I do not recommend this vendor as their employees obviously don't know what they are doing nor are they will to resolve issues or damaged caused by their equipment. I wouldn't make such a big deal of this except I specifically asked their staff about removing any equipment PRIOR to entering the wash.

It's hard to find genuine reviews these days, but this is one of them. Grant made the whole process incredibly easy! He got me scheduled quickly, I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was fully tinted front to back perfectly. That whole process was done within 24 hours of time, and all at a great price! No weeks of waiting required like at other sad excuses of tint shops. The level of quality and professionalism was outstanding here. If you need fast, genuinely high quality ceramic window tint, this is absolutely the place to go. I've had terrible experiences at other tint shops where just the work alone took over 7 hours, had to be redone multiple times, had to be scheduled weeks in advance, or ended up being terrible quality (or all of the above in one case). One place even ended up breaking my window, and another one said "your back window is not glass, you have to do custom vinyl dots" which is the expensive route, even though it's literally glass. Grant ended up tinting my back window for me just to prove that other places are full of crap. This whole experience really made me appreciate the level of care and efficiency Grant provides. If you want tint done right the first time (which also comes with a warranty by the way), I highly recommend him at Bo & Mike's. He's genuinely a tint expert, he's NOT going to lie to you like other places do, his prices are very fair, and he's super professional and cares about you and your vehicle on a personal level.

As far as I can tell, each step up in price, increases the amount of "prep work" by the attendants prior to entering the wash and an increase in chemicals and waxes during the wash. This is a cloth machine, conveyor system, works very quickly and a blow dry at the end. Does it get to every single nook and cranny? No, hand wash yourself for that, but it is pretty close. There are towels available if you wish to wipe down your vehicle afterwards and a free vacuum. I've taken my brand new 2016 Ram 1500 here a few times, two of my other vehicles, no problems.

I'm all for friendly customer service, but there is a clear difference between being friendly and crossing personal boundaries. What made the situation even more disappointing was that management seemed to do nothing about it. Is this how all of the employees are expected to treat customers and their companions?
