Initially, I came to this office a year ago for lower-teeth orthodontic treatment only and was…read morequoted around $4,700. After completing my periodontal treatment, I returned with clearance from top state periodontists for the lower teeth only. However, this office pushed me to treat both jaws. Although the price was already high and I have other major dental expenses, I agreed because I wanted to resolve all my dental issues and put an end to this ongoing nightmare. The doctor's consultation lasted less than two minutes. Without time to pause, reflect, or ask questions, I felt pressured to sign the contract and pay the deposit. Later, realizing the potential risks to my upper teeth--such as bone loss and very old root canals--I sent a detailed email outlining my history and concerns about moving those teeth. After that email, their communication completely stopped. When I followed up to ask about timeframes so I could schedule other dental procedures, I was ignored. This was a stark contrast to how responsive and attentive they were before I paid the deposit. It feels for me like this office is entirely business-oriented, prioritizing profit over patient well-being. They pushed an upsell during a rushed two-minute consult, ignoring complex medical risks. When you pay $6,500 out-of-pocket, you deserve doctor time, transparent communication, and respect--not to be treated like a wallet on an assembly line. Ultimately, I had to cancel the contract and request due to their complete lack of follow-up and care.

Stop it! Have I really not written a review for this location yet?…read more So friendly. So welcoming. So skilled. What more could you ask for? Oh, what was that? You want fun thrown into the mix too? Say no more. When we were there, the staff was decorating the office, and for what, you might ask? Taylor Swift's wedding, of course! I jokingly assumed Dr. Holt must be a Kelce and/or Chiefs fan, and the staff member decorating didn't even miss a beat when she replied, "Oh, he's a Taylor Swift fan too!" As we were walking out, we were handed an invitation to an ice skating party they're hosting in August. An invitation. To an ice skating party. From a medical office. Is this place for real!? Seriously though, it's rare to find a place that combines professionalism, skill, and such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. They clearly care about creating an experience, not just providing a service.

The same crew of girls have worked with the doctor as long as my sons have been going to him. One just got his braces off and we will be putting them on our other son. It's nice to see a place that does not have a high turn-over rate. Dr. Sefidpour is strictly braces and orthodontics. I wish the place my son went to for cleanings had the same crew. It seemed to switch every visit. I switched that to a different place and we will see. Anyway, back to the doctor on this review. Highly recommended. You will love his staff. The doc isn't the most talkative guy but he knows what he is doing and has never tried to sell me something we didn't need. Top notch.....no wonder I have met 2 different professional ballplayers in his lobby while they were waiting for their children.
