Fast service, great views, delicious food! Great quick, convenient, nice biz lunch spot

great food, does not have the view you think it would. Fortunately, we were made to sit at the bar while our table was getting ready. We were told that everyone was swamped, nothing was ready, but we arrived to the dining room with more than half the tables empty. I do believe they had open reservations available too. The food took a reasonable time to arrive, tasted great, but we had a view of the room. Could barely see outside! We picked this place for the view. Also -1 star because they went so far as to put chocolate bark on the receipt (0.00) but did not give us any. No note, we had to ask the busboy what was happening with it. He inquired and then told us they were out. Why put it on our receipt if you're out.

Elements came highly recommended by a friend, so of course I spent my last night in Scottsdale here to see what the hype was about! Needless to say, the experience lived up to the hype. I started with the crispy rice and it was delicious. It had the perfect amount of crunch, yet the perfect amount of flavor too. They were also very filling, so I was almost satiated when my entree arrived. Speaking of entrees, let's give a standing ovation for the braised beef. It was unbelievable! Tender, flavorful, savory, and overall PERFECTION!! I have not been this impressed by a dish in a while. The accompanying mashed potatoes were cool, and the green beans were just ok. I also opted for the key lime tart. The filling was a bit sour but still good. The servers were cool, and the ambiance was amazing. I loved the mountain view! It made for a really elevated atmosphere. I can't wait to return to AZ so I can come back here!!!

We spent our New Year's Eve celebrating at Elements! The ambiance was incredible, the service was unbeatable, and the food was to die for!! We couldn't have possibly chosen a better place for the occasion. We rented out a private room and had a waitress exclusive to our party, which was very nice! If you enjoy drinking Moscow Mules, I highly recommend theirs, it was the best I've ever had, by a long shot! Every single item included in the dinner was cooked to perfection. Out of the things we tried, the squash soup and ribeye steak were definitely my favorite.

Went here for a bachelorette lunch. Although not the typical bachelorette vibes, the views were impossible to beat. We started off with the crispy rice for the table and some drinks. I split a salad and a burger with one of my friends which was pretty good. Overall no issues with service.

I'd heard so many great things about this place, so while we were visiting the spa, we figured it'd be the perfect way to end our day and I'm glad we checked it out. The location is gorgeous, and the views? Absolutely killer. The hostess was super sweet and gave us a quick tour since it was our first time. She pointed out a few of he guy r favorite spots, and we ended up sitting outside by the pool. Best seat in the house, hands down. We started with the spicy tuna roll and the burrata. The tuna roll was decent. Nothing wrong with it, but also nothing special. Just kind of standard. Same with the burrata. It was fine, but I've had better elsewhere. I'd probably skip both next time. For the main, we split the chicken entrée and added a side of Brussels sprouts. The presentation was beautiful, and even though we shared the dish, the portions were solid. Out of the two, the Brussels sprouts were the standout. The chicken was cooked well, but overall the dish just didn't wow me. I was hoping for something a little more elevated, especially given the setting. Dessert was the star, beautiful presentation and incredible lemon flavor. It felt elevated and totally worth it. All in all, I loved the vibe of the place. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food-wise, it was hit or miss for me, but if it's on your list, I'd still say go for it, at the very least, go for the views.

Love the location of this restaurant that you are able to see the beautiful view of the valley. We come at a time that just right after sunset, amazing colors seem like a majestic painted art. Service was OK was really nice knowing all the specials and server explain it each dishes, spray thoroughly. We could have more water throughout the dinner. The Tomohawk Steak is enough for 3 to 4 people to share. We love the taste and portion of it. Salmon and halibut were OK, they were a bit dry, but I love the sauce that goes with the dishes. Highly recommend the cookie and cream cheese cheesecake, layers of cream, chocolate, cheesecake, and chocolate Oreo like base makes a beautiful dessert

The ambiance here is nice. We sat in the main area where everyone walks through but it didn't feel like there was too much traffic. The view while dining is also beautiful when the sun is setting. My husband and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and we also stayed at The Sanctuary Resort during the weekend. (A separate review for the resort will be posted) we ordered the Halibut and Braised Beef as our entrees and my husband ordered the mushrooms as a side. The halibut tasted AMAZING! It was buttery and slightly creamy. The crust was slightly crispy but the halibut was still very soft. The braised beef was also good. I had to add salt and pepper for it to be to my liking and once added it was really good! I would order the halibut for myself next time though. The wait time for our food on a Saturday night around 7:30pm was a bit long (an hour) but the staff was very attentive during this time. Due to it being our anniversary we received a complimentary dessert and since we displayed such patience during our wait, two additional complimentary desserts were provided. Our experience was great and we highly recommend Elements for date night, anniversary's, and any other special occasions!!

Treated like royalty. Fed like royalty. Left feeling like royalty. Wow. Elements truly went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were taken care of to the utmost. Our waiter was insanely friendly, thoughtful and FAST! Usually you'd think waiting for entrees at a fancier establishment such as Elements would take "hours" but the efficiency in the kitchen is something to talk about because we truly didn't have to wait long before our food started arriving. The sashimi was OUT OF THIS WORLD fresh and phenomenal. I highly recommend you come Thursday - Sunday evening to sample some of their offerings on the sushi menu. However if you can't make it one of those evenings, the rest of the menu has a large selection of mouth watering entrees to pick from so you won't be disappointed. I got the halibut and the salmon, but great!! I have zero complaints and I will absolutely make my way back to Elements in the near future.

We came here for thanksgiving dinner and had a great time. Our waiter Billy was great. Excellent recommendations and great service. Was a tad cold in the restaurant but we soldiered thru. We all select a different appetizers, entrées, and desserts. All were very good, and pretended very well. The wine pairs were very nice, and I would recommend it. It wasn't that pricey, but we all enjoyed it.

My friend and I attended the PlumpJack Estate Winery Wine Dinner at Elements and absolutely loved the entire event. The service, food, wines and host from PlumpJack Winery were all excellent. Upon arrival, you were checked in and assigned a table with open family style seating. My only comment to this was I wished they would of just assigned seats. It was difficult to find seats together because groups had already commandeer spots. Some groups were broken up because of seats already saved. The evening started with a Tray Passed Reception from 5:45-6:15 of 4 different horderves and glasses of Rose champagne. Dinner started promptly at 6:15 with an introduction from the host of PlumpJack Winery. The menu consisted of 5 courses. First dish were Oysters. Second dish was a Fish Carpaccio. Third dish was Duck. Forth dish was a Beef Tenderloin and ending the courses with a Chocolate Fig Tart. All the dishes were paired with a nice pour of PlumpJack Wines. All the servers were very professional in delivering dishes and taking away dishes and glasses. The dishes were all amazing in flavor and presentation. I would love if Elements did more of these wine pairing dinner events. We would definitely do this again. Atmosphere: Wine dinner was done in a private room, beautifully set up. Service: excellent. Food and Wine: excellent.

So happy we planned a breakfast at Elements during a bachelorette trip to Scottsdale! The resort is absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking. The restaurant is a bit more sophisticated, feels more like a banquet hall so not exactly bachelorette vibes but a relaxing start to our day. The server was very attentive and quick in taking our order and making recommendations. Overall, the food was mediocre.. the crispy rice bites were likely the best. I just got a salad which was plated well, but tasted water down and lacking flavor. No significant complaints from anyone but the food could be better. Definitely a great spot to take in the views as we didn't have hiking on our list.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains. More of a business lunch place. Food was fresh and delicious, had crab crispy rice which was different as it is usually tuna or salmon. I was sharing a salad with someone and they split it in the kitchen for us which was very nice.

We arrived around 6:15 for our priority seating reservation, which wasn't until 630 but considering we didn't know what parking would be like we wanted to ensure we were there on time. We waited outside the restaurant since it was pretty crowded on the inside waiting space, they had cool water chugs for those of us not wanting to order a drink while we were waiting. Our table was ready around the same time for our reservation, and we were waited on attentively upon sitting down. I believe our waiter's name was Lorenzo, we had expressed that this was our first time and we also were wanting to try oysters for the first time so he gave us good recommendations on which one would be a good fit for us. We ended up trying this sweet Jesus oysters, and of course I am not a fan, but my husband was willing to give it another shot another day. I think one of the biggest positives about it being a mostly seafood base restaurant as it doesn't smell like a seafood restaurant normally does, the environment aspires to be romantic. However, the noise level really makes it difficult to hear whoever you're with. My husband was sitting literally shoulder to shoulder with me, and I struggled immensely to carry on meaningful conversation because of competing with other tables noise levels. The fish was cooked to perfection and the lemon butter sauce was to die for, the broccolini was delicious as well. My husband enjoyed his fish however he did say that for the price we paid for the fish he thinks the fillet should've been bigger. He also enjoyed his asparagus side. They were able to arrange the sign to say happy anniversary to us, I just don't have the picture since it's on my husband's phone. We celebrated the end of our dinner experience with a slice of chocolate cake, which was so delicious, and the pistachio gelato. Overall, it was a good dining experience, but it will definitely be a while before we return due to it being a more pricey dining option as well as the loud environment. * side notes: *parking is valet, only which is complementary, if you don't have cash, your valet attendant can take Venmo as a tip form. *Bathrooms are extremely clean, men and women, but women's has only two stalls so you may be waiting a while.

We are big fans of their sister restaurants, so we were really excited to try this location! To start, my husband was thrilled with the bread service. It is very unique and reminded us of a fancy Pillsbury croissant. We skipped taking pictures of the appetizers because we dove right in, but the meatballs were delicious and the colossal shrimp cocktail was great. The shrimp are ordered à la carte, so I chose to get three of them. For drinks, my husband loved his spicy mezcal margarita. I had the pineapple mezcal margarita, which was good, but it wasn't very pineapple-like despite me asking for it to be. For the mains, my husband had an off-menu Wagyu strip with sides of broccoli and fries, which he really enjoyed. I had the linguini and clams, which I was super excited about. The clams were very good, though unfortunately not the best I've ever had. I actually found myself wishing I had ordered a steak with a seafood topper for a surf-and-turf situation instead, but overall it was still really great. The only reason I wouldn't give this a full 5 stars is because the service was a little shaky at first. There were several times right at the beginning where we needed our server and she was nowhere to be found. Interestingly, the restaurant got much busier later into our dinner, but the service gaps happened at the start when it was still slow. Overall, it was a really great dinner and we will definitely be back!

We also enjoyed the mac and cheese, mushrooms, steak, and seafood. Everything was beautifully prepared, high quality, and worthy of the restaurant's reputation. If I had one minor critique, it would be the king crab legs. They are char-grilled, which gives them a smoky flavor that wasn't quite our personal preference. That said, the quality of the crab itself was excellent, and it's more a matter of taste than a criticism of the preparation. The atmosphere made for a perfect birthday dinner--upscale, energetic, and memorable without feeling stuffy. Combined with outstanding food and attentive service, it made for a special evening that my wife and I won't forget. If you're looking for a restaurant for a celebration, date night, or simply an exceptional dining experience, Maple & Ash delivers. We'll definitely be back.

My husband ordered the lobster carbonara and really enjoyed it. The lobster was absolutely delicious. I ordered the steak & frites. I wish I would've gotten my steak medium rare because I feel like it was served a little bit more well done when I asked for medium but probably my fault cause it's a thin steak. The seasoning on the french fries was delicious. Make sure if you are a ranch lover that you ask for a side of ranch with the fries because the ranch definitely tasted homemade and was thick, creamy, and delicious. Stop. The steak was also really juicy and had good flavor. And please do not forget to order the brie bread that's listed as a starter! Whatever they put on top of the toasted brie is sweet and delicious and was the perfect amount of bread for my husband and I to start with. I will absolutely be going back

I was able to try a couple items and I'll give you the rundown. My recommendations: The oysters were fresh and yummy, the steak frites was great and the sauce that came with it was chef's kiss. The salad was also fresh and light, which was the perfect start to my meal. The dirty martini was sooooo good too. My skips: the pigs in a blanket were dry and lackluster and the desserts weren't my favorite (im a big dessert person so take my opinion here seriously). I'd probably just hop over to a different restaurant nearby for a dessert!

UPDATE 2026…read more Bluewater is our new favorite seafood restaurant. We went last Wednesday for HH and the bartenders are a fantastic team. They run a very professional bar. The service we received from them was next level. The kitchen did a great job too. I got the fish and chips with walleye. It was flaky goodness paired with crisp and salty fries. I washed it down with a couple smoked old fashoineds. We left with a satisfied smile.

The Hostess was sweet, quickly showed us to our table and gave us menus. Water was brought over quickly and our server (so sorry that I forgot his name) asked if we had an initial questions. I did ask for a few minutes to look over the menu. Our waiter was very attentive, yet he didn't interrupt our meal too much. It's nice having a waiter that has down the perfect balance of helpful, yet lets you enjoy your meal We started our dinner with off with drinks The Pain Killer is so yummy with the perfect balance o dark rum and fruit flavors!! The kind of drink that goes down super easy. The Captain's Mai Tai was tasty with both light and dark rum, fruit juices abs simple syrup. I got the Rainbow Trout meal and let me tell you, it's wonderful, crunchy, and moist!! I couldn't get enough of this large meal!! It came with scalloped potatoes and freshly cooked green beans. This was my first time trying rainbow trout and now my expectations are high!! My boyfriend ordered the blacked swordfish on a bed of rice. So good, so fresh and juicy. The bed of rice was very flavorful. Not pictured was the Java Mud Pie, which we took home and enjoyed. The flavor was very Java with the perfect balance of ice cream, chocolate, and caramel. We couldn't get enough. Highly recommend!! 10/10
