My experience with Elevated Air LLC--and its owner, Marcus--has been nothing short of a headache from the start. During his very first visit, a simple HVAC service turned into a mini-disaster. A plastic downspout pipe on my system was cracked during the appointment, and before long, water was leaking into my ceiling and ruining my drywall. After pressing the issue, he did come back to repair the pipe, but the damage was already done.
Still, wanting to support a new local business owner, I decided to give him another chance when my blower motor went out later in the year. That decision came back to haunt me. The moment the new motor was installed, a burning smell started drifting through my vents. When I reached out, his only response was to "keep him updated," which offered little confidence.
A couple of months later, the blower motor failed again. At that point, I called Long's. Their technician took one look and discovered the motor had been installed incorrectly in the first place--something that ultimately caused the second motor to burn out.
After two avoidable problems, water damage, and multiple repairs, I made the decision to move on to a more reliable company. My experience speaks for itself. read more
