Seemed like an easy procedure but it cost me $30 something dollars! Basically as much as I paid for the jumpsuit, but whatever. When I came to pick the jumpsuit up, I tried it on, and noticed that they made additional alterations around the chest area. I asked them WHY when I only came in for a simple alteration but they then gave me "their professional opinion". It really pissed me off bcus now I cannot move my arms around in that jumpsuit bcus it definitely causes a nip slip---ofc I wear nipple covers----but BEFORE that alteration I did *not* need to worry about that. They even saw how easily my nipples were slipping out but offered no solution. Just sent me on my way..... terrible customer service. I'm never coming back here again.

When we picked up the pants, after she could not show them to us, she charged us a second time, we always pay when we drop off. Do not trust this dry cleaner.

Suresh and Chiraag were very thorough and helpful in guiding me as I selected the suit and shirt colors, fabrics, as well as the different customization options. I opted for a burgundy color, which I consider to be an adventurous color, but it was not a problem for Custom Executive Outfitters, as they had exactly the color I was looking for! I have a short, muscular build, which makes buying suits off the rack nearly impossible. However, Suresh and Chiraag were able to get my measurements perfectly. The suit fit me like a glove. This was my first experience getting a fully custom suit (I figured it was worth it to splurge on my wedding!) I have to say that there is a clear difference between fully custom suits and even suits made in Made to Measure companies. The entire process was smooth. The turnaround time was quick. Custom Executive Outfitters was able to complete my suit within weeks of the order, with more than enough time for my wedding in case I needed any alterations. Brought in a par of J.Crew chinos to get hemmed. They had a 34" inseam with a 3/4 hem. I asked for…read morethem to be hemmed just one hem's width (about 3/4-1") to bring the inseam to about 33". When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.
