Had an issue with Sarah's phone and she called right back. Look forward to checking out her service.

I enjoy a relaxing facial where the Esthetician knows what my skin needs. Sara was amazing and I can't wait to go back!

I'll start by telling you that my appointment was for my son (an eyebrow wax). He'd probably be upset for calling him out (oh well, LOL). But giving her a review is worth it. Sara has such a nice and wonderful energy with her clients. I could tell right away that she's very experienced and CARES about her clients. Her space is very nice and very calming. She explained everything she was doing before she started. She has a quaint space that I would prefer over something in a busier city setting. Sara's great and we will definitely be going back!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Sara and the services she provides. My skin was a mess when I first went to her and in the past year I've already seen a huge difference. She truly takes her time to make sure you get a 5 star service and address any problem areas. She's also fantastic at brows! Anytime I leave her I feel like an absolute queen. 10/10 recommend this lovely woman and will sing her praise. read more

I wish I had found Sara years ago instead of when my aesthetician moved away. Spending an hour with Sara is not only the most relaxing way for me to start my day, but her personalized facial treatments are amazing AND she includes a neck, arm & hand massage. Sometimes I just drift of an imagine I'm in a fancy Palm Springs spa! read more

Sara Evans is a skilled aesthetician with decades of experience. Her knowledge continues to amaze me. I've learned so much from her. Do book an appointment with her; you won't be disappointed! read more

I found this business here on Yelp and decided to try it out. I wanted to treat myself to a facial on my birthday, and luckily, Sara was able to fit me in. She is really nice and very knowledgeable about skincare. She exudes positive vibes which made me feel comfortable throughout my session. I also really like the set up of her space; well-decorated, dimly lit and perfect for encouraging relaxation. Also, she did a great job on my skin. She recommended a brightening facial and provided a hand treatment and massage. I really love that a facial from Sara doesn't stop at the face. She paid attention to my neck, chest, arms and hands...I'd return for that reason alone! read more

My loyalty has been with Sara for over 15 years! I began going to her when I was 14 years old for my first brow waxing! Now being 29 I'm proud to say Sara is still the one and only esthetician I've ever gone to. Reasons for my loyalty are pretty easy. Sara is the most warm, friendly, genuine, caring, professional person. She is passionate about her craft and it definitely comes through in every service you receive from her. Her facials are truly one of a kind. She customizes it to your individual skin care needs, which I appreciate! I will continue to go to Sara forever until she retires. Love her so much! Update as of October 2018: Sara got my face wedding ready!!! Sara has gone above and beyond the call of duty to get my face wedding ready. I started my skin transformation journey at the beginning of 2018. Each treatment Sara would customize my facial and chemical peel treatment to individual skin care needs. We were focusing on my deep acne scaring, uneven skin tone, and sun damage stemming from my teenage years. I've said this before in my first review and I'll say it again Sara is a true professional who takes her craft seriously. Her passion shines through in every service you receive from her. My most favorite part of her facial service is the shoulder, neck, and arm massage. She doesn't just leave the room or sit there while the product absorbs on your face. She continues to make her customer the center of attention. After roughly 6 chemical peel treatments my skin is radiant and the clearest it's been since before I had acne as a teenager. I highly recommend Sara for all your skin care needs! She is one of a kind! read more

I purchased a living social deal. Sara is very warm and polite. She is also very thorough and customized my facial package rather than just sticking with the deal. She gave her recommendations and asked if procedures were ok to do and explain every step of the way. This was the most relaxing adult acne facial I've had. She is very knowledgable and gave many recommendations but was not pushy on anything. I am somewhat new to the spa/facial world and I am so glad to have had the experience with her. I will be coming back to have her help me resolve my skin issues. Well worth your time... And money! read more

Sara is the BEST! She is kind, insightful and has some a warm and positive spirit. I thoroughly look forward to my appointments with her. She has been doing my eyebrows and facials for the past 4-5 years. She always provides great recommendations regarding skin care products and my routine, and never pushes products on you. Her facials are the best I've ever had- they are longer, full of many different stages and treatments and will leave you glowing! read more

My wife discovered Sara on yelp and what a discovery it was. After two visits with Sara, she explained to me Sara's experience and treatments are world class. No need to travel any longer to a San Francisco or Napa...Sara is local professional...a beautiful person (inside and out). Sara's treatments are fantastic! The products used are natural and healthy (a must!). The results speak for themselves...outstanding! We are now both seeing Sarah...and we are very happy!!! Thank you Sara! See you soon... read more

Smooth, smooth, smooth........what can I say? If you want your cooch waxed, Sara is the best. I have been giving Sara money to torture me since the 90s. Yes, kids, that's right. Kiki G. has been bare for a very long time! The pain is less with each session, so hang in there. Sara will also talk to you about skin care options that are customized for your needs. Her facials are top knotch, too. read more

I have been getting my facials and eyebrow waxing from Sara Evans since 1998. And I've never been disappointed. She's absolutely the best in the business. She takes her time and explains everything as she's doing it. I even got my husband coming here for facials and he loves it. Sara is very professional and is super sweet. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with any of her services. It is definitely a great way to treat yourself after a long stressful work week. read more

Sara is the best! I have been going to her for over 5 years for my eyebrows and facials. I have very sensitive skin and many waxes do not work for me. Sara worked with me to find the best wax for my skin and the best method for my eyebrows. As for my skin, I have always struggled with acne and milia and I started going to Sara for extractions and facials and it has changed my life. It is definitely a process and doesn't happen over night; but she has made it so enjoyable and i feel so confident every time i leave. I would highly recommend Sara not only for her wonderful skills, but also for her positive personality and professionalism. read more

Sara gave my mom an amazing facial for her 75th birthday. She paid special care and attention to my mom's medical needs and even brought her flowers for her birthday. I am so grateful to this sweet, generous woman for pampering my mom on her special day. Thank you! Highly recommend! read more

I discovered Sara through a friend... I had been to a couple of different local Estheticians - and was having mixed results. They would offer to sell me products that worked against my skin's needs - or, I would have a reaction to the wax used on my brows. So, I entered my first appointment very cautious, but so pleased with the results - I have stayed as a client for 12 years! Sara is very professional, and has a gift for putting clients at ease. Her brow shaping is exceptional - and I refuse to have a Facial done anywhere else. read more

Sarah is the most amazing Esthetician I have ever gone to. She is personable, warm, and incredibly kind. She is brilliant at what she does and proves it time and time again. She tailors your facial to your current skin needs and is thoughtful in teaching you about ways to help your skin for the better. She explains all that she is doing if you are ever curious. For a women's facial, she treats the face, chest and hands too! Her workspace is clean, relaxing and inviting. I could not recommend her enough. She has a client for life. Thank you for always taking great care of my skin. read more

Sara knows skin care! Tucked away off of Mt. Diablo Road is her cute little shop. It's so relaxing and cozy. When you meet her, the first thing you notice is her beautiful skin! That cemented my decision to give her a try and I am so happy that I went with my gut. I interested in getting a peel and was very nervous about the process. Sara explained every step thoroughly and was very gentle. My fears melted away. I am now doing a series of peels and couldn't be happier with the results! Amazing clear skin that glows! Sara is very caring, easy to talk to, and very gentle with her care. And her prices are reasonable. I am thrilled to have found her. Book your appointment! read more

Sara is tops. Hands down the best facial I have ever had-- I have been seeing her for 10 years and my skin which was previously dull has become radiant- it's almost as if both her talent and positive energy is sucked into my pores and I come out looking and feeling totally renewed. She has an uncanny intuition about what treatment my skin needs, and she has never lead me wrong. I have sent various friends and co-workers to Sara and amongst all the praise I have even received a thank you card from someone expressing their gratitude for my recommendation because Sara " changed their life" she's that good. Go now. Seriously. Go. (*Allison) read more

Sara is amazing! I've been going to her for over twenty years! Funny, I just told her she looks the same, because she knows what she's doing! Her place is so relaxing and you just feel at ease. I treated my mom to a facial with Sara today, for her 60th birthday. My mom loved it! She said she felt so relaxed, she almost fell asleep. But, it's not about feeling pampered... She knows what she's doing. My mom came out looking five years younger, in one treatment. Her stubborn sun damage was gone, and she has this amazing glow! My mom said, she can't wait to go back, and it was the best birthday gift, she's ever received. Thanks Sara! Sara just did an amazing facial on my aunt! She loved it. Thanks Sara, you're the best read more

Sara is amazing! I found her through a friend whose been a client for 10 YEARS. That was more than enough to convince me. I've gotten a microderm/peel twice with her. She is very thorough and explains each step. Her room is cleanly set up, sets up a serene environment and cutely decorated! I really enjoy the extra touches; hand anti oxidant treatment and arm massage. She isn't overbearing with product recommendations, just like a friend giving advice. She also offers great deals for a first time client. Extra bonus is that parking is a breeze. read more

The most amazing facial I have ever had. So much more than facial treatment, massage, hands, décolletage, lymph drainage, total pamper for 1.5 hours. I lost myself on her table and floated out glowing. Vitamin C treatment was hydrating and exfoliating. Thanks Sara! I highly recommend and will return. NOTE: She has moved and is now at Studio J in Lafayette! 1018 Almanor Lane. Treat yourself, you will love it. Thanks Sara. read more

Sara is amazing at what she does! She tailored my facial to my specific skin concerns and needs. I don't know how, but she does it all seamlessly while answering all my questions. Plus, this was my first facial ever, so she totally put me at ease when she walked me through the process. I had extractions (didn't hurt at all), microdermabrasion, and an oxygen treatment with hydration mask (felt so good). She's professional and pleasant. Her room is tranquil and the bed is super comfy and warm. I've only been once; instantly my skin is so smooth, hydrated, and happy. I can't wait to go back! read more

I found Sara via YELP & have had her facials several times now. Sara is so sweet. I really enjoy her facials & they are so relaxing. I love the way my skin feels when she's done with me. I especially appreciate that she's always working on you from the minute you lay down. I've been to many estheticians that leave the room after they apply the mask for 20-30 minutes. Not Sara, she'll massage your Hands & arms. Really nice! She tells you what products she's using on your skin. Everything just smells so yummy that you feel you can eat them. She never pushes products on me. Her studio room is really cozy & relaxing. Everything is nice & clean. I'm a fan! read more

I have received about 4 facials from Sara so far and she does great work. I always get comments on my skin afterwards (you have a nice glow to your face is a common comment). I love, love, love the 90 minute pampering facial. A little me time plus I'm doing good for my skin. It's a win-win. I just recommended Sara to a co-worker today so thought it was time to write a review. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable and who has a calming spirit, check out Sara! read more

I just moved to the area and was searching for a esthetician in the area and found Sara Evan's on yelp via her great reviews. And I am SO happy I did because I just had my first facial with her and she did an outstanding job. I came in feeling like my skin was in horrible condition, or as I described "it was angry", and she not only provided me with a custom facial & microderm specific to my skin, but she also gave me assurance and advice on how we can get my skin back to looking healthy and glowing. I left feeling like my skin was refreshed, healthy & glowing, and feeling confident and hopeful that it will continue to improve. Sara really seems to know her stuff, and judging by how beautiful her skin in, how could you not trust her?! I look forward to coming in to see her again and would highly recommend her to anyone else! read more

I found Sara on Yelp and couldn't be happier that I did! She's extremely warm and professional, and when I arrived she took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for in a facial. She has incredible attention to detail, I felt like every square inch of skin was taken care of. I also really appreciated that the treatments were also applied to my neck and hands, areas that I always forget are also prone to signs of aging. My skin was glowing after she was done and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bliss from start to finish! read more

I found Sara about 11 years ago (2003) and after my first visit I was in love. She is the absolute best in my eyes. Her work is like no other and believe me I've tried lots of others. She's very professional and takes her time. I however lost contact with her since I moved over an hour away. I searched and googled and tried everything to relocate her and after years of searching I finally found her again! (Thank you God) I had gone to other estheticians and I had the absolute worst luck! I had given up. But with patience and help from people I found her. I just seen her this last weekend after several years. I got my eyebrow's waxed and they look amazing. I wish I could post a picture!! If your unsure of someone to trust it's understandable I'm the same way. But believe me I live one hour and a half away from her and I travel from that far to come see her cuz she's way worth it! Thanks Sara read more
