I found Renewed Reflections Detailing by following a recommendation of a good friend. I have to say…read moreI WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! I've been using this company ever since - over 10 years now! Joe, the owner does AMAZING work! My cars have all been 'brought back to life' through his hard work! Not only has he washed & waxed the exterior of my cars -- but also meticulously detailed the interior, as well. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for! The detail choices I make for my cars are definitely NOT the most expensive but also not the least expensive. I was always taught to take care of my vehicles so I don't skimp on its upkeep! I feel like Joe would put in just as much blood/sweat/tears regardless of which package I chose with each detail! He's THAT kind of guy! If you're looking for someone to treat your vehicle like it's his own..... Joe is THAT guy! Give Renewed Reflections a try! You won't be sorry!!!!

We agreed on 9:30am for my full detail. At 9am, he texted me to tell me that he'd arrive at 10am. Not only was his eta 30 minutes late but he arrived late to his new eta. I had already set my schedule back 30 minutes which cost me $7.00 to my new ride share fees as my girlfriend had already left to work and could no longer give me a ride with the new 10am start on my car. I finally just cancelled the entire job. Being on time means being early. Time is money and if you don't respect my time, why would I respect yours? Not to mention, these guys are more expensive than their local competition (by $100!) I had no problem paying an extra hundred bucks if I got more for my money, but instead I got someone who clearly doesn't want to work, has a severe lack of business acumen, and doesn't respect his customers time.
