Nothing but great things to say about Elevation 5003! I've been twice recently - once just to buy a Christmas gift for my kiddo. Today we four enjoyed a proper visit with ample time to relax and enjoy some of the featured cocktail creations. On both visits the customer service was outstanding and welcoming. I believe our bartender/server was Alex. She was awesome. So helpful with suggestions and questions we had about the menu and our personal tastes. The actual tasting room is small. Mostly seating at the bar with one small seating section by the door. We chose to sit at the bar. Outdoor seating is also available for those that prefer that option. Alas, we are still in COVID times - staff wore masks and there was a section of the bar that had protective barrier, if that's important to you. We sat there for the corner spot so our group could talk easier. I haven't even mentioned the drinks yet. All the cocktails we ordered were fantastic! Favorites include the Fall Nights, the Pumpkin Spice White Russian, and the Baby You're Driving (sub gin). read more

This is our new go-to spot for cocktails. We tried the Jungle Cruise, Black Manhattan, Summit Sipper, and Brazilian Lemonade. Our favorite was the Summit Sipper, but each drink was crazy delicious and unique. We VERY happily drank all of them and were looking through the menu at all of the other drinks we want to try on our next trip! Our waitress (maybe the owner?) was friendly and attentive and provided great service. All around it was an A+ experience and we'll be back for sure. Only downside, I wish they had snacks or appetizers. After two strong cocktails I was feeling it and could have used a little food to go along with the tasty drinks. read more

During this uncertain times - Elevation 5003 made life a little easier. They started offering their mixed cocktails to go!!! Living in Northglenn, boozing it up after an hour drive IS NOT SOMETHING I WILL DO - so I never was able to partake of their cocktails - I just shopped for their alcohol and brought it home. WELL, let me tell you. Not sure when they started this, but OMG, I'm so glad they did. Names are catchy, and the menu is VERY descriptive. They change up the menu and offerings, so get it while you can.. We make the trip out there - stock up for the weekend and enjoy!! Each drink comes labeled, with instructions, and also includes the garnish! NO BRAINER!! Honestly, THE BEST COCKTAILS WE HAVE HAD IN OUR LIVES.. Now, without sounding like I have a problem - we used to frequent The Avery in Chicago. THIS IS BETTER!! And you can get your drinks easier, plus enjoy at home. Can't wait to go back! read more

My son and I went here for some drinks because we both have enjoyed their whiskey. The space is small, with a few bar seats and a table in the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in until we left, just before the doors closed. The little spot was packed the entire time we were there and I'm not sure how common that is. The drink menu was great and we tried a couple different drinks and then a flight of different spirits. The seasonal options were fun and enjoyable. For a night out with another person this is a great spot, but if you have a group you might have some trouble fitting everyone inside. I enjoyed the flavors and I would definitely come back here for another cocktail. I might also get a bottle of the rye whiskey, which was really tasty. read more

I love coming here every time I'm in the area. It is by far one of my favorite distilleries in town. Their cocktails are top notch and the service is always friendly! I like the cocktails a bit more than the spirits themselves but they are made so well it's impossible not to love! Their spicy Paloma is INSANE!!! There isn't one drink I don't enjoy and it is very convenient that they are located next to a yummy bistro next door (which you can order as take out and eat at 5003). The only downside I've seen so far after visiting quite a few times, is there are often kids there? Maybe that is a personal pet peeve of mine but it seems so odd that kids are allowed not only in the bar (yes, it really is a bar so why is that kid friendly?) but they sit AT the bar. There is something about that, that just seems oddly out of sorts. If they served food and were more of a restaurant that would be one thing, but there are a lot of other distilleries that would never allow kids, let alone eating McDs at the bar. With that, it sure won't stop me from returning because their drinks are too darn good to let a kiddo eating fries to stop me. read more

Delicious, smooth, cocktails in a bright and intimate space. Between the four of us we tried most of the cocktails on the menu, all of them made with house-distilled and infused spirits. The drinks are by turns bright (Notorious F.I.G. and Grapefruit Twist), and refreshing (Watermelon mojito) as befits the summer season. All of them, with the deliberate exception of a delectable chai-spiced confection, were sweetened with a very light hand, the better to show off the flavors and smooth character of the spirits. One of the owners, Morgan, was tending bar. She gave her full attention to each customer and their drink in turn, making for a personalized and friendly experience. Come with friends or make some at the bar. Play some Jenga. You'll have a splendid time. I'm so excited to have this place in the neighborhood! read more

And Cheers to you 5003!! A couple of friends and I went distillery hopping. Yea it's a thing. And we found 5003 Distillery. You walk into their snug tasting bar and warmly greeted as you come in. The decor is inviting, bright and happy. :) We ended up tasting everything, and taking one of everything home. It's ALL teasingly delicious. My fav- Falernum (not sure how to pronounce) This place is husband and wife operated and you can tell their products were made with love. These guys definitely have a bright future ahead. You can only find these liquids here at the distillery. So make sure and stop by this great destination and take something home. read more

This was our fourth stop of the day following the Fort Collins locations on the Colorado spirits trail , the location almost seems odd for a distillery in the middle of a little shopping plaza. However stop on it and enjoy some really great spirits and mixed drinks, if you get hungry there is a great little bistro next door and all in all it is truly a fun and delicious place to visit. My only complaint and I dont think there was really anything they could do about it since the arrival of customers is very hard to predict but with only one person working at a time and after us having a lot of others pour in it took a very long time to get our drinks and then check out. We stopped in for a quick drink last night on our way to another function. What a fantastic spot. I've had two experiences here and neither were very good. First the positive, the drinks are imaginative and decent and the menu changes often. Unfortunately, there's got to be more to draw people in this market of multiple options. It is usually service and environment that make a place stand out and that's where Elevation 5003 comes up short. There is limited seating and the service is SLOW and inattentive. Our latest example was an order of two drinks from the end of the bar because all stools were full. We expected to get them and step out of the way, but we didn't expect to get one drink, then wait 10 minutes for the second one (while watching another patron get a second drink, server talk to a few people, look like she forgot what she was doing and then offer no excuse for her lack of attention). I'd rather drink their product somewhere else with better service than return here. read more

Nice distillery in Midtown Fort Collins. 100% corn white whiskey and 2 row barley vodka (gin is coming soon) make for base spirits with a unique taste. A small cocktail list compliments their spirits and features house made juices and syrups (no mixes allowed). Indoor and outdoor seating with windows that show off the distilleries copper pot still add to the character of this establishment. I've been in twice now and have noticed a couple of things both times. First off, the drinks are amazing. Everything we tried was spot on, and the bartender (we had the same one both times) clearly knows their stuff. However, I can't say the same thing about the service. Very, very slow, and like the other reviewer said, they spent a lot of time just idly chatting with other customers, making drinks out of order, and just generally not being very attentive or quick. We waited a long time to order, waited a long time for our drinks, and sat with empty glasses for a long time after. It's a very small place, so I understand not wanting to have too many cooks in the kitchen (so to speak), but this particular person needs some assistance. For now, I can't recommend coming here unless you're happy with sitting and chatting without drinks for long periods of time. read more
