The place looks good. The apartments are walk up and have patios so you can enjoy the sunshine when it's warm. There are bbq grills, a dog wash and bicycle maintenance area. Children's play area and shared trash disposal. Parking is a separate charge if you want a reserved space or a garage. A two car garage means one car inside and one parked behind it outside. Not both cars in a garage. read more

They said I got approved. I signed an entire lease. Less than 24 hours before move in they canceled my lease and said I can't move in because I owed money to an apartment I paid off... kept my hold fee. Don't apply here they are scamming you. Update they charged my card more money after all this and won't return anything won't answer my calls or emails. Will be contacting a lawyer about this place read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Crime is out of control here. Cops here every weekend. Then a swat team had to break into an apartment next to ours, and completely messed up our door, couldn't even get into my own apartment. No courtesy call from management, like it would have been nice to just be like, "hey, swat team had to break into an apartment next to yours with bombs and flashbangs". Just came home to trash everywhere and to find swat team made it impossible to get inside my apartment because they had to use a bomb on the door next to mine. The fact we have pets inside and they have no desire to call and let us know what's happening show no care or thought for people actually living here. We even have damage in our apartment from the bombs the swat team used on the apartment next door. It's like an overpriced version of anything you can get in the ghetto of Aurora. PS: maintenance team is top notch. 100% trust them in my apt when doing repairs. Were always so helpful and made sure everything was 100% to your liking. But management is a disappointment. They failed here big time, courtesy call would have went a long way when coming home to this. read more

Inexperienced and rotating management. 1st manager tells you, "it'll be done". You wait. and the next one in line tells you you're out of luck. Poor management of residents, including many illegals. Everything goes out of order all the time... pool.. rec room, +++. Sell themselves as premier property... yeah. Nope. They actually charge you for the owners property tax in your rent. (gotta be illegal) Stay away. All in all, after 5 years there, always paying rent, and filled with false promises and double talking managers, you'll still be treated like you don't matter, as for them it's All about money, and you won't matter. Be warned. read more

Worst Place I Have Ever Lived If you read this and decide to still live here, then the next 12+ months is on you for what's in store... (by the way, this is their second Yelp account. Look for the other elevate account that they're hiding with a 1 star) Property Management does NOT manage the property what so ever. This is a reflection of Jackson Square Apartments Company as a whole. The "Managers" Brittany Berrum (now at Helios in DTC) & Isabel Gonzalez. The rest of the leasing staff is an extension of them and aren't any better. Tina with Maintenance is new and really trying to turn things around, but too little too late. Everyone smokes on their balcony because they know that management has no control of them. Everyone doesn't pick up their dog poop because they know that management won't do anything about it. The Club House and Pool are disgusting and I have never seen the gym be cleaned, once. Not to mention that the gym equipment either doesn't work or is dangerously falling apart. Same with the dog wash area. (Refer To Photos) This Is NOT A "Elevated Way Of Living". Despite how expensive it is to live here, it feels like a trailer park. People working on their broken down cars outside. Cop Cars are here all the time. Poop everywhere. Cigarettes Butts everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Loud and out of control neighbors. People's shoes, bikes, trash and personal belongings in the breezeway (goes against Elevate's Common Area/Community Appearance Policies). With the type of culture that Elevate Apartment Managers (Brittany & Isabel) have created here, it attracts and retains a type of nightmare tenet that nobody wants to deal with and pushes out the respectful, good tenets after they realize that they have been lied to and mistreated. This goes for people who work here as well. Good people won't tolerate this type of chaos. Anyone they hire or stays on for that matter are inexperienced, rude and you can tell they hate their job, which creates an unwelcoming/cold environment for tenants to live in. It takes days and several follow up attempts for Management to get back to you (emails or calls). It takes weeks to fix anything wrong with your apartment and when they do finally get around to it, it's half-as$ed so it takes another couple of weeks if not months to properly fix the original problem. One thing after another breaks. So look forward to that as a new tenant! Being so close to Centennial Airport, you have low flying aircraft disturbing your peace constantly. There is simply not enough parking and if you try to park across the street as Management suggest during your tour as a potential new tenet, realize that you will get towed parking at that business across the street and management will deny suggesting that to you. DO NOT get your internet with CenturyLink like Property Management suggests. Within the first three months, my Internet went out 12 times. I wasted hundreds of dollars getting time off of work to be home for people to come in and out of my apartment to figure out the solution. Once I switched to Xfinity, I haven't had one problem. Basically, if Property Management recommends it, do the opposite. Most of the staff live at the apartments. They are VERY aware of all the problems and do nothing to fix them. They simple don't care. They break the rules themselves (don't pick up their dog poop, leave trash outside their door in the breezeway, etc.) When you first move in, you naturally bring up all of the problems that you see which are against Elevate's own policies that you're under contract to follow. After several months, you realize that Management starts to hate you for constantly reporting those problems. At that point, you can see that nothing is going to change, so you come to terms that you're overpaying to live in a trashy place and have to wait it out until your lease is up so you can move out. If you have read this and decide to still live here, then the next 12+ months is on you for what's in store. Good Luck My utility bill was always $230 or more per month for a one person/one bedroom unit. I moved out early and left my current unit that I still paid for vacant with no running water, heat, or any electricity for that matter and my bill was still more than than my previous month ($250), even though I didn't use it, so I don't know how they're adding up their utilities, but something seems like it's fishy. Tips DO NOT live on the bottom floor. Upstairs neighbors are always loud. People going up and down the stair cases will constantly drive you insane as well. DO NOT get your internet with CenturyLink. Get Xfinity. Trust Me Make sure to watch your garage door close and stay closed. They malfunction constantly which exposes your personal belongings inside of your garage as well as an entry to your home. read more

BUYER BEWARE. I was moving from Alaska to Colorado and had been in contact with the management at Elevate. The complex looked good and I was looking forward to moving in. On my way to CO I was contacted by Elevate and told the apartment I was promised was no longer available, and offered a less desirable more expensive apartment instead. I filled out the application and was told that my $181.00 deposit was refundable if I decided not to take the apartment. After some back and forth and poor communication I decided to take a better place through Remax. I contacted Elevate 48 hours before my desired move in date to let them know I would not be moving in. I was told my 181 dollar deposit was only refundable if I told them 24 hours after. After what I asked. I never received a response. Had I know the $181 wasn't refundable, I never would have applied to the complex. After looking at the comments it's pretty evident this place is guilty of some shady business. Save your money and look for housing elsewhere. This property is a total rip off. read more

This's my new update after living here for a year now. This place has improved throughout my time with them since my last review. Management dealt with the pandemic professionally. They were one of the most supportive and understanding of the residents health (physically and mentally) and safety through a very stressful time. They tried to put people on schedule for using the pool. They managed to reopen the gym with capacity in respect of the current situation. They also have been managing maintenance perfectly. Thank you Elevate! read more

Maintenance sucks they refuse to help in anyway possible. My fiancé lives there and we have had to report our dishwasher not working for 5 months now. They came and took the dishwasher out lifted our counter top and hasn't come back to connect anything or finish fixing anything. We don't have a working dishwasher and our counter top is raised. Every time we call to put in a maintenance request they confirm it and then mark it as complete. We are dealing with mold in the master bathroom that has been there since we moved in. Management don't seem to care and refuses to do any proper communication at all..... I do not recommend moving into this apartment complex!!! read more

This place is a mess, structurally and aesthetically. The apartment I had was on the 2nd floor. The floors were so slanted and doors were so poorly insulated and mounted so high you could see the outside walkway light from underneath the front door while standing in your apartment. I filled out a maintenance request to fix the door a month before COVID, they delayed until they started using COVID as the reason they couldn't get maintenance to fix the door. I ended up taking an old yoga mat, cutting it into pieces and using duct tape with the mat I made a seal for the bottom of the door. It wasn't pretty but it was very effective. After seven or eight months of that I mentioned it again and the maintenance came in and put new insulation under the door, which was worse than what I had done and the air still came through. I could still see when the lights were on in the walkway, so I just put the mat back down. The patio door wasn't as bad but bad enough the wind makes a whistle so I put a door blocker at the base but that didn't help the vertical part of the door. There is a hot-water tank or A/C tank connected to the apartment, the access door to that tank is a door in the apartment. I asked about that thing and was told it wasn't a big deal. That thing constantly ran and when it runs the noise is so loud you have to turn up the volume on your tv to ridiculous levels only to have to turn the volume back down when the noise stops for a short period of time. The water-tank isn't even yours btw, yours is above the bathroom. The door to that was mounted with a good 1' 1/3" gap on the bottom so I had to put a wind blocker to stop the air-flow because you could feel the air coming from under that door as well. The floors were so slanted I did a "marble test" and level test. I rolled marbles across the floor and those things went everywhere including rolling up and turning back around. You could feel the slant while walking from one end of the room to the other, like you are dizzy. Don't get dehydrated or hungover in these apartments or walking on those floors can make you nauseous, seriously. In some areas of the floor your heel will sink into a hole, literally. It's insane how this building passed code. I measured the level and distance of the floors to see the drop from one end to the other and it exceeds building industry codes and standards by far. After getting this final bill I will be contacting the code enforcement for those floors. The doors were mounted so high you could see someone's feet while they are in the bathroom. I could put my foot under the door and see beyond the first toe knuckle. You can see if someone is sitting or standing at the toilet if you're standing in the kitchen area. Walking along the dog poop and urine soaked sidewalk is disgusting, when the temp heats up the stench is terrible. Trash is always piled high around the dumpster and most people when they move out just throw their old furniture against the dumpster door. The garbage pick-up is very early in the morning as well as the landscaping, when it happens. I was in an apartment with my room over the garage and had a concern about CO2 entering in my apartment while I slept. I asked maintenance about the detectors in the apartment and they told me they weren't CO2 detectors. People with the garages, on cold days, warm up their car and that's exhaust traveling up into the apartment. The management had to send out an email asking garage owners to not warm up their cars. I bought a Co2 monitor for my bedroom being it's right above a garage. The maintenance finally installed a dual smoke/Co2 monitor after a non-related problem. When the garage doors open and close it shakes the floor. Everyone owns a dog and all of them will start barking when one starts barking. The sound along the buildings reverberates across the parking lot, amplifying all noises so it sounds like the dog is right outside of the window even though this dog might be two buildings down and then add in the three or four more dogs which join in the barking and it's insane. If you have to walk on the North side of the buildings after snow, the paths are still covered in ice even though you pay for ice / snow removal and the snow has "already" been removed, you know it takes some time before the ice melts when there isn't direct sunlight. The parking is ridiculous and limited. If you have friends come over they will either have to park across the street in a parking lot not affiliated with the apartment, which is also not monitored nor secure, so you run the risk of tow or you have to register and pay a fee for each night non-residents park in the parking lot...and believe me, the tow trucks are active. They just wait until the evening to tow cars. The tow truck drivers will randomly check cars and verify if they have paid and if not they tow immediately. I used to work a shift that had me arrive back at the apartment late at night, early morning. I often sa read more

While Elevate is very appealing from the outside, the company is money hungry in the worst ways. I had my apartment professionally cleaned before moving out. My $1200 security deposit quickly turned into $600 for all their "Charges for Cleaning Needed". Prior to this apartment, I was in another apartment for 3 years. When I moved out I still received my full security deposit back, because of how great the condition of the apartment was when I left. I knew there would be a bit taken out of this deposit from Elevate, due to damage to the wall when taking down photos. I had purchased paint to cover it up but it didn't match so I expected a small charge. Now being charged for carpet cleaning after I had them professionally cleaned? Get real. I was promised I would have my deposit within 30 days of moving. Yet, it has been 32 and still no sign of the check. In their own agreement they state normal wear and tear expected, but beyond that you would be charged. I can share the photos of my move out, other than the tiny damage to the paint, the rest would be considered normal wear and tear. I tried to set up a time to do the final walkthrough with them but they let me know that I didn't need to. I highly regret that decision. While living in the home, you will notice CAM charges constantly increase so your monthly payment just keeps rising. Their trash is always overflowing, it's quite unattractive. Parking is a joke, forget about having friends or family visit - highly likely they will get towed. Luckily I paid for a garage but that doesn't benefit visitors. The dog park has such a putrid smell. Obviously I don't expect a rose scent, but the park is outdoors. I don't believe they have a working drainage system underneath the dog park. I received a voicemail and email towards the end of July to fill out the notice to vacate form. and that my lease agreement would end 8/31. I was under the impression my lease ended 9/30. However, I trusted what they said and rushed to find a new home. Luckily, I was considering moving to Florida so that just jump started the process. While I was going through my lease agreement again before moving out (was looking up cleaning details), I realized my lease in fact did NOT end until 9/30. Too late at that point though, I had already put down a deposit for a new home. I just felt so rushed and stressed, but I should have gone with my gut and checked the lease agreement before signing the notice to vacate. One positive Elevate has, is the older gentleman in maintenance! He brings life to the property. He is so friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If this was a review in regards to him alone, I would easily give 5 stars! I believe his name is Patrick. While I didn't have interactions with a ton of staff members (the few I did, no longer work there), my husband mentioned Gabriella in the office was wonderful. He enjoyed her kindness and assistance when he needed to use a printer. Overall - Staff is nice, cleanliness of the property is mediocre, and management (or whoever is in charge of fees) is ridiculous. read more

The apartment is nice, but the additional fees, not including regular water sewage and trash exceed $100.00 monthly. My fault in this is I did not read the section that states there are additional monthly fees when I completed the electronic application. While working with Lucy (short version of her name) she told me I had to sign up to pay my utilities through their vendor. I said oh, I pay my utilities through your vendor, so I don't have to pay my electric bill separately, she agreed, leading me to believe I would be paying my apartment utilities through the vendor ( water, trash, and sewage expected), not common area gas and common area electric in addition to my apartment utilities. I did not have my reading glasses on me this day so she said she would explain to me what the forms I signed on that date were for. While signing the forms she brought up a cam fee, I asked what that was and she told me, I asked how much is it, she said around thirty dollars. Then she said you have the other fees like water trash and sewage I asked how much are though, she said that they are not that much. I signed the forms and as I was walking out the door I heard a female voice say you did not explain that to him correctly. I did not think much of it because I didn't think I would be mislead to believe I would be paying my apartment utilities through their vendor. Again my fault is I was unaware of the additional fees because I did not read the entire application, I completed the section requiring data. All this took place prior to move in day. On move in day I went to get the keys and I was told I had others forms I needed to sign that were not given to me before. One of those forms was the utility addendum which explains examples of the formula that is used to bill you, no amounts, just the formulas. When I got my first utility billing card, see attached I was surprised to see the additional charges included real estate taxes and they exceeded one hundred dollars( the excess fee charges does not include water sewage and trash). I called and explained this to a manager and I was told by the manager that the fees can totally monthly up to & 250.00 and that this how they bill and that she would talk to Lucy. Something else came up and I reported it recently and brought up the issue again to get clarification on the additional fees and that is when I learned the additional fee types are on the application (no estimated amounts) when I was shown the completed application, I let it go because I did not read that section. The utilities addendum was signed on move in day April 9th, Lucy never corrected me which is why I complained about it up until this past Monday. Going forward I won't put so much trust in people to be honest and I will make sure I have time or I will make the time to read everything before signing. read more

Just like what everyone else has said, parking is a joke. We pay $10 to park and yet we still have to park across the street at a business complex risking our vehicles being towed. It seems we have unexpected charges added to the monthly rent. The dog park has a terrible smell (I notice this from the sidewalk when I have to go retrieve my car from the business complex) and the garbage dump is always full. read more

I lived here for 3.5 years and really liked it. It's a perfect location for anyone that works in the Tech Center. Some of the things that I really enjoyed about living here was the 24 hrs gym, the pool and hot tub being open year round, and most of all the dog park and dog wash station. About 1.5 years ago the management staff all changed, and the current staff of Caitlin, Gabi, and Lucy are all really courteous, friendly, and responsive. They've been phenomenal since they came on. Also, the maintenance team is awesome. Tim and Patrick are both really nice and they always took care of my work orders really quickly. Parking is a bit of a problem, but there's an unofficial spillover lot next door. Overall, I liked living here and would recommend it to my own friends. read more

After trying to transfer units and being given a whole slew of misinformation by one of the leasing agents, the apartment we were rushed into was not cleaned or repaired, at all, prior to us moving in. We still cannot use our washer/drier as they are broken and we are now being told we need to be out of our old apartment YESTERDAY when we're paid up through the end of the month. I have never in my life had to deal with such a hot tempered leasing agent, who continually denies saying things multiple people heard her say, and who has no idea of customer service what so ever. I have never been so disrespected by a leasing company. Mario was amazing and we didn't have issues until he left. Bring him back. Otherwise, 10/10 don't recommend living here. read more

I would give a zero star if possible. The New management is a joke. The handling of the parking permit is dealt with in a worst possible way. Who's running this place They can't pay their direct tv bill so the cool amenities that drew me to this place are silent with blank screens.Their was a beer and wine tap with parties that used to have our community together every week. They have had the gym under construction with chords and equipment blocking walkways as well as pieces that are not made to gym specifications. I wonder if it's ADA compliant. They don't have a large enough trash facility for the amount of people that live there so parking lot is constantly nasty. Whats up with the mail room? I have to go swimming through other peoples packages because management can't hold them Or notify people they received their order? They decide to " start randomly enforcing the rules" says management. They towed my new car that hadn't been registered or plated to their janky system they use yet. Called to get help and Max the manager decides it's humorous. Now I'm paying $250 to get my car out and taking time off work because all of the sudden the rules are black and white? Let's see if they start doing their jobs that they've been extremely neglectful of since parking is such a top priority now and sounds like they are now ready to take it serious I could go on and on. It's decent place with under qualified people running it. Lease is up in May and will gladly pay double to live somewhere that is properly cared for and managed. read more

If I could give this complex a zero, I would. We just recently moved in & in the few short months we've been here, we have been less than impressed with many things at this apartment. To start, the parking is awful. They require a "parking pass" which is $10 a month per car. This would be a decent price if you were actually parking in the complex lots. There is never parking no matter the time or day, which requires you to park across the street in an office building lot. Parking across the street in a tow away zone after paying $10 a month to park? Seems a little backwards to me! Not to mention having to listen to the Wyatt's Towing company loudly tow all night long. Next is the cleanliness of the entire complex. When we moved in, our apartment was disgusting. Crumbs all over the sink, microwave, oven and nothing was even wiped off- including the floors. Our patio wall has black spray paint on it and the railing has paint all over it as well. The stairwells and outside of the apartments are filled with sticky residue from people setting trash outside their door and the stairs are covered in trash half of the time. The trash enclosures are filled with junk and the trash piles up to the point where you can barely fit anymore in it. The dog park is usually filled with dog poop and wrecks of dog pee. Understandable given the environment, but the trash cans in the area could be taken out to avoid the stench that comes from it. The gym and entertainment areas seem to be pretty well cleaned, but clearly that's their main priority as that's what peoples first impressions are based on for the property. Our actual unit has some structural issues that are a little ridiculous after claiming to be "luxury" apartment homes. The floor in the living room & kitchen have dips and are so uneven. The floor boards in the living room have a gap of at least an inch and then the floor bows to create a bump. This makes it really hard to keep your furniture from wobbling. None of the windows are sealed properly, making your utility bill through the roof due to the inability to properly heat or cool down the apartment. Some of the vents are completely crooked and look like a 10 year old installed it. You would think paying so much money in extra charges would ensure that things could get fixed and would be working. On top of the $10 extra a month for parking, there is typically about an extra $300 in "utility" charges added onto rent. I get it is the middle of winter and gas will be higher, but paying over $90 a month to heat the pool seems a little ridiculous considering not a soul has been in it all winter. CAM charges are constantly fluctuating every month and you can basically never expect to know what it will be for the next month. They brag about having all these amazing amenities and we pay for them but half of them your key fob does not even work to get into them. The bike repair and dog wash station require a key fob and entry is never granted with them. The price of rent is understandable, but be prepared to pay at least $300 more every month for community utilities, on top of the actual unit utilities. Not only that, but they try to add on extra fees and charges for things that they mess up in the office. Late charges and extra fees are the norm here, every month. The staff in the leasing office seem to have a scripted response any time any concern is brought up. I know numerous people have complained about the parking and their response is always something along the lines of "we have a meeting with our lawyers about what to do next week" and "you can add a reserved spot or garage in order to ensure parking in our complex" which ranges from $120-$200 a month. We should have known this place was going to be below average when we toured and got no information from our leasing agent. The tour was cut and dry, making for a very awkward interaction. There was no personality in the agent, which is strange considering they are supposed to be "selling" us on the apartment. We were in a pinch for an apartment and at first glance, these seemed nice enough. I can not earn enough people to continue the search and skip this property! Our lease cannot end soon enough so we can find a complex that is not a complete scam and actually is clean and appealing!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! read more

Big shout out to Pat, Ken, and Ivan. The maintenance crew here really care as if it were their house/ family. Worst apartments I ever lived, Management was pathetic. They keep charge you with hidden charges and unwanted charges. If they say rent is $1530 you will end up in paying $1800+ for sure. Lucy was very helpful throughout and always kept me up to dat. Excellent.

I had a list of things needing done in my apartment,I put in a request and they were all done the very next day.

The amenities are nice. The location is nice. The neighbors are awful. My upstairs neighbors are the absolute worst. No respect for anyone and no respect for quiet hours. Have a question, need anything, or want to speak to anyone? Don't bother. Management will not email you back - I've tried. Stop by the office, and the 1 person working typically has 2-4 people just standing and waiting to speak with them so it's not worth waiting. Dog poop everywhere, even though you sign a contract (and pay a huge fee) saying you will clean up after your pet. People leave their trash in the entry way of their complex instead of taking it to the dumpster. (A bookshelf has been left in the entryway of my building for days... someone could be bothered to carry it 50 ft to the dumpster). All in all, if it wasn't for the convenience of the location, this place has gone downhill so fast. Plus, there's never anywhere to park. I'm a paying resident, plus I pay an additional $8 a month to park my car here and I end up parking across the street most nights because every single spot here is filled up. Explain why I have to pay to park somewhere I live.... and then can't even park there? read more

I lived here over a year starting in July 2017 and it was a total nightmare. The worst problem is the unabated rat infestation. Elevate is still under construction, as is the neighboring lot. Not only does this bring constant noise from the construction equipment, but an endless flow of construction workers who leave their trash for the rats. Numerous dead rats like the one in the photos have been removed. The parking is also a huge issue. Visitors park across the street in office complexes and are at risk of being towed due to lack of parking spots. They also have long wait list for the reserved parking. If your guest parks in Elevate, Wyatt's towing will haul their car away as seen in the photo. Lastly, the staff are untruthful. When I toured in June 2017, I was promised a Fourth of July pool party to celebrate its grand opening by my leasing consultant. In fact, the pool wasn't open until around December (which is a great time for a pool party) and still has constant problems, causing closures of the pool on a frequent basis. Currently, pool has been closed since August 2018 and is still closed as of this writing. read more

Where to start?? Management is absolutely horrible and they do not have any basic intelligence. They send out maintenance papers to everyone in the building letting tenants know that yearly maintenance will needed to be done and to make sure you have your dog away if needed...well the day comes and no one shows up only to find out its been rescheduled 2 weeks later but yet NO ONE can tell us that to give us a fair warning, the manager takes over 2 weeks to reply to emails regarding my concerns of the property itself and proceeds to ignore certain ones that she doesn't know how to respond with...pay up the a** CAM fees just for everything to be shut down the entire time I've lived here...your monthly random fees that you do sign up for will increase each month...parking just forget it. Pay for a garage or be prepared to have to park across the street but get threatened to be towed even though there wont be a single space in the complex after you already pay $10 a month to park where you live!!!! Trash is always over filling and some people just throw out old furniture they don't want anymore in random corners or by the trash just for it to sit out for a few days...in the winter season the plows do a half a** job and just pile snow up into huge corners and blocking ways to get in and out of garages (thats if they even decide to show up that day) The Apartments itself look very nice but over time you realize its nothing but a bunch of wasted space..no storage at all in the units and everything is so tall that you cant reach anything and it just becomes more and more wasted space. Cops are called to this complex at least once a week for something, cant even walk my dog at night sometimes bc cops tell residents to go back inside. Do not waste your time or money here...I was so excited to move in here and I am even more excited to get the heck out of here and never return. :) read more
