I said I dont have cash but I dont mind adding tip with the card after the service and at this point she became very rude and said I have to leave and come back with cash before any service. I told her that she stated on the phone prior to my arrival that I can pay with card and I would add tip AFTER the service but she did not want to accept that. So I left and did not come back at All. Completely rude and im glad I didnt pay for that service.

It's such a happy place to be and it's three in one with the makeup, hair, and photography. The studio is next door but they're connected. I came here to get my hair and makeup done last minute for a wedding. They were able to fit me in and were a delight to talk to. I ended up having to do my hair twice because the curls fell quicker than expected and they were able to fix it and didn't charge any extra. Makeup was awesome and the lady was super cool about everything. I have crazy sensitive skin but have no experience with makeup so I wasn't really able to tell her much about what usually itches except for my eyes. She was really patient and found some stuff that wouldn't bother my skin. I really enjoyed coming here and really felt taken care of. My hair fell down quickly anyway because it was windy but I still loved what they did with it and it had a nice design to it even when it fell. I would definitely come back here. I might even do my hair and makeup the same way when we do our 10 year renewal of our vows!

I paid for both of our services and exited the building. As I'm entering my car, this man runs up accusing me of not paying for my daughter. I told him I did and had the receipt. He insisted I return to the store. After reviewing the receipt and having the tech confirm, he told me the tech failed to properly enter the sale in their system. This man accused me of stealing, had me parade back in the store and he didn't have the decency to apologize at the least. That was enough for me to realize this business did not value me as customer, but, only valued my dollar.
