Champion Windows Review - Cincinnati Area (October 2026)…read more From start to finish, the entire process, including the initial sales consultation, a second measurement appointment, and the final window installation, was completed within four weeks. We live in Northern Kentucky, just minutes from the factory, which was a significant advantage since Champion Windows are manufactured in Cincinnati. Camille, our sales consultant, was outstanding. He is not only a skilled professional but also a genuinely kind person. As a long-tenured employee, his experience shows. He is passionate about the product he sells and confident in its quality. We chose the 365 Comfort windows without grids and replaced 17 windows in our home. They look beautiful. We have a scenic view, and I couldn't wait to get rid of the grids that were blocking it. A week later, Fredy came out to remeasure the windows to ensure accuracy. He was friendly, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. The Cincinnati installation crew (I wish I could remember everyone's names) was nothing short of amazing. They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and finished by 4:00 p.m. They worked nonstop all day. They even let me watch parts of the installation and ask questions. Their craftsmanship was exceptional. They took great care when removing the old windows and installing the new ones, cleaned up thoroughly, and hauled away all of the old materials. The day after installation, Champion emailed us helpful information, including customer support contact details, window-cleaning instructions, and a detailed brochure about condensation. This brochure initially raised some concerns for me. It explained how condensation forms on windows and how indoor and outdoor temperature differences can affect it. Since it's late October and we're running the heat at night while opening the windows during the day, I was a little nervous about potential short-term condensation. The brochure states, "These causes will disappear after a few weeks or, at most, a season of heating." I certainly hope there are no long-term issues, but so far, everything has been great. Final Thoughts Based on my experience, I recommend Champion Windows. For anyone wondering about payment terms, our project was divided into four installments: 30% at signing 30% at the start of production 30% the day before installation Final payment after job approval Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and completed much faster than I expected. The windows look fantastic, and we're very pleased with the results.

Our family is so grateful we worked with Griffin Decks & Covers. Our new deck is amazing, the pictures speak for themselves!

David provided a complete estimate in October 2023 and aimed for a December start date which he adhered to despite the requirement to involve my HOA design Committee and a structural engineer for the project. From start to finish, the project was completed on schedule, as described, with the flexibility for upgrading flooring which I later requested. The team was competent, professional and ensured my complete approval and delight with the project. Additionally, the total price was lower than my estimate from another company (a National chain) which planned to use materials of much lesser quality and did not include new decking and rails. I can enthusiastically recommend Zapp Exteriors after my experience with David and his team. The service was exceptional as was the final product.

I had high wall ceilings. Lots of fixtures. 4 areas That needed repair. And gazillion doors. And it was done on time with all materials included for a few grands was very reasonable. His team provided and completed the job by staging deadline. My husband did a final walk through but didn't have a keen eye for details and even when I reached out to address those details after payment had already gone through Rafael still sent out peoole to fix my minor requests. Very professional. Great work. Even went out of his way to caulk. Paint. Adding lines to all the stairs for us at no extra charge ! Oh. They removed window blinds and caulked our windows too. Great people! A few things to note: 30% payment prior to job work is industry standard. I didn't know thìs and it was scary but they were very professional and followed through without any issues. They did a good job covering but if you see some minor paint splashes, just wipe it down and use your finger to scratch them. Itll come right off no big deal. Just don't leave it for too long or it gets tougher with time. Overall I would definitely hire palmira again for my next big paint project!

The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough.
