I love the staff! This is why I continue to stay loyal to Elements and this specific location in Arcadia. The customer service and actual massage therapy I have gotten here is A+!! I've booked my appointments and checked in with Stephanie (front desk) several times. She is wonderful, calm, pleasant, so professional and a ray of sunshine! I am backpacker and come in monthly to have my back worked on by Mellissa. I always request Mellissa! I've also had my husband see Mellissa as well..and he agrees- she is 100% professional and have us leaving Elements feeling revived and refreshed each time. She also makes me feel so comfortable! 100% recommend this location! The staff, the rooms, the services and the atmosphere are superb! read more

Used to be great, now I'm disappointed and cancelling my membership....I have been going here once a month for almost 2 years, it used to be great and well worth my money but the past couple months have been a total 180. I had a therapist that I loved and saw for about a year until she left, obviously I was sad but I understand and was willing to try someone else. Since then I have been moved around from person to person not getting a similar quality massage or experience that I was used to. I have had several appointments where I get a call saying they need to reschedule my appointment because the therapist is no longer working there or their schedule has changed. I try and be as flexible as possible because I understand things happen but when it happens multiple times and there is no apology or willingness to offer anything in exchange for the inconvenience it makes it seem like they do not have any regard for their customers time. On top of that whenever I speak to someone at the front desk they are less than friendly and not willing to do their simple job as someone who can make or break an experience as a customer. read more

I have been going to this location for a little over a year now. I see Richard. He is by far the best massage therapist i have had. He is literally the "goldilocks" of pressure. The staff are friendly and inviting. Always look forward to my appointments read more

After having two therapists quit in less than six months, I ended my membership. First time the therapist who left recommended someone who turned out to be awful. Then a few weeks ago my regular therapist "moved out of state" so I get a call to set me up with a new therapist. Now I know control over staff turn over is limited, but how you handle it for s long time customer is not. When you set someone up with a new therapist the customer should not bear the brunt of the risk for a new therapist that may not be close to the style the client is use to. I just finished a session with a new therapist which cost me my last $69 session and felt my skin burning from the friction of the therapist style rubbing on my legs. Lastly when I canceled my membership at camelback in person a few weeks ago, I received no confirmation it was canceled. If I get billed again, I'm issuing a charge back on my credit card. This was not the way to lose a customer. Unhappy read more

My friend and I were on a road trip and feeling a bit tense... we decide to stop in Phoenix for the night and get a massage. Element massage took us in on the same day after calling. Myra my masseuse was amazing! Gentle and with the right pressure she gave me the best massage ever! Wish I lived in Phoenix to go back! read more

We booked a couples massage on 5/20 for the afternoon of the 21st and were excited to try this new place. We were told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy with a $45 fee per person if we cancel. Elements called us one hour before our scheduled massages and said one of the massage therapists was sick so we could not do the couples massage. Their only consolation was offering us free aromatherapy on our next visit. Sorry I didn't want aromatherapy, we wanted a couples massage. If we cancel you charge us $45, when Elements cancels you're out of luck. I wouldn't even recommend going here as they are flaky and unreliable and their policies are awful. Update: The manager/owner called after and was very apologetic. She invited us to come back and give it a try. read more

I was in desperation of a deep tissue massage while visiting Phoenix from out of town and Elements squeezed me in on a last minute appointment with Tim Luckey. I was extremely lucky to have him because he worked wonders on my sore body especially my shoulders and neck with a full body massage. He is very knowledgeable, personable, passionate about being a massage therapist and has an interesting life story and background that is unique and captivating. He knows the root causes of where your pain is coming from and can target those areas. What I liked about Tim is that he's also a sports therapist so he knows how to work on athletes. I have gone through many different massage therapists and Tim is one of the few that will keep me coming back for more. If only I lived in Phoenix though. I wish I could stick him in my pocket and bring him back again to Texas. I don't think he will last long at elements (in a good way), Tim's miracle hands will make him successful and he will thrive wherever he goes. Anyways I highly recommend. You won't regret it especially if you can endure deep tissue massages, have a high pain tolerance and want to get serious kinks out. None of that gentle massage stuff. read more

The front desk staff here is fantastic. I talked to probably 3 different employees working at the front desk and every time they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also used a groupon for my massage and the process of using it was very simple and easy. My therapist, Omni, was also very friendly and I felt instantly comfortable with her. She made sure to talk to me before my massage to see what I'm looking for, my trouble areas, etc. The massage itself was fantastic, she hit every area I needed. Afterwards she also gave me a stretch to use for my pain points. Overall it was a really great and stress free experience. I'll be coming back here for my next massage. read more

Loved this place. $60 off a couples massage for the first visit. We had a really relaxing experience.

Ivan was wonderful! I haven't had a massage in a while, but he was truly so great! The lovely ladies at the front desk were also wonderful. Will be booking again! read more

I had such a great time here. My masseuse fixed the knot in my shoulder. And the hostess was extremely nice and welcoming to their establishment read more

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and professional, and they do an amazing job pairing you up with the perfect therapist. I am a very active weight lifter, so I need a therapist who specializes in deep tissue work, and Jeff Song is amazing! He really listens to what I need from the session and I leave there feeling great every time. Highly recommend Elements Massage Arcadia. read more

The massages are decent but they make it difficult to cancel your membership. I spoke with the Camelback location that said they could email me the cancellation form but realized my membership was through this location (so I recommend getting your membership through Camelback to avoid complications when attempting to cancel). When I called this location the manager refused to email me the form. I explained that I travel a lot and getting into that location would be difficult, she was unwilling to work with me. This is obviously a tactic to lock people into their memberships a few more months until they can make it into the location to cancel, so just be aware of this when you sign up! read more

Jenney ( Jenae) is the best massage therapist I have ever tried and I have probably tried about 100 and she has techniques for the neck and jaw like no other person I've ever experienced!! Truly. She has super strong hands and knows exactly what to do when you have a bad neck and TMJ and whatever you need help with she can do wonders because man did she ever for me I!! I have now joined elements and will be a regular once to twice a week because of this girl and the front desk Veronica was so sweet and helpful and I was very comfortable with the whole staff and my whole experience 5+ stars all the way around ! I would highly recommend this place and these people read more

I was traveling in Phoenix and really needed a massage. I had been to the Elements place in Brea, CA, but they were shut down because of Covid. So when I found this Elements Massage on Indian School Road I was quick to make an appointment. I had neck surgery several years ago and and have some scar tissue which is probably the cause of my tremendous pain, also stress, tension etc. I explained all of this to the receptionist and she suggested I see Andrew, who specialized in Deep Tissue massage and booked a 90-minute massage. I had a brief consultation with Andrew before we began and explained my issues and showed him exactly where my pain was focused. He said he could definitely help me. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and puts you at ease. I have had both men and women work on me before, so that wasn't an issue for me but having a person who really KNOWS the body, muscles, tendons, circulatory system and how they all work together is so important. I'm sure the other people who work at Elements are great too, but I felt Andrew was so knowledgeable and, careful to check in with me on my pain level and how I was doing throughout the massage, when I travel back to Phoenix, I will ask for him again. The staff there are super nice and accommodating. The treatment room was clean and everyone wore a mask and was very careful with their Covid procedures, so I felt confident that I would be safe there. To finish up, I would highly recommend Elements Massage and Andrew, I will definitely come back again. read more

Alisha was awesome! I recently moved to the area and have been putting off massages due to a recent change in income. She really helped with my back and shoulder and wrist pain. She was also pleasant to talk with if you like conversing, but she is understanding if you want to relax as well. I will definitely get a membership once I am able to. read more

Horrible! Rip-Off! The $69 massage is a rip off! I happened to look at my statement and noticed I was charged $69 even though I stopped having massages in Feb. When I went in to be reimbursed they pulled out a contract I signed that I had no idea I'd be charged monthly whether I showed up or not! Sleazy! What a scam! Corporate, fine print, legalese, that's what there good at! Massage, forget it! The three times I went, they changed the therapist at the last minute. I can see why they quit! No scruples! If you want a legit massage without the deception, please go somewhere else! All they care about is the money! Don't do it! read more

A friend recommended Bobby for a massage. I travel regularly, carrying luggage, computer, sleeping on airplanes and hotels causing a lot of muscle strain and fatigue. I am 6 foot, 260 pounds finding it hard to find a good massage. Bobby was great. From the beginning he asked how much pressure to use... I tell every professional to give me all the pressure they can... it was the best massage I have had in years. I highly recommend Bobby. He knows what he is doing and I will definitely be going back. Thanks Bobby! read more

I'm beyond pleased!! Beautiful, relaxing ambiance! Great customer service upon entry, My massage therapist, Esther is THE BEST! Being a cancer survivor, my body is fragile. This was the first time in months I've had NO PAIN In my body AT ALL! ESTHER IS A MIRACLE WORKER FOR THE SICK! A Healing hand indeed! read more

Sub-par massage, membership is a joke, customer service means nothing to the staff. Extremely unprofessional. As a member of the working class in the service industry, this is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If you are a snowbird, DO NOT use this service. And by all means, DO NOT sign up for a membership, they mistreat their members more than just the casual customer. They state that if you want to cancel their membership that you can cancel at anytime. But they force you to go INTO the store to sign something to cancel. How does that work when you are out of state half the year? Their business practices are predatory and they will charge you until they get their monthly payment. I pulled all my cash out of my bank account so they couldn't charge me again for a service they WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE UNLESS YOU PREPAY FOR ANOTHER SERVICE. Absolutely the WORST massage company. You are better off going to a real therapist. The massage I stopped in for originally was sub-par at best. Don't try to help the front desk attendant out with their "sign ups" you can't cancel unless you physically go in to cancel. What a joke of a company. Elements will NEVER get my business again. Extremely unprofessional. read more

So happy to finally have a great massage place in the neighborhood! My wife and I decided last minute to book massages after a long weekend of moving and they were able to get us right in. The girls working the front desk were super nice when we walked in. Both of our massages were extremely relaxing, and they focused on the areas we needed. They matched us both up with masseuses who were specialists in the areas we wanted- deep tissue for me. Excited to go back. read more

Great Value! The staff was very professional. The ambience was so relaxing and serene. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Enjoyed a relaxing massage with Nikki today at Elements Arcadia. She kept it light which is what I prefer and did a marvelous job massaging my head, hands and feet as well. I could easily have fallen asleep because it felt so good. Front desk staff attentive and friendly and I left with suggested tips and cards with stretches as well as a nice cold bottle of water. Thanks for getting my week end off to a great start. read more

Elements Massage in Arcadia is an oasis in the urban desert! My mom went around noon and they were extremely nice to her. She keeps mentioning how great she feels and how well Stephanie took care of her. I recently had a hand (finger pulley) injury from rock climbing and luckily Tim is very experienced in sports massage and a climber himself. He was careful and made sure that I wasn't in any pain. He even took some extra time to answer all of my questions. I was just visiting this weekend, but my mom's actually going back next week. I'll definitely be heading back next time I'm in town! read more

I have been coming to elements massage off and on for a few years. Its not only about the company who serves you but the massage therapist who knows their work. With that being said I highly recommend Blue. This guy knows his stuff. I have a highly stressful life and am always consumed with stress and it builds upon my body. We constantly forget our body is one system and if one thing is interrupted then it slows down other parts in the body like an assembly line. I have dealt with symptoms of what I thought could be carpal tunnel syndrome, after my visit with Blue I actually woke up with no numbness and pain in my hands. This has been a constant issue I have been dealing with for 5 years now. I had an hour with him and he was amazing. Everyone has different needs depending on their trigger point tensions but he is well worth the money. Start your recovery to feeling better. Best of all no side effects or surgery had to take place. I will be going back to see him again. I live in the west valley but will drive here to see him again. read more

I highly recommend this location! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Raina was very through and explained all the different options. The massage from Jeff was excellent and I will be returning. read more

Friendly Front Desk, Masseuse was very experienced and really identified my stress and pain points. Best massage I've ever had.

The space was clean and inviting. The receptionist was capable, confident and polite. The therapist did a fine job. A nice experience.

I initially wrote a very positive review of this business. I have been a "Member" for about 6 months now. The place is still awesome, very relaxing and the massage therapists are still top notch. What upset me recently was being charged a 20% gratuity on what I thought was the "Member" rate for a 90 minute massage only to find later I was charged 20% gratuity on the "Non-Member" higher rate. When I expressed my concern about this, I was told the owner, Veronica would contact me regarding this oversight. That was 4 days ago and I still have not heard. I will continue to follow up with this, but in the meantime, If you want to tip your massage therapist 10, 15 or 20% make sure you understand what rate you are tipping on. Beware, the employees just look at the "tip card" at the front desk, rather than looking up your member rate. At this point, not sure if I will continue to be a member, as the benefits have not proven to be worthy of my monthly auto draft. Disappointed ;( read more

What made my service so great was my therapist, Tim. He was outstanding! I would come back for him alone. I believe Christina was the Sales Associate at the reception desk. She was great too! I called in to schedule an appointment and that goal was accomplished with the help of Christina. read more

As a former massage therapist, I was very skeptical about going to elements for a massage but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with their service. My therapist, Ariel, was extremely thorough and attentive to my requests for her to focus on specific pain points. Overall, the experience was top notch from the relaxing waiting area to the professionalism of the staff; it was a very tranquil environment and exactly what I needed to help work some of the stress out of my life. Great job Elements -- thrilled to have you in the Arcadia neighborhood! read more

Finally was able to check out the new Elements in Arcadia! Excellent location, beautiful space and a friendly, accommodating staff. Bobby was truely amazing. I'm in the Esthetics business and I have had many massages from all over the world. Bobby really know his craft. I dare you to try to be stressed in this place. The ambiance of relaxation is present as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and helpful. There is clearly an attention paid to quality and beauty here. My massage with Rhonda was deep and luxurious. I heard Stephanie does very deep work as well (that's my favorite and sometimes hard to find). The price is affordable and well worth what I received in return. Will definitely be going back here! read more
