Jessica was absolutely amazing!!!! She applied the right pressure and made me feel soooo relaxed and my body feels better. Thank you Jessica read more

I've had two deep tissue massages and a facial so far and they were all excellent. The staff and therapists are professional and friendly, and the spa is clean. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. read more

I had a positive prenatal massage experience here! I was able to book online and fill out their questionnaire through my phone (if you aren't able to fill it out digitally, they recommend that you come in 15 minutes before your session to fill out the paperwork in store). I received several reminder texts prior to my appointment. Lilly was my masseuse and she was thorough while maintaining a relaxing experience (I honestly dozed off a few times throughout my session!). After the massage, she provided a suggestion book with how often I should come and provided insight on prenatal stretches to do to prepare me for birth. Her room also had gratuity envelopes and Andes mint chocolates which is always a nice treat! The front desk was friendly as well! Elements is behind the Vienna shopping center with ample parking spots throughout. Since I'm a few weeks away from birth, I probably won't be able to make it in again but will definitely plan to schedule a postnatal massage here. read more

Lilly was great! Will be returning just for her. She knew how to do light to medium pressure and made the experience great

Lilly is a great massage therapist! She really listens to what I say about what areas are tense or bothering me, suggests a plan, and gives a good massage. Her pressure is ideal and she checks in to make sure it's not too light or too strong. Rooms and tables are comfortable, place has a relaxing & welcoming vibe, and there's ample parking so that's never an added stress. read more

Julisa is the best-- fixes all that hurts! I just wish she wasnt so popular so I could book her more often.

Excellent massage with Albert! Highly recommend and will return soonest. Great pressure! read more

Every visit so far has been excellent. As I've gotten on a regular schedule I'm definitely feeling improvements in key points of emphasis.

Highly recommended especially with Ethan or Preston. I'm very picky about my massages but started coming here for prenatal massages and it's now become a biweekly indulgence for me even after my pregnancy. The technique is just super, staff is amazing, and I always leave here at my maximum happiness. So worth the money. read more

Would not recommend this shop. The massage therapist did not seem to be as good as therapists I've worked with. I would not go back. Updated: While the business owner offered another massage on my account, I don't think it shows care for clients, just online reputation management. I had a phone number on file, but received no call. It just shows the online reputation is cared about more than the personal connections with the customer. Had they called I would have shared the specifics privately. I waited a while before this update as well. 1. The therapist was very nice, but not experienced. 2. I was never asked about preferences, about the pressure, or if there were any areas to focus. 3. I wrongly assumed a 90 minute massage might start small and get better or asked about later on. 4. When I pointed out the area of focus, the need to just focus on my back, they moved on to legs and feet, the spot I mentioned was then addressed, I felt fingernails on my back and such little pressure on the knot, that it did not help. In fact made it worse because it was addressed for a couple of minutes and when asked for more pressure, then left alone. I was thinking they would come back to that area, lay hot pressure there, or address it some other way, using techniques I've seen before, but shortly after, I my legs and feet were addressed whole the knot was still hurting (which I mentioned a second time), but was then told to turn over. I elected since my back was still hurting that I would ask for a break so that I could put my shirt on, gather my belongings, and call it a lesson learned. read more

Preston, Curtis, and Emily are my fab 3 therapists. The entire staff is amazing and such a great add to the Vienna area.

Preston is amazing! He always takes the time to ask where your trouble spots and when you leave you always feel relaxed and pain free. If you have trouble with tight spots Preston is the way to go!!! read more

A wonderful place to have a massage and relax for a bit! Staff is very kind and welcoming. I've had sessions with two different masseuses and both were amazing. Best place to get a massage in Vienna! read more

Elements Massage has, by far, the best massage therapists that I've ever used!! My arthritic back feels great when I leave and I walk out of there with a spring in my step! There are massage places closer than Elements, but I will not go anywhere else. DJ read more

I had a good massage here today and they did a good job with covid-19 precautions. Nothing spectacular, just a pretty decent massage. My problem was my sister booked us appointments together and only 20 minutes before our appointments( almost to the place) we got a call that her person called in sick. It was disappointing because she is moving out of the area and is a new mom, this was one of last things to do together. Talk about a total downer. I won't be back again. There are better massage places in the area that respect my time and would go beyond to fix the mistake. read more

I came here yesterday for the first time. Just FYI- Elements is located tucked behind Vienna Shopping Center. Upon arrival, the front staff was very nice and welcoming- offering water and bathroom before my therapist was available. My therapist Krista was sooo nice and really listened to what I was looking for in my full body massage-- full deep tissue in my upper back neck area and more therapeutic/soothing in my lower body. I would definitely recommend Elements to others and will definitely be back! read more

Had a massage with Ethan and he did an excellent job with addressing some knots and tight muscles that had been bothering me for a long time. He was on time and very thoughtful and helpful throughout. He adjusted the pressure to my liking anytime as needed. It was a great experience for my first time at this place and with this massage therapist and I'll definitely go back again based on this terrific experience. read more

The massage from Preston was great! I went in with a headache and upper back and shoulder pain. After the 90-minute appointment, I felt great! The pressure was firm, but not back breaking. I would recommend Preston for anyone! The owner also explained very nicely how the monthly membership works. He was so patient and detailed, I signed up for the monthly membership and scheduled my next appointment with Preston. read more

Hate to give a bad review for such nice folks. The only reason I picked this place is because I had a Spa Finder gift card & I had to pick a vendor within their network. Options were slim pickings. I debated going to get my nails done but decided to give this place a go. Plus, I am in need of a massage anyway. The space is plain & basic, but clean. The receptionist & my masseuse were very nice. No complaints on that count. I rarely get a massage around here and am more used to Thai style massages. The handful of times I've tried American massage chains have been a disappointment. The massages are more like a rub down & the masseuse don't apply enough pressure in the right areas. (I asked a couple of times for more pressure but it never got to the right strength. And I'm a small person with not a lot of extra mass to get through or anything.) I don't know what the standards of training is in the US, and if maybe they're constantly worried about getting sued if they hurt or bruise the clients, but hell, if you want effective massages there maybe some bruising & pain involved! I've found some Thai massage places in the NoVA area several years ago and believe there are even more today. I've been to 2-3 of them and they are far superior than any of the chains. The ambiance is much nicer (almost like in Thailand!) and the massages are top notch. You don't have to do traditional Thai massage if u find those too painful. But even if you ask for Western style deep tissue oil massage, they will be more effective. read more

Lily was awesome! I told her my pain points and she did exactly what i asked. Pressure was excellent. Exactly what i preferred. Definitely recommend her! Also nice facility! read more

Elements Massage - Massage Therapy Near Me - Vienna, Virginia

Every time I come to Elements Massage in Vienna specifically with Preston I walk out a brand new person. The expertise and personalization of each massage is amazing. I feel better in places I didn't even know were sore or tense. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! read more

Getting to the location via google maps was a little confused because it's tucked behind a shopping center, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. The entryway is very clean and gorgeous, and the front desk staff was very thorough when explaining services. I explained I was from out of town, so they didn't try to push a membership on me. They were great! My session was with Kelly. I've traveled extensively and internationally and had some sessions in places like the Mandarin. They've got nothing on this guy! I had SEVERE muscle knots and tension that was causing my jaw to tighten up. The pain was debilitating and today after the massage, I don't even remember where the pain was. His attention to detail was REMARKABLE, and he was great about being proactive and asking if the pressure was okay, if I was comfortable, etc. He was also ridiculously knowledgeable about the terminology for the muscles that were giving me trouble and explained to me what was going on based on what he'd felt during the massage. I am looking forward to going back and would absolutely recommend this guy! read more

I received a gift certificate for a 90 minute massage here so I thought I would come and redeem it. I called ahead of time and made an appointment. I got a reminder the day before which was nice. There was plenty of parking space, which is always a good thing. When I went inside, I was greeted right away and filled out the form. There were certain areas I wanted them to focus on and he did. The massage was great. He asked me several times if the pressure was to my liking or should it be adjusted. The room was nice and relaxing music was played in the room. After the massage, he mentioned areas that he worked on and explained some things that I can do to help relieve some of the aches. I found that to be the thing that makes this place stand out from the rest of the other massage places. read more

This place is amazing! I went here for my very first massage, and then eventually went back and brought my boyfriend here for his first one as well. The first time I went here, I was made extremely comfortable. They asked if I needed to use the bathroom or have a bottle of water beforehand, and even had heated tables. My therapist, Julisa (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was wonderful, and worked with my wants and needs throughout the session. I was so relaxed, and I knew I couldn't wait to come back. One other thing, other places I've been since Elements tend to be a little aggressive about up-selling their products, which I have no problem with, however it is a little bit uncomfortable sometimes, but I kind of have an issue saying no. Elements, however, does not do this. They have little brochures on the side celebrating their massage membership, and they give you a little spiel your first go-around, but everybody is very friendly, kind, and understanding. I'll be back here as soon as this college kid can save up enough! read more

Had a great wonderful Swedish massage here today with Nicole and she was awesome!!! Just the right amount of pressure on the areas I asked for. They have heated tables and aromatherapy too. I liked this place because they weren't too pushy or salesy and when my husband filled out the info to make an appointment they called him back within minutes. Great customer service! I definitely recommend a visit and if you do go - ask for Nicole! You won't regret it! The only thing I would say though is that this is behind the shopping center (or on the side of the building) where Panera and Foster's Grill is. You'll park in the large parking lot around the back of the shopping center although it's the actual front of it for a few of the shops. So you don't see the entrance from 123. You go around back! Anyways - totally recommend! :) read more

I had a great experience at Elements! I booked a massage here for spa week not knowing it was a chain. Luckily, they're much better than another massage chain that I'm certainly not envious of! The receptionist was extremely friendly, and made you feel like an old friend. I enjoyed chit chatting while I waited for my appointment time. There wasn't a bunch of silly paperwork to fill out, and he let me know where the restrooms were located. My massage therapist Daniele was just as friendly. The room was a little cold, and they didn't have heated tables, but I got a hot stone massage so I was warm and comfortable overall. The actual massage was pretty good. The stones felt nice, and I felt like I got a good value for the $50 bucks. I think the regular membership price is around $80 a month. While I have a regular spot that blows my socks off, I would definitely come back as a solid backup option. read more

I went to a massage therapist for 13 years. He retired during Covid . I found Ethan at elements. Giving up my chiropractor. He is amazing.... Incredibly thankful. If you want deep fixing . He's your guy! Staff as well wonderful read more

Wonderful place! I sought out a massage therapist who I had been hunting down for a while. She used to work with my chiropractor and I got my massages there. Amanda is highly skilled and has been doing excellent massages for years. She is trained in deep tissue, reflexology, swedish, as well as other techniques and has great pressure -- very deep, if that is what you need for your muscles to relax. Amanda is super nice and makes sure the experience is good for you. Whether its your first massage or you've been getting them for 50 years. Elements is super clean and the receptionist at the front was extremely helpful. They have a monthly program, but its not forced on you and they are very low key and laid back about it. Much different experience than when I signed on to a similar program with Massage Envy several years ago. I very likely will do it because it saves me money through Elements and there is no contract to be a part of or money coming out each month like Envy. Had a wonderful massage with Amanda. She is a senior massage therapist, which means you pay an extra $10 for her to massage you -- but it is so worth it because she is that good and will take that good care of you. I'm sure the other therapists at Elements are also very good, but I'll stick with Amanda. Highly recommend giving this place a shot for your massages. I'm sure the front desk team members can help you select an appropriate therapist for your massage needs. I'm already anticipating my 90 minute massage scheduled in August!!!! read more

Was in Virginia for work and had a half day before the project started. After complaining to a colleague about my back and airplane seats he suggested I try an Elements Spa for a massage. Never been a big massage person but thought I would try it out.... Soooooo glad I did~! I have no idea what location Aime was reviewing. Because this location was great for me. Ambiance- awesome Danielle at Front Desk- awesome Therapist Monica- awesome Thanks Monica, really put me in a great place for the rest of my trip. I'll be getting a massage on a regular basis going forward thanks to this experience.. . Well done Elements- read more

I have not had an opportunity to use their services, nor will I. I called and made an appointment with a pleasant woman this morning, then received a call to confirm details a few minutes later. When I returned the call the "manager" answered and was rude and disrespectful. Over talking and cutting me off is not how you welcome a potential new client. I told her to cancel my appointment and told her the reasons why. She may not have realized it, but I could here her attempting to suppress laughter while I was talking to her. Clearly, the "management" needs training in professionalism. Even after seeing the recent bad reviews from other Yelpers, I wanted to give this place a chance. I know to follow the advice of others here in the future. read more

Your marketing game is strong, but your services suck! I love massages, but I also loved good deals do when I saw the intro offer for what I thought was a new massage studio, I made an inquiry. Within 15 minutes, I received a call to schedule an appointment with Elements. I was excited about the appointment as I had been in Vegas at a three day conference I badly needed the massage. Well I've had a bad massage before, but this takes the cake! This by far is the worse massage experience that I've EVER had! From the onset of the massage therapist (Phyllis) placing her cold hands on me -- I was ready to get up off the table and go! It only got worse and over the corse of the session. I found myself wanting to ask her to 'stop'. What should have been a soothing, confident and comforting touch was a clumsy, have hearted massage coupled with periods of heavy breathing and her fumbling to find her footing. She never once asked if the table was comfortable and warm or more importantly if her massage touch was to my satisfaction. If I had to guess, I think she is very inexperienced. She needs more training or Elements needs to hire more competent massage therapist. Upon leaving of course I was asked by the gentleman at the front desk I am most certain is the new owner. I explained my dissatisfaction with the service while he apologized he explained that there is a satisfaction policy and asked if I wanted to come back at a future date for a session with another therapist. I think that was a nice gesture, but WHY would I want to come back if I didn't like it the first time. How about you comp my current first time visit or at least offer a discount. It's not worth the trip ladies, special offer or not! For the normal pricing stick to your more well established day spas. read more

I emailed/put a request online to set up a massage for my wife. Their online system was alright, and I was able to schedule something for a few days later in the afternoon. I put all of her info in, including her email so they could send a follow up to confirm. I asked my wife the next day if she had heard from them yet, and she had not. The day after that, she still had heard nothing so I was beginning to wonder if my online request even went through. By this point, my wife didn't really want to go anymore, so she decided to call and cancel. She was not able to get anyone on the phone, so she left a message with her name and phone number and requested a phone call back. We never received a call. What?? For a company that is relatively new, one would think they would focus on customer service to win people over. My review is solely based upon absolutely zero feedback at all, after multiple requests. They could have great services and who knows, they might have had two new members. Instead, I will more than likely go back to Massage Envy when the time is right, because they call to remind of appointments, respond to emails, and always call back... or even answer the first time where you aren't required to leave a message. I was excited to eventually try this place out (assuming my wife liked it), but they won't be getting a single penny from me. Go right down the street to the known brand and you'll be happy. read more

I came in for my very first massage a little while back and I had a wonderful experience. I left feeling relaxed and all my tension was gone. I work in a very stressful environment and I left feeling as though Preston worked months of it out of my body. I work in the shopping center and it is very convenient for me to come in and relax. The staff is very warm and welcoming and made sure I was satisfied with my session which I undoubtably was! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to unwind. read more

I went to Elements for the first time last year to just relax and my initial therapist was just ok. John (the owner) saw my disappointment and suggested a new therapist for next time. I hesitated but finally agreed and saw Kelley for my second appointment...absolutely fantastic. Today I returned and saw a new therapist, Matthew. Omg, just fantastic! He incorporated Swedish, Deep-Tissue and Thai-style stretches into the sessions. Aches, pains and stress... Goodbye! John does a great job of hiring talented therapists and maintaining a clean spa. His staff also seem to appreciate and respect him = happy & wonderful place all around. read more

Julisa Infante, the head masseuse, changed my life. I used to have chronic pain in my knees, lower back, trapezius (typing muscles) and neck (fascia). After two years of biweekly sessions with Julisa, who used myofascial (painful, like acupressure) techniques to detect and release pain bodies, I am pain free! I am able to horseback ride, go bicycling, even just drive and get into/out of my car without discomfort. Book her TODAY. read more

I always have a great experience when I come to elements massage. My job requires a lot of standing and moving around , and I have mild scoliosis on top of that so my body pretty much is tense everywhere. My boyfriend and I first visited elements for our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Julisa was the massage therapist I saw and she really fixed my pain. She evened out my shoulders a little bit and also did the type of pressure I requested. It's hard to get an appointment with her because of my schedule . So , I figure I see someone else the next time I went. Kelly was also great , he focused on what I asked him to focus on and his schedule seems to match mine perfectly so I have been going to see him. Also the member pricing is awesome. Definitely would recommend. read more
