After two weeks they gave me back the 40 but completely ignored the $100. I waited 30 minutes twice. Two weeks in a row to have an appointment and no one was present. Then they charged my card $100 for not showing up to an appointment that I was therefore. I've been patient and have been told that the medical Director has been notified but have not received anything back. absolutely do not give these people your business because they are very shady. I will be contacting the licensing bureau for unethical charges. How do you charge a patient $140 for no care! I've never received care from Thriveworks.

The therapist did a on line call session and said he couldn't fill my paperwork for short term disability because I needed to do evaluation,? I'm confused because what is it we have done then????
