautiful pieces she had on display, not knowing that we can take it off and hold it against our wrist, lol. As we picked our bracelet, we started talking as if we already knew each other. She is such a humble, down to earth person. She made my daughter and I feel appreciated and welcomed. As I looked over to the counter, I noticed a welcome sign w my daughter's name and my name she is really for the people and you can see her passion through her work. We'll definitely come back for more jewelry. Reading her vision and her WHY, is so inspiring. Then to finally meet her in person, she is truly a genuine person. Thank you Rose and staff for taking good care of us. My daughter and I are loving our new permanent bracelet. If you're in the area, definitely stop by and check out her jewelry. read more

I have been waiting for quite some time to get a permanent solid gold bracelet for myself and honestly couldn't find any jewelry companies/brands that I wanted to get one from. Many brands around LA we're starting to promote their services for it but none felt like home for me. It was important to purchase from a brand I really admired, felt inspired by and was drawn to their story and aesthetic. When I saw that Eleven + Van was now offering the service, I literally jumped at the opportunity to get one, quite literally so that I DMd Rose on a Sunday night to get an appointment the next day haha. Not only did she answer so quickly, but made me feel immediately so excited to come in. The studio felt like home and I was welcomed with such great energy and love. The options to choose from were the hardest part because everything offered was so beautiful! It was only about 30 minutes of a time frame but the girl talk and the vibe made me feel like I was there for hours. When I left, in my head I was already thinking of making my next appointment time haha. read more

My sister and I made an appt for permanent bracelets at Eleven + Vyn after hearing great things about them! We were greeted and assisted by Alex, who was an absolute sweetheart. I took a while trying to decide on my chains, but I never felt rushed, which I greatly appreciated. Alex was so patient and incredibly helpful when I asked her for opinions on which chains looked best together. When I finally decided on my bracelet choices, Alex took the time to make sure I was happy with the placements of them on my arm, and before moving on with the zapping she was so attentive with how I felt about everything. Reasons why I am a loyal customer to Rose and her brand, Eleven + Vyn: - Customer service is second to none. Rose knows her stuff and her recommendations on what to buy from her line as well as how to style them are always on point! Whether at her studio or a pop-up, she is always so kind and convos with her make you feel like you've known her forever. - The artistry and craftsmanship of her jewelry is perfection. I own numerous pieces and honestly love them all! Recently did permanent jewelry with her and happily went back for 2 more, for a total of 3 bracelets. Rose has to stop me from buying more because I can't get enough! LOL - She is small business owned by a WOC who cares about her customers and her community. Who doesn't love that? I would highly recommend Eleven + Vyn to anyone who is looking for jewelry that is both stylish & excellent quality from a maker who is deserving of everyone's business! Go support her! Hands down such a cool experience! Their little studio was so clean and aesthetically decorated, really representing the brand and their style. I booked a custom permanent jewelry appointment with my best friend of 31 years, and upon walking in we were instantly welcomed by Rose and Alex, along with a personalized sign. My friend and I picked out our bracelets and then we each took turns having the bracelets measured to our liking and welded. This whole team is amazing, the jewelry styles are amazing, & the quality is even better! I get all of my permanent necklaces and bracelets here with Rose. As well as, regular clasp necklaces, earrings, & rings! While i do stick to solid gold and filled gold because of my skin allergies, the quality has never turned and never been an issue. Especially, since with permanent jewelry you shower, work out, go in pools/beaches; put lotions, sunscreens, perfumes on, and mine are still looking great! They have a lot of pop up events and it's so easy to get an appointment at their stand alone store! I love it! I could go on and on but I i should probably stop Lol. read more
