You can check in ahead of time online but you always need to sign a waiver. The staff is very friendly and they keep their eyes peeled to make sure everyone is safe and isn't doing anything that could potentially hurt themselves. You have to buy their socks that have grips on them for $2.00. Per person it was roughly $20.00 for a 90 minute jump session. They have a slushee bar there. It is great for birthday parties and just a regular day. I have seen people there with their less than 1 year old on the trampoline which seemed a little odd to me to do. Since there was a kids birthday party going on. Lots of kids and chaos. They have high jumps and little trampolines too. Some activities include dodge ball, a mini ninja warrior type thing, a rock climbing wall, basketball, a swing into a foam pit and some other things as well. Everyone was having fun! They won't let you check in until the waiver has been completed 3. Don't bother buying tickets online ahead of time. Those who did had to wait in line just like everyone else. 4. Bring bottled water! There is a water fountain but there is no concession stand.

Mind you, it's busy. my daughters are falling and getting back up on their own. It's a trampoline park the kids are going to fall the smaller kids are going to take a bit longer to catch balance. I signed the waivers I understand the risks. Letting them fall and get back up on their own is okay with me. Apparently not with this park. In addition to the terrible service and unhelpful employees, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and ignored. Save your breath and go to skyzone.

Girls were doing back flips and tricks on the runways. Workers were not paying attention to how many little boys were running wild across it (when there were clearly lines to do flips. ) my husband and i started guarding the sides of the runways bc it was dangerous. When gymnastics tricks are being done, there needs to be workers making sure it's a safe place for those tricks. We saw two workers walking back and forth, just talking to each other, flirting, not paying attention. We were doing their job and telling the wild children to get off. The workers were not paying attention to this Area from our perspective. They were more interested in their own conversation. Also-Too many kids older than 5 in the "under 5" area. I love that they have a kiddie area, but somebody needs to keep it "kiddie". There WERE workers at this park who were enforcing rules, and doing a great job in other jump areas. But these two situations mentioned above were problematic. IMO-Sky Zone is a safer environment. We've visited many tramp parks and sky zone always enforces the rules and keeps it safer. I've never had concerns there (and we've visited SkyZ in several different cities)

It was quite a…read morenice time and a good way to tire out a three year old....and a thirty three year old, in a half an hour! Housed in a warehouse in cedar rapids, this is like your neighbors backyard, meets an arcade. Nice digs, with a number of different areas for trampoline related activities - dodgeball, basketball and a giant jumping pit. We went with our three year old and despite it being an anyone can jump time, our a little dude there was just fine. Rule #1 is that everyone has be jump on their own trampoline. This includes you, if you're with your kiddo, but it makes for good safe fun. The trampoline walls are surprisingly hard to jump into and land on your feet, but it's fun to try! The observation area upstairs has massage chairs - legit - and plenty of seating for family to chill out while everyone else gets their jump on! Well worth checking out and a great place to burn off some energy for anyone who's got some extra!

Why employers allow employees to be on their phones is mind boggling to me. I guess the only help you can find for cheap is zombies now. I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices. Who is going to pay $1 to play Galaga? Get real. I didn't get any food, but I already can tell you it's going to suck. The reason they don't get 1 star is because the cashiers were nice and the ninja course is still fun, but I won't be back.

Never has this ever happened in any other establishment. We also had 2 birthday parties there that both went great! The party hosts are proper hosts, super helpful and attentive. If you are a parent of young kids you know how crucial having that help is. All the staff knows my son by sight and are always welcoming and really tolerant and patient with my AuDHD son who constantly runs into every place he isn't supposed to. We feel like family here. I haven't gone on a hectic day (intentionally) so I can't speak to the rule enforcement on those days, but I can say that I have seen the strictness vary depending on the vibe, age, and amount of kids there. I appreciate this because it's annoying to have to parent other people's older kids around safety if they are being too rowdy around the little ones. They're all still just kids, though! The only improvement they could make is adding a slide or 2, but maybe that is in the future! Who knows! The most important thing to me is the intention and advocacy I have seen in management. Keep it up!

Pricing is on point. Registration is online and painless. 2. Class offerings are fun and at convenient times. I sometimes worry we push our kids into being super serious at sports earlier than we should? I don't get that vibe at Synergy. 3. Convenient, just off the interstate NL location. There's a plethora of parking. 4. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly. With a good mix of seasoned coaches and younger athlete coaches. 5. Safety first! Since a lot of kiddos that take classes there are not able to be vaccinated-- they require masks, regardless of vaccination status, for all folks inside over 3 years old. Honestly, this is the most efficiently run kid's activity I have ever witnessed. There are like a dozen groups going at any given time and your child is ALWAYS active. I'd recommend as a parent, but most importantly my daughter would as a participant, too!

Having only memories from childhood against which to compare, I can confidently say this spot is better than the gymnastics gym I went to as a kid, though I feel like we had as much fun as our little dudes have! The gym is well set up for any age group, be it little ones who just need to run around or a Shawn Johnson-esk gymnastics prodigy, they seem to have everything in both big and little sizes. Highlights of the place include the splendid foam pit, a giant inflatable castle and the trampoline run - a 50 x 5 ish foot trampoline. It's something I'd like to have in a house someday! Very nice folks running the place that are exceptionally good at corralling children, which seem akin to herding cats. Well worth checking out, especially if it's for a birthday party and the kiddos need to run off some energy!
