I asked them WHY when I only came in for a simple alteration but they then gave me "their professional opinion". It really pissed me off bcus now I cannot move my arms around in that jumpsuit bcus it definitely causes a nip slip---ofc I wear nipple covers----but BEFORE that alteration I did *not* need to worry about that. They even saw how easily my nipples were slipping out but offered no solution. Just sent me on my way..... terrible customer service. I'm never coming back here again.

And then attempts to send you on your way in less than 15 minutes - on my first fitting I needed my neck altered for a high neck dress because it was too loose. When I came back for the second it was twisted and they had unwrapped the material and it needed to be folded back over. -Additionally I am a small busted person, my satin material kept me from getting a built in bra and she just kept telling me I needed to get a push up... push up what?!?! I repeatedly asked for them to adjust the pleats on the front to fit and when she took up the neck it altered where the pleats fell and she refused to fix them -when I came in for my finally fitting the neck was STILL not done or stitched when I was suppose to take my dress home that day... she made me hold the dress while she shittily hand stitched the neck while I held the dress up. -Additionally where she had taken in the sides the material was ruffled underneath resulting in the dress falling weird and ruffling at the seam and insisted she could do nothing about the material underneath and just attempted to steam it out which didn't work. -additionally when I picked up my dress there were SEVERAL pulled threads on the bust where they had not been careful when working with the dress Do not recommend

I opted for a burgundy color, which I consider to be an adventurous color, but it was not a problem for Custom Executive Outfitters, as they had exactly the color I was looking for! I have a short, muscular build, which makes buying suits off the rack nearly impossible. However, Suresh and Chiraag were able to get my measurements perfectly. The suit fit me like a glove. This was my first experience getting a fully custom suit (I figured it was worth it to splurge on my wedding!) I have to say that there is a clear difference between fully custom suits and even suits made in Made to Measure companies. The entire process was smooth. The turnaround time was quick. Brought in a par of J.Crew chinos to get hemmed. They had a 34" inseam with a 3/4 hem. I asked for…read morethem to be hemmed just one hem's width (about 3/4-1") to bring the inseam to about 33". When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.
