Everything was completed quickly, professionally, and to the highest quality. They worked with us to find the right siding and even helped us reuse extra material we had on hand, which reduced our costs. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I especially want to recognize Tony Moore. He responded promptly to our initial request, provided a thorough estimate, and made sure every detail was completed perfectly. We could not be happier with the results. Thank you, Tony and the entire Scott Roofing & Exteriors team!

He's incredibly unprofessional. I finally asked to hire other professionals ourselves to finish the projects and for him to give us the amount of money back that will cover them as we have paid for the whole job unfortunately. He first refused to discuss, then eventually said he would "make me an offer" only because I was posting my horrible experience which he goes behind and deletes as he deletes all negative reviews of himself. He also did not respond whatsoever about me getting other bids to even see what the expenses were to cover the work. The offer never came though when he said, and there is no communication from him as to why he is again not doing what he says he'll do. A simple "ok, send me the bids and I'll send the offer then " would have done. Or even better how about "we're sorry for all the inconveniences we've put you through. Sure, send the bids and we'll take care of it" would have been the right thing to do, but we get zero response about that and instead he made it sound like he was making an offer without any interest in what it would actually take to get the job covered. Either way, there is no follow up, no offer, and poor/ no communication as per the last two maddening months. We can't deal with him any longer as his behavior and having constant re-do's are causing severe unnecessary stress. Had to contact BBB and Good Contractor. Appears altogether and professional up front and then acts like a completely different person when he has your money and things don't go right. Lots of very frustrating no shows as well.

Dead solid perfect, from estimate to installation…read more I called Willis for an estimate and an appointment was conveniently scheduled the next day. After I accepted their competitive estimate, we agreed on an installation date which they hit precisely. After seeing them starting to work on the installation the morning, I was out the rest of the day. When I returned in the evening I was greeted with perfect gutters and downspouts installed all around my home. And I'll add no other signs that anyone had been there -- no damage of any kind, trash, or anything. It couldn't have been better. The next workday I received an emailed invoice that I could conveniently pay from my phone. So easy, so perfect. I only wish all the work I have done could be done so professionally. I couldn't recommend Willis Exteriors more highly.

I had been looking for a siding company for a while and was relieved to find a company that came highly recommended from a friend. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. I have since found out that in addition to windows and siding, they have crews who can do any kind of construction work, and we plan to have them back to help us with the other projects on our house, including new windows, in the future. I would trust them with any job at this point, and I don't think anyone else can beat their prices. I recommend them to anyone looking at any construction job. They are fair, honest, skilled, and pay great attention to detail.

The owner was out there day one answering questions explaining all about the windows and giving us our quote. Profesional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing blew the others out of the water! He presented us with options and we decided on the platinum windows which we are in love with. True Value World were extra quick to order the windows. We signed the contract for work, payed the down payment, they handle the city permit and within 2 weeks we were ready for install .. which took 1 day for 14 windows! They stand behind their work and commit to addressing all if any issues! The windows look amazing and with the lifetime warranty I feel sure of the decision to buy. So much so that I am now planning on changing what windows remain to full update the home! 5 of 5 stars would recommend!
