Stopped at the store while I was driving by and it's super cute. There had a sign welcoming the appointments for permanent jewelry, the greeting was so casual and welcoming, and there were about 6 people shopping. They had a sale section and their set up for the entire jewelry line was super cute. Easy to browse and I even tried on different necklaces. Ended up purchased a couple and changed out the necklace length so it would fit for the gifts I bought. Also, October has a 10% off sale so it was a steal. I still have my jewelry from years ago and the quality is still sooooo good.
I've been here twice to get permanent bracelets - during grand opening and very recently. Both times, service was incredibly great. I love being able to walk in the store and browse around a curated place. The vibes inside are heaven. Staff goes above and beyond when making sure you're satisfied and happy with what you're getting. They also make sure the jewelry is placed where you want it - tripled checking. The care and service they provide is really awesome and I always recommend this place to my friends if they're looking for permanent jewelry. The first time I came, the owner assisted me and my sister in law as we got matching permanent bracelets. The last visit, Makayla assisted with my permanent bracelet and she made the experience super fun. Both of these visits - I did not make an appointment but I called on the day of to see if they had openings. They're super kind about walk ins and try their best to accommodate, if their schedule allows. Their prices have gone up since they first opened, it may be a bit pricey for some but to me - it's worth it. The last time I went, they didn't have too much solid gold options for permanent jewelry but they do have a wide selection for other items.
I went to Eleven + Vyn during my bachelorette in SoCal for permanent bracelets. The directions online to make a permanent bracelet appointment were clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owners nephew and were offered drinks. We signed waivers and looked at the permanent bracelet selection. The process was fairly quick once the bracelets were chosen and the prices were affordable. They went the extra mile with creating letter board signs for us to take photos with. Highly recommend.
I've been wanting permanent jewelry for quite some time, and so glad I waited. A couple of friends of mine have already been to Eleven + Vyn a few times and had great experiences. So I decided to treat myself for my birthday and booked a hand chain appt. Rose is amazing, personable, sweet, and is passionate about her business. I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured at all. Rose even had a sweet sign set up to welcome me to the shop. We had a great time chatting over our Filipino culture and families. She ensured the hand chain fit well and really made sure I was happy and comfortable with my piece. On to of the permanent jewelry service, there were so many beautiful pieces from earrings to, rings, and bracelets to choose from. Even though it's an hour from me, I will definitely be returning in the future ! Thank you, Rose!
Rose is the absolute sweetest woman, she was so patient as we picked out individual charms for a permanent necklace. She even walked me through and showed me how it would look before she put the charms all together and then once it was time to size the necklace, she took her time and made sure that I absolutely loved the placement. I will definitely be recommending this to all my girlfriends.
The service is unmatched. My best friend and I decided to get friendship permanent bracelets, and I discovered this spot while doing an initial search on Yelp. I am so glad that I did, because we had the GREATEST experience! The owner, Rose, helped us out and did our bracelets, and she was the most wonderful human. While getting our bracelets done, we were all talking like we had known each other for a while, and it was very nice. I highly recommend this place if you're considering permanent jewelry!!
My first experience getting a permanent bracelet and I'm hooked! I booked an appointment for me and my sister, who's visiting from ATL, for 2 permanent bracelets and Makayla made it so fun and memorable for us so we ended up with 4 (2 each!). This was a birthday gift for my sister and Makayla made sure everything was to our liking. She even adjusted my sister's bracelet after completion because my sister wanted it tighter. I also got an engraved charm necklace for my 5 yr old daughter and she's obsessed! I'll def be back for more cuz there's so many more cute jewelry that I've got my eyes on!
I am absolutely obsessed with my new jewelry addition! This permanent hand chain is so elegant and dainty, most importantly though, comfortable! The actual place is so cute and inviting, the set up is adorable and the vibes are great. Rose (who did my custom bracelet) was so nice and sweet. First and foremost, Rose is the sweetest! Her new space is so beautiful and you feel welcomed right when you walk in. Can we all just appreciate the aesthetic?! The first permanent jewelry piece I had was from February of this year. It's been holding up so well with no chipping or fading what so ever! I work a lot with my hands and it looks exactly like how I first got it. She has a great selection of chains and add ons to create your own unique piece. You can tell Rose is so passionate about her work because she looks at every detail to make sure your piece sits just right and suits your needs. The process to make an appointment for a permanent piece was super easy too! You can go on their website, browse their calendar, and create your appointment with a $25 deposit that will go towards your purchase. Each time slot is dedicated to one client, so make sure to book consecutive appointment time slots if you and your friends go together! My friend and I did some last minute planning, so there was only one time slot left. They were so nice and were able to accommodate us! So thank you again for making our experience amazing! So me and my almost 13 year old daughter arrive for our appointment. Immediately we walk in and we were greeted with the cutest jewelry pieces. I mean they were talking to us! ... "Take me home" they said... as we picked up several pieces in less than 5 minutes of arriving! Everything was so cute! Rose was so sweet and kind, she was still with a client but allowed us to snoop into their designing room, which they had more pieces. Immediately my daughter found a necklace she saw on their instagram, and I saw a pendant that looked like it was going to be assembled for a piece. I asked Rose about it and she told me that I'm more than welcomed to choose it along with a chain and she could make it into a necklace for me, on the spot! I was giggling with cheers. So then we get to our appointment for permanent anklets. Rose is amazing! She was so patient with us, in what we were choosing, to how it would fit, to explaining the process, and types of jewelry she had. This is the best place for permanent jewelry!!! Rose the owner is so welcoming and kind. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Rose has an amazing eye for creating beautiful jewelry and everything she creates is elegant. She has 14k solid gold, 14k gold filled and sterling silver. I was originally only planning to get an anklet, but I also got a permeant bracelet and ordered a custom name necklace. I will definitely be back to get more permanent bracelets. A year and a half later ... but better late than never? LOL Currently, I have 3 perm bracelets, 1 perm anklet, a few necklaces (custom and purchased as seen on site) and rings. I can confirm Eleven + Vyn creates addictions. This addiction started out with a friend who was constantly buying Eleven + Vyn items online (prior to shop days) and then we ended up getting a permanent bracelet together and that was the beginning of so many pieces owned. The items that I have are of great quality bc they have not rusted nor tarnished. The owner of Eleven + Vyn, Rose, provides a great experience every time you come in. Her team and staff are super sweet and friendly. Its not just purchasing any other jewelry item or new one when you come in or order online, but meaningful pieces and pieces with moments and memories. I found out about permanent bracelets through a friend and I just had to get some! It started with two permanent bracelets. Two weeks later, I went back to get a permanent anklet as well. We had the best experience at Eleven + Vyn! Rose, the owner, greeted us warmly and her assistant quickly attended to us. We were offered a selection of coffee, tea, and water. There were three of us in our party and we were there to get permanent bracelets. They offered a good selection of 14 K yellow gold filled and sterling silver styles, also many different styles of charms, though we did not get charms. Once our style of bracelets were selected, the process of attaching the bracelets began quickly. The assistant patiently measured and clipped the bracelets until we were happy with the length and fit. We looked around the shop a bit and saw there was a decent selection of rings and necklaces for purchase. While we were there, Rose was engraving a special necklace with a handwritten message by a young child. That was such a neat idea and something the shop offers! We were told the shop can accommodate private parties at the shop and at off site locations (with a minimum number in attendance.) Apparently you can bring wine and food if so desired. The prices were average for the surrounding area. We would certainly visit this shop again if we were to get more permanent jewelry!! Thank you Eleven + Vyn! read more

My BFF told me about this shop and amazing owner/ jewelry designer, Rose, when she gifted me a custom necklace for my birthday with my children's initials on a dope gangsta thick chunky chain! Makayla, Dianna, and Sky were all so sweet and helpful! It was our first time there and it felt so welcoming. They took their time and helped us with selecting the bracelets. I picked the Marie. I love how light and dainty it is, but it still makes a statement. Since I got the permanent jewelry I was told I could do all activities like swimming in a pool and I didn't have to worry about it. We came here for the permanent bracelet to celebrate our anniversary. Alex was super friendly and welcoming and it was very nice talking to Rose as well:) Store was clean and well organized. There were multiple jewelries outside of permanent bracelet and it was well displayed. They shared how they have started business and it is truly inspiring to see how fast it grew! The chain we chose is very versatile and looks great when it's layer with other bracelet. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
