    I saw an ad on Instagram for a 30 day challenge and figured, why not? I signed up for a consultation and met with Monea and a few other potential participants. She was super friendly and gave us a lot of information. The challenge entailed "renting" a heart monitor which was $150 that would track your workouts and you following a protein heavy diet, drinking 2 protein shakes and 2 meals per day. There are a bunch of apps that you have to download - one to register for the class, one to track your heart rate, one for your weigh in, which you do at the Nutrishop down the street. First 2 workouts I was a bit overwhelmed and confused - there are different stations, some are timed, some you switch off with your partners. I was also paying attention to the screen and noticing my colors, wasn't in the zones I should be. But by my 3rd workout which was probably the toughest, I got into my groove and finally hit the red zone! They also have you send them pics of what you are eating and will help adjust your eating plan. Overall this gym is clean, great equipment and excellent staff! Very family oriented feel.

    I've attended both Genevieve's and Nakia's zumba classes, and they're great workouts, and also very fun. I highly recommend both.

Her management style really shows in the culture of the gym. She's empathetic, supportive, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks in, but she also knows how to push you when you need it. You always feel seen and motivated, not judged. Coach Mark is extremely knowledgeable and brings a different kind of support. He's calm, solid, and always there when you need guidance or reassurance. You can tell he really knows his stuff and wants you to succeed. Coach Ryan and Coach Aaron are awesome at helping you build new skill sets and pushing you toward your maximum potential. They're great at breaking things down, helping you improve technique, and showing you ways to level up that you didn't even realize were possible. I went to a regular gym for about 15 years and never saw real results like I have here. The difference is the environment. People hold you accountable, the coaches care, and you're constantly encouraged to be better. What's funny is I've driven by this gym for years and never really thought about it. With everything being online now and reading reviews, I'm honestly grateful I finally walked in. This place works, and the community makes all the difference. Highly recommend WoPro Fitness if you're serious about real results and being part of a supportive, motivating environment.

Then, a few months in, I decided to get married. I started taking Andrea's nutritional advice seriously and I was able to drop 15 lbs. within 5 weeks of my wedding! Not to mention that I looked and felt the best that I had in YEARS! I continued on with the good nutrition, it actually is pretty easy, and not only have I lost 40 POUNDS to date, but I feel so amazing that eating bad is not worth losing my progress and how insanely great & strong I feel: physically, mentally & spiritually. I am 40, exercise & nutrition are very important to me now that I am getting older. However, it is honestly not hard at all. I spend just a small amount of my time working out with Andrea & a small amount of time planning out good nutrition. It is almost unimaginable what a big task I used to think both of these things were, but come to think of it, it was actually that I lacked the knowledge that Andrea has delivered. I have literally had to get rid of every piece of old clothing and completely restock my wardrobe (even my chonies ;-). I didn't buy too much to restock though, my body is STILL changing and I continue to lose! So, what started as a target for energy & strength, turned into a 180° transformation for me - inside & out. As I said, as you go on it gets easy & habitual. However, the key lies with consistency. Having sessions with Andrea regularly and her heaps of advice & knowledge is what really has kept me on track. Without her specific & targeted guidance, I would not be as successful & I know it would be much more challenging to remain consistent. Not to mention that the start of my journey was interrupted with this crazy COVID-19 pandemic! Andrea was flexible as this whole thing unfolded, day-by-day, week-by-week. She adjusted to practicing CDC guidelines as they morphed and she was always on the side of extra cautiousness. I didn't miss one session, due to the pandemic. She just made it happen and I attribute a lot of my success to her. On a personal note, Andrea is fun, silly & the sweetest ball of energy. I love starting my mornings with her. Most of the time, I forget I'm working out. I'm usually a little draggy & really don't want to be there, but it ALWAYS changes within minutes. The workout and Andrea are the reason. She is a very smart, kick-ass, strong female. She inspires & fuels me with these traits. Needless to say, by the end or our sessions, I am always 1,000% in gratitude for having her in my life & our time together. I feel complete serenity, positive energy & strength to go out into the world and kick ass doing my part everywhere I go. Like I mentioned, I recently turned 40. I couldn't' be happier with myself that I finally made my body & health a priority and I feel extremely fortunate that I connected specifically with Andrea to start my journey & learning. She is super knowledgeable about everything nutrition & exercise, usually from a personal standpoint.     I highly recommend Wilson for chronic back pain and body imbalances…read more I've had back issues since high school that turned into years of poor posture especially once I started working and sitting even more. My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I can't recommend Wilson enough, especially if you feel like nothing else has worked.

I've truly enjoyed working out with her...We laugh, we talk, and over time we've built a genuine rapport that makes every session something I look forward to. It feels like I'm training with a friend who just happens to also be an amazing coach and really cares about your progress. She also communicates well, takes the time to answer my questions, and is reliable with scheduling. She shows up consistently prepared and fully present for every session, which I really appreciate. In our personal sessions, she took the time to understand my goals and helped me build strength, consistency, and healthier habits in a way that felt sustainable and encouraging. In group classes, she brings that same energy...warm, inclusive, and always making sure everyone feels seen and supported. I also want to share appreciation for SoFit SoCal. It's a clean, welcoming space with a really positive atmosphere that makes it easy to show up and stay motivated. I'm truly grateful for both Tina and SoFit SoCal for being such an important part of my life and health. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
