Once they finally showed up, they didn't even bother with measurements and just glanced around, threw out an outrageous number, then left. Nobody bothered to respond to any of my follow up questions or messages. This company has a good reputation, but I don't know how. They want to charge three times as much as out other quotes for lesser quality product and work. After dealing with this company, it is them who is the lesser quality and we suggest going elsewhere.

He immediately asked me WHY was I calling in this 100 degree weather (in which I assume he was working in). Additionally he wanted to know if I was JUST calling around for pricing - this was pointless to ask as he refused to provide such said pricing anyway and therefore lost money for his company by leaving me with unanswered questions for a profitable problem. Due to this resistance I decided to calmly give my money to another company that would respond to these basic, and typical questions, with reason.
