It looks like a tanning bed so it does have the fan in the end but I don't think it did anything. I think they should have a fan inside. They do have the wipes to wipe down before and after. You can lay naked, fully clothes, or whatever floats your boat. Would I come back? Maybe. Is there a potential? I think so.

Visiting La Jolla my friends and I decided to look into some wellness offerings after a Pilates class. We found LivKraft and they offered the services we wanted. We opted for a cold plunge, sauna and red light experience (there was a red light panel in the sauna). The room accommodated both is us. Walking in the vibe was calm, aesthetic and inviting. The room we were in had everything we needed and then some. Everything was clean and set up for use. Instructions are on the wall, so we didn't need to ask for much during our time. We opted for a 50 minute session and it was perfect for the both of us. For two people, including tax and tip it came out to about $117. Highly recommend this place!! I look forward to coming back whenever I'm in town!

I was actually looking forward to another service of the EMR mat, but my friend chose that one and ai couldn't. I guess that if you reserve with time it is fine, but still if you go with friends you can't all do it, only the regular Infrared Sauna Rooms. Service was good. So that's why I say I have mixed reviews because the sauna was good but my only option. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
