I have been a member here doing personal training with Chelsea for two and a half months now. The gym itself is a great environment with good energy and the people here are friendly and nice. It's not intimidating at all to come in and workout. The gym is constantly being updated so the equipment is always in good shape. My experience with Chelsea is she is an amazing trainer who has been pushing me more then I could push myself to reach my goals. She is motivating inside and outside of the gym for me mentally and physically. I have seen myself get closer to my goals through the workouts and nutrition Chelsea has written for me. I absolutely love this place, the Elev8 crew is always so nice, helpful and welcoming. I used to have really bad gym anxiety, and now i don't because i have found a safe comfortable space. I've tried to lose body fat for some time on my own now, but it wasn't until I started training with Mark that I actually saw amazing results! AHHH! I love Elev8!! As much as I hated working out.. starting my training here with the bf was the best decision of our lives! Yes, we have gym memberships too.. but unless you're someone who is super serious about the gym/working out.. most likely 80% of the time you don't know what to do at the gym when you're there. Well that's ME at least. I would go to the gym and do the same workouts and whatever I felt comfortable doing and that's about it. But here.. this is when you are out of your comfort zone and get pushed to the max. Pham and his whole team here all know what they are doing. I literally am soaking wet after each session with Pham. We do different workouts each time and I swear, I am sore in areas that I've never been or even knew I can be sore in before. Thats the good thing about working out here! I am introduced to different and new workouts/routines that I would've never done on my own! && also as I am dying during each workout, I look around and I see everyone else sweating and killing their workouts with their trainers as well. TBH that pushes and motivates me to work out harder as well! I've also trained with Ryan for a week when Pham was out of town and he's awesome as well! The trainers here are all good and really care for their clients. And don't worry, if you want to have a female or male trainer.. they will all equally kick your butt (in a good way) and make you sweat like you've never sweat before. Thank you Pham & Kat!! I have been going to Elev8 for 2 months now and I'm totally sold on their training. I started with their 30 days challenge deal with Freddy and to say he's the reason I decided to sign up for a 2 year contract is saying a lot! I'm doing their boot camp program and I love it. He's good on switching up workouts and has always been great at giving us different ranges of difficulty and push us to do our best. I always leave feeling sore! I've been training here for 2 months now and I can easily say that signing up for the semi-personal training with Pham is the best decision I have made for my health. The facility itself is very clean and has everything that you'll need to get a great workout in. I've also been able to work with multiple trainers at Elev8 and they're all great. Pham is obviously a professional and he displays that in every exercise that we go through. Workouts with Pham have been different every time and he has been teaching me proper form and movements that are key in seeing results. I had a membership at 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport but the experience at Elev8 is completely different. The motivation and focus in trainers and members here is on a different level and that definitely helps when you're trying to push yourself through every last rep. My husband and I started training at Elev8 Performance when its doors first opened. We signed up with Katrina and Pham even before meeting them which was crazy. After having our first meeting with Katrina and Pham, my husband and I knew we made the right choice in signing up with them. They are two of the most humble persons in the business! At first it was intimidating going to a gym where you see all these people who are in excellent shape but knowing that everyone is there with the same purpose makes you feel at ease. Each person, whether it be the trainers, the trainees or members, are focused and encouraging. This gym is pretty awesome. If you're serious about getting fit and losing weight while not spending an exorbitant amount of money, then look no further, you're at the right place. I started with the trial week (free) and was hooked up. I strictly only do Bootcamps now because it really pushes me to work hard and the monthly price is very reasonable, especially compared to other workout locations. Mark Garcia is one of my favorite coaches and GM, he is positively vociferous during each session, and the encouragement will really push you to go farther. His workouts also include some recovery moments, which is VERY necessary for people that are heavily built, or fat, like me. I've also taken a few classes from this other coach, who is now one of the newest GMs: Brittany Brown. Her workout routines feel significantly more challenging with little to no breaks. If you're in decent shape and/or is looking for a more challenging session, I would recommend attending Brittany's class. Brittany is also very supportive, outgoing, and fun during each session. Her uplifting spirit in each workout session will push you to go farther. I haven't conversed too much with Katrina, one of the original GMs, but I've seen her in-and-out of the place several times. She always seem amiable and welcoming when I'm there. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming to this establishment if you're in the market for a new gym. read more

Awesome gym! I used to do Crossfit and I was looking for something to challenge me. I started working with Matt Martin as my personal trainer about 1 month ago and I've already lost 4% body weight and gained 2lbs of muscle! He not only tailored the work outs to fit my specific goals, but also my interests. He mixed up the workouts and incorporated what I enjoyed doing most when I was working out regularly, which has made the transition back into the gym so much more enjoyable. By far the BEST gym I've ever been to!! It's sparkling clean and they're always updating and getting new equipment! I'm an open gym member but I also use their online app for workouts and nutrition. Everyone is so nice, it truly feels like a home away from home. I have been working out consistently in my eyes for about a year now with some breaks in between and never really saw nor had that extra push to get me to the next level. I continued to stay flat and never wanted to increase my previous performances out of fear. About a month and a half ago I wanted to make the jump and get into having a personal trainer who would give me that push and that drive and upon looking for a great place; I feel that I stumbled upon elev8 for a reason. First seeing them on Instagram and seeing photos of the staff and specific work outs to following the trainers and most importantly the owners in Pham and Katrina (all great people I might add). Being new to lifting and maintaining to endurance I did have my doubts in terms of me not being able to succeed as I never put my mind nor body into this type of regimen. However, one thing stuck to me and that was Pham and Katrina telling me that they want a family vibe. When I first stepped into the gym, I was blown away with how comfortable I immediately felt and how comfortable I was towards Pham. I still felt timid because I was new to this but everything Pham explained in terms of pushing yourself to succeed and building that drive to a foundation was what I was looking for. I signed up for a 3 month session with Pham and I just completed my fifth week. I know that I am a major in progress client who never realized how little strength I had until I worked out here. Now I am seeing results, seeing my endurance drive increase, being and feeling happier and having a well rounded nutrition. I have a lot of work to go still but this place is legit and know I will get there at Elev8. Pham and Katrina know what they are and this place is going to be very successful. I've known about this place for quite some time since this is Pham Flex's gym and I've been following him on ig. I've been with a friend several times to get personal training with Pham and the training is second to none. We haven't done a single exercise twice and he always pushes us to do better which is what I need. Every other trainer there is very nice and approachable even though they may look intimidating...*cough* Pham *cough*. The gym itself is clean and has several things that the big gyms don't have which I really like. Being that the gym is private, it is also nice to not have to wait for people to finish with a certain weight or machine. They also sell Live Fit apparel and Flavorgod seasonings here as well which is a nice alternative to buying online. If you follow the fitness industry on ig then you'll probably spot a few ig famous people here as well. Overall I plan to stay here for awhile and train until my limbs fall off! read more

I've been coming to this gym on and off for almost 2 years! Coming from corporate gyms this place is definitely a gem! It is a super clean facility and you never have to really wait around to get your workout in. All of the coaches here are wonderful! I've personally worked with Brittany as my personal trainer and she's absolutely amazing! Having a heart condition she's been so patient with me and I can't thank her enough! I've been the type of person who doesn't have a clue on what to do at the gym but after attending her semi privates not only did it help me lose weight but it actually helped me gain my self confidence back! I joined Elev8 towards the end of January. At first I wasn't too sure about joining. Being someone who knows pretty much nothing about working out I felt a bit nervous and intimidated, but that all changed once I met Brittney. She scheduled a one on one training with me so I'd feel more comfortable and know what to do. Soon enough I signed up to train with her and it's been the BEST decision I've ever made. She really motivates me and always has new workouts for me to try. It's never a boring experience when I'm training with her.
