I visited Dr…read more Dukes in August of 2021 for back pain from a prior accident, seeking x rays and a diagnosis. Initially, Dr. Dukes was very friendly and we started to go over my prior medical history before we went over the x ray results. She asked me a question regarding the Covid-19 vaccine, which I have not received. When Dr. Dukes became aware of me being unvaccinated, she got up, opened the door, and stood in the hallway. Her friendly personality did a 180 and she began to bash me, saying "You're the reason why so many people are dying", "its all because of people like you", "I will not sign you up for in person therapy since you are unvaccinated" and much more. Keep in mind that we were both wearing n95 masks the entire time. After arguing through the doorway for a few minutes, she closed the door and sent in an assistant to reschedule the meeting via Zoom. I declined and made my out of the office. This was, by far, the least professional interaction I've had with anyone in my life. Would never recommend anyone to Dr. Heather Dukes or her office.

went to Dr Karen to treat my melasma. She recommended aerolase so I purchased $600 worth of…read moreaerolase sessions which obviously did not work, I also bought$275 worth of product that was supposed to help. When I brought the products home, they were empty. I also purchased a $200 gift certificate for botox. She never used my gift certificate for my botox and when I asked her for the money back, she refused unless I signed a waiver stating I would not slander her business. Did did refund me $575 to cover the remaining aerolase sessions and empty product but sherefused to give me back my gift certificate money. She also had an unlicensed esthetition work on my face which is probably why it never worked and I believe she diluted my botox because when she injected me it was running down my neck and back and after 2 sessions of injections my face was still unaffected. I had to go pay for more botox at another spa so I ended up paying double for botox. The nurses and staff are also very unprofessional and rude.

Dr Karen is incredible. Not only was she able to get my daughter in to see her on a very short…read morenotice, but she also removed a piece of metal from her finger that IU Urgent care refused to remove. It's rare to find a Dr. that actually listens to their patients and adds her personal touch and provides excellent care. I highly recommend Dr Karen Reid-Renner and her office staff are wonderful too.

Finally she released them and they had been altered. She tried to mix her religious beliefs into my Christian faith. Told me I was going to hell. This is when I left her practice and requested my medical records. Things went downhill quickly.

Two stars are for the receptionist who was with the doctor for the 6 months I was there and the 4…read morenurses who came and went during this time. Because of the physician who insisted on doing his own insurance filing and billing, there were always errors. The first thing he asked at each appt was about the billing and insurance, discussing what we had paid or the insurance had paid. Worse, although I saw him monthly, he never remembered me from one appt to the next, nor anything about me. He did not allow staff to record physician's notes on the visit. He mixed up medications that were written, each time asking what conditions we were treated for and the treatment. The time spent on his record keeping seemed to drive his practice. He would rarely examine me. We both had to relocate so were very lucky to find appropriate physicians. Perhaps it was just me but I thought the way he conducted his office and treatment was not beneficial to my health. Nice man, but odd. I had also gone on a well known website and checked for any recommendations or commentary by other patients. There was only one reviewer. He was rated as an excellent physician by them. Maybe things were very different for them.
