On Thursday, August 19th, both Stu and Godwin contacted me as they had promised To resume following up on the development of the payment made to Wells Fargo. At that point, I contacted Wells Fargo and I was told that indeed they had received the payoff amount from Jim Coleman that very afternoon and that the account was fully paid for and closed, thus I was no longer responsible for the vehicle or the loan. I informed both gentlemen accordingly and they were very apologetic about the whole process and how long it took. I can recommend Jim Coleman Cadillac again. I am happy with the results and I commend them for their integrity and for owning the problem and working hard to resolve it. I would also like to reiterate that my previous comments about Jim Coleman Cadillac or indeed my comments on yelp for any other business are never made out of vindication or spite! I may express my personal feelings but at the same time I tend to remain objective and state the facts without embellishing them..
