Went with my 6 year old daughter. We arrived about 5pm. I was informed the park closes at 6pm and the fee would still be for the 90 min jump. I said okay and paid. About 15 minutes into my daughter's jumping, an employee asked me "is that your child"? I replied yes. He said she can't have REGULAR socks on. I said no, she has socks with the grippy things on the bottom from another trampoline park. He later came over and I showed him the bottom of her feet. He walked away. A couple minutes later a teen employee said the exact same thing and I told him the exact same thing and showed him her socks. He said they have to be socks from Elevate. I said, can you go get her some socks then? He said no, you have to pay for them. I told my child to continue playing. A third teen employee approached MY CHILD with the second kid that just approached me, without me being around and I saw him motion for her to get out and said something. My child is looking sad and I became immediately upset. I told him you don't tell my child to get out, you talk to me, don't say shit to my child. He and I both became aggressive in our tones. At this point it's about 5:20pm. The manager comes over, who was actually the first male to approach me. Saying the same script and I said that's fine, can you get her some socks she has less than 30 minutes to play. He repeats no... company policy etc. I respond, well just give me my money back and we can go. He refuses because he says all says all final. I requested a coupon. He says no. I said, well my child will continue to jump. He says he will have to call the police and I replied, "Call them". Because at this point this is Ridiculous! This is a 6 year old trying to have an hour of fun in appropriate socks bought from a similar trampoline park, but because the sell of these socks, are more important than customer service, and he could have easily just given her socks to finish out the 30 minutes or given me a coupon for another day or ANYTHING reasonable, her day was ruined. It was never that serious. I don't think his tone wouldn't have been the same with a white family and I said that! When the police arrived, I went to talk to him after he spoke to the Manager, that claimed I caused a scene and I did not. I said what I said and sat back down. My tone was only aggressive with the young entitled employee who was rude to my child and got loud with me. Once it was clear the Police wouldn't handle the refund issue and told me to call corporate office, the Manager and the very first employee (woman) who I paid became "tough guys" and the female Yelled "Bye, write a review". So I will definitely do that everywhere I can. But ultimately, I want my money refunded or a coupon to another park so she can complete her jump because going to Elevate was the only thing she wanted to do. That manager sucks as his job because this was an EASY fix and then he refused to given me any corporate information because he wanted to show out once the cop showed up. I read the reviews before posting mine and I see my views are not far off from the bulk of others. For the amount they charge, the damn socks should be included or having the same brand/style socks from another park should be fine. read more

This place is a covid nightmare. If you are one of those who belove covid is some made up thing, this is the place for your kids. Otherwise, there were over a hundred (maybe 200) unmasked people crammed in here. There was no sanitizer (the one dispenser they had was empty.) Kids were on top of each other in the foam pits, pits with 10" foam blocks that were dingy from dirt much less germs. There was one employee with a spray bottle walking around wiping off a few things. This place clearly doesn't take covid seriously and doesn't require masks. When asked, the manager, whose mask was below her nose, explained that "we do suggest that people wear masks." There was almost no one with a mask on. I guess those who would wear a mask ran away like we did. Limiting customers, providing sanitizer dispensers, and requiring masks seem like the minimum that this place should be doing and they fail. read more

My child has come for birthday parties and playdates. I received an email to renew her waiver. I took the time to do it. When she arrived at the latest party, they said that they never received it. I had to fill out another one. She couldn't play right away so it was a total time waster to fill it out before the party. At the party there were glitches, making her wait even longer. I would recommend that you try to find someplace that cares about their customers. The only problem is that they have a monopoly, so they know that they don't have to care about their customers. read more

I just got double charged here for my 13 year Olds birthday and they won't refund the second charge. When paying they said the card machine timed out and made us run it again. This place isn't cheap and I showed the employee the full double charges on my banking app but he said I have to email the manager. I live 40 miles away in Stark county where I pastor. This place isn't cheap and they double charged me. Pay cash if you can and don't let them run your card multiple times. read more

We had lots of fun with an almost two year old-- not overly crowded and the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

My kids love it here. There is obviously a lot of risk in the activities but I think it's good for them and a great way to stay active.

Great time. Came here with my husband, son and Brother for my brothers birthday. I loved how it has a toddler corner for my son. I've been to other trampoline parks where they don't accommodate little kids and it always seems so dangerous. So that was great he had his own special place. We had a great time jumping and the staff seemed nice. Since my brother and I are both adults. Lol I wished there would have been another corner for older kids/teenagers/adults. Just because when we where jumping and doing flips little kids would be running up on us. So we always had to be on the look out for reckless 8year olds. Still a good time. Great service I came for laser tag for my 20th birthday all staff was nice and I didn't have to wait long even though it was packed inside. I really enjoyed myself food was warm. it was a kinda long wait time for it but it's expected with how packed it was. It was cool imside and everybody were nice. Im black and received no weird looks or discrimination so it made me feel way safer and I had so much genuine fun. read more

This review is for the East Peoria Elevate location. This was my first time at a trampoline park and my first time on a trampoline in over 15 years. My niece and nephew loved this place. Everyone had to sign a liability waiver and buy Elevate socks to participate. You pay by the hour. The options of things to do here and jump on is abundant. Kids were running around, jumping, and sweating. Most of the areas are for younger kids but there were a few fun things for adults to do. My favorite areas were the zip-line and the sparring area. Would definitely take the family to this location again. They also have a small cafe with tasty icees. read more

This place makes you sign a waiver before jumping, but a person assumes these foam pits are filled properly to avoid a injury and the East Peoria location isn't. Falling all the way to bottom from a monkey bar I'd say isn't safe. Staff member even told us the owners refuse to buy more foam to properly fill these pits. My son used to work there years ago and said the pits were filled way higher and 5 min in the place we had a trip to ER knee injury. I don't recommend at all if owners aren't properly filling these pits to avoid injury. read more

I'm not happy at all what I woke up to this morning reading I called and asked them about it and they said it didn't happen a fight broke out and they were called name, so they are saying she's lying about it I read them there rights in a nice, nasty, clean way ! We need to protest peacefully! That's just wrong! Are children love elevate and we are all of Gods Children Black and white teach them parents! I work with preschool children age 3 -6 they don't see color , they see there friends and what we teach and talk to them about God! He Loves everybody! Great place for family fun!! Very clean and safe. There is even a little kids area for those under 5 years old.

First time here. We were greeted upon walking in and told were to go to fill out a waiver. My 8 year old daughter is the only one who jumped today. She enjoyed the balance equipment and the rope ladder. For those in great shape there is some obstacle equipment. However in some places if you were to fall off you may hit the edge of the pit below. The facility was clean and so was the men's room. Music was playing at what seemed to be an appropriate level. read more

Lots of variety for a tramp park. My kids love it. HOWEVER-we were there during peak hours and there were a handful of workers not doing their job. Girls were doing back flips and tricks on the runways. Workers were not paying attention to how many little boys were running wild across it (when there were clearly lines to do flips. ) my husband and i started guarding the sides of the runways bc it was dangerous. When gymnastics tricks are being done, there needs to be workers making sure it's a safe place for those tricks. We saw two workers walking back and forth, just talking to each other, flirting, not paying attention. We were doing their job and telling the wild children to get off. The workers were not paying attention to this Area from our perspective. They were more interested in their own conversation. Also-Too many kids older than 5 in the "under 5" area. I love that they have a kiddie area, but somebody needs to keep it "kiddie". There WERE workers at this park who were enforcing rules, and doing a great job in other jump areas. But these two situations mentioned above were problematic. IMO-Sky Zone is a safer environment. We've visited many tramp parks and sky zone always enforces the rules and keeps it safer. I've never had concerns there (and we've visited SkyZ in several different cities) read more

The facility is fun, but expensive. To offset that I bought 'loyalty' t-shirts for the second year in a row for my grandchildren. In 2017, purchase of the shirt included an initial two hour jump and a free second hour throughout the year when you paid for the first hour. In 2018 (in spite of what it says on the website price list) the shirt only gives you a free second hour. Re: the initial two hour jump that was supposed to be included with the shirt, I was told 'we're not doing that this year'. So, unless you plan on going to the trampoline park more than 4-5 times this year (depending on day of week), SKIP the shirt. It will cost you MORE than if you just pay for the second hour. :( read more

Do not go here if you have a child with any sort of disability. It clearly states that a child with disabilities can have one person jump with them for free. However, on the weekend they need the extra money, so it doesn't apply on the weekends. That sounds a lot like discrimination to me. They are basically saying she cannot jump with a guide, so therefore she wouldn't be able to jump at all. I did not cause a scene, as it was my sister's birthday, but I am deeply SICKENED by this company. We will not be returning. Besides all of that, the facility is often so packed with kids, there isn't even room for everyone to freely participate or enjoy their time there. The older kids often knock the younger kids around, and there is no supervision by the parents. There is a section in the back for kids 5 and under, which also gets taken over by older kids. The staff are a bunch of kids that look like they don't want to be there, and they in no way, shape, or form create a safer environment. read more
