Take for example the Beef Cheek pasta. One person at our table was served the beef cheek pasta as well as somebody at a separate table. But the other three diners at our table were still waiting for our meal for quite some time. But it comes out hot and It comes out freshly prepared, because it is not sitting there under a heat lamp, waiting for the other meals to be prepared. When my roast did chicken did arrive, along with my wife's shrimp and another diners scallops, everything was hot, fresh, outstanding and well worth the wait. So please be prepared when dinner service is busy, as it will be this summer. You may wait a little longer, but the food will be well worth the wait.
