Elements Massage - Massage Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Chantae is amazing. Life changing massage. Truly unbelievable experience. This location is incredible, clean and great staff!

Elements massage is amazing staff as always! Clean and professional. Highly recommend for a gift to yourself or anyone you love!

I had an AMAZING massage today from Jason. I got my full 90 minute and he focused on my problem areas instead of rushing to do full body when that's not really what I needed. I left feeling so much better. I booked my next appointment before I left. I've been getting massages for several years now and this was one the best for sure! read more

Cindy at Elements was absolutely incredible. I came in with a pretty intense kink in my shoulder and she immediately understood what was going on. She brought so much energy, care, and attention to the session, and it's clear she's extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to work through tension. I left feeling significantly better and really appreciated how thoughtful and focused she was throughout the massage. Highly recommend Cindy. read more

Nothing like scheduling an appointment and walking in when it's scheduled to be told that they've double booked and you cannot be seen. Not a courtesy call before I drove there or anything. Made me come in just to be told I couldn't be seen. Incredible. read more

Warning for potential gift card purchasers: My wife gifted me a 90 minute massage. When i arrived to redeem it, presented the physical gift card, they informed me that someone else had already used it. They told me the name of the person who cashed it in, I didn't know them, and neither did my wife. The receptionist offered me a reasonable explanation, someone likely typed in the wrong number for the other person's gift card. The manager wasn't on site, but would call me back tomorrow. Meanwhile, I could either pay for or cancel my scheduled massage. I paid. After a week of the manager not calling me back, I called them. Not available. However, "I can take your number and have them call you back." No call. A few days later I called again, same thing. I stopped by in person, no manager on site but they would leave my name for the manager to call. No call. Months later, I still have the physical gift card, which I now view as a $189 bookmark. read more

Management is sub par. Can't keep good therapists so a different one every time you go in.

On vacation and I'm so looking forward to some rest and relaxation, and what better way than a full body massage. When I walked in the ambiance is really giving vacation vibes. I'm with my daughter and she's very pleased with the entire set up and our massage therapist Jerry was really helpful and great with his massage not too much pressure and just made his 1st massage feel amazing!! read more

Do not sign up for a membership here or believe them about how easy it is to stop your membership. I called and asked to stop my membership do to some personal issues. I emailed AND mailed back my cancellation form. Guess what. They took out money from my account for this month. Thanks. You have made my month a little harder. read more

DJ. WOW. I don't think I've had a better massage before. His energy and attention to detail was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend booking with DJ! read more

Do not sign up for a membership here. I was overcharged for a payment and instead of a refund they offered to "upgrade" me for the mistake. The "upgrade" is just the equivalent to what they overcharged me for so I am essentially just paying for something I didn't ask for.... I asked for a refund and they said it wasn't possible because they can't do partial refunds (?) I'm not sure how their entry error has become something I am forced to pay for but here we are lol. Extremely frustrating and not worth the hassle honestly. I do want to give credit to the massage therapist & staff I did encounter though. Outside of the scammy membership ordeal, the service I received was good. Nothing negative to say about the staff or how they've treated me. I understand that these refund rules are likely above the front desk staff and massage therapists so I don't blame them for having to be the messenger. I do wish a manager would help fix this problem instead of leaving it to be the customer's problem. read more

I've always had a great experience coming here! It's clean and they're professional. Yunuen is without a doubt the very best! She listens and focuses on your problem areas, I always leave feeling so much better! Happy I have found such a great place! read more

Wow!!! I had such a great experience today at Elements Massage on Indian School. I have massages on a regular basis but this is my first time going to Elements. The service I received was 5 stars from start to finished. Up on my arrival I was greeted by to friendly young ladies at the front desk. I had the pleasure for Brittney to assist with my check in. She was sooo friendly and very professional explaining the process and what to expect. My massage started at the scheduled time. My therapist, Jason was Awesome!!! He was very professional and addressed the problem areas during my massage. I highly recommend Jason! Providing great service is the key for having happy clients. Thanks again for the amazing experience. read more

Update! I have now been a member here for almost 3 years and can honestly say, it is the highlight of my month. From the moment I call in to make an appointment with the sweetest front office team, to the moment I step out, smelling of eucalyptus and feeling completely stress + pain free. But, this review is really about Maria. You guys, part of me doesn't even want to write her name on here because she is already hard to get into but she deserves all of the praise! Not only did she make my pregnancy pains disappear, she is the sweetest and most talented therapist. I don't have words to describe how grateful I am for her. My husband is super picky about massages and rarely feels satisfied but Maria does the trick for him! I cannot wait to go back after social distancing is over. I'm having serious withdrawals!! Thank you for making us feel great, every time! read more

First impression: Very clean/spotless and a welcoming entrance and person at the front desk My massage: it was a very relaxing experience and the masseuse definitely paid attention to what I needed. I left feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next appointment! read more

I was supposed to get a relaxing, 90 minute massage and cupping. No cupping happened and the masseuse left the room and never came back half way through. The women at the front told me that has happened before. Hard pass! read more

Let me start by saying the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. There was a mixup on my appointment and they got me in right away. I personally do not like to be talked to during my sessions and that would be my one complaint. The therapist are so nice and try to carry conversation but I personally want to unwind and enjoy a talk free session. Maybe that is one thing that can be noted on the intake form for the therapists. The therapist overall are great but often times can only get to one or two areas in a session and so it does not really feel like you got an entire body massage compared to other places I've been. I think they are great if you don't need tailored work and looking for a place that is friendly and good. read more

Danya is the best! I have been getting massages for many years and I have never liked someone and continue to go back to them the way I have for Danya. She really takes the time to focus on exactly what you're wanting and targeting the specific areas where you're feeling pain or tightness. We have made great progress with my back pain specifically and she even told me she noticed a difference as well. I pay for the monthly membership and it is completely worth it. If you have a membership you get your massages on a discounted rate. You were able to pause your membership at any time which I like because I like the flexibility if needed. I will continue to come here as long as Danya is working! read more

I received the couples massage with my boyfriend. It was my first time going to an Elements massage place so they gave me the introductory member rate. I had the pleasure of booking over the phone with Stephanie whose personality shined though the phone! We were told to get there at least 15 minutes ahead of time in order to fill out paperwork, which we did. Once we got there Stephanie was even more of a kindred spirit! She was funny, witty and pleasant. Once we filled out the paperwork we were called to the rooms by our therapists Will and Jeff. These guys were also very nice. My boyfriend had Will and he says that he did a good job with his massage. Will applied a little lighter pressure than what he's use to, but he liked the massage nonetheless. I had Jeff S. who applied a really good deep pressure. He was very attentive to the knots and tension that I have in my shoulders, neck and back. I really like that once we were walking out from the massage we were handed full BOTTLES of water!!! Lastly, I like that we were given some cards that explained what exercises would be beneficial to us individually. I'd definitely be back to see my therapist again. read more

Superb massages and superb customer service. I got a same day appointment and the staff were very helpful in scheduling. And then my massage, from Wilson, was top-notch. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I spoke with Isabel over the phone who was super delightful . This was my first time at this location . Love this place!! I keep coming back because Sandra is a great masseuse and the front desk team is really friendly, easy to make appointments with and always books you with the masseuse you request. It's super convenient to my home and also has a few assigned spots right up front so easy to get to! The facility is really relaxing and has great fruit infused water. They also offer all the usual upgrades massage places have such as the hot stones, cupping, CBD oil and scented lotion. Definitely recommend signing up for their awesome membership. It helps keep me on track getting regular massages. read more

I am quite disappointed with the overall service that I received when I went for a 90-minute massage with cupping. I had to repeatedly ask the massage therapist, Nickie, to press harder and to remind her to focus on the right side of my neck. I told her that it would likely take a lot to get the knots out, to which she replied "you'd be surprised" but did not fully address the knots. As a result, I had to go seek out other treatments from other providers as a result of Nickie at Elements Massage falling short of my expectations for a professional massage meant to alleviate soreness and discomfort. I mentioned all this to a Brittany when she followed up and all she offered was $10 off my next visit... HA! I will not be returning to Elements Massage. Frequent local businesses that appreciate the business. read more

I had a 90 min massage with salt stones, it was just amazing. Anna did I great job, will definitely go back.

By far, the best massage I've ever gotten... hands down. Very attentive and friendly staff. Lexus is great at what she does! I went in for a massage and decided to add cupping to it, since I've been having a lot of tension in my back. I've never been so relaxed! Definitely recommend this place! read more

crazy ass week, break up- worst of my life, stressed beyond belief and i needed to relax so i went here. my massage was EXCELLENT! Front desk staff is very nice, pretty and professional when i came in a few weeks ago they welcomed me with smiles, gave me water before my appointment and really made me feel heard when they did this kinda interview thing before i went in. my therapist was so attentive to my needs and when i walked out the pink haired girl gave me the best little pep talk that i really needed that day, and even recommended a great new dog food to switch my dog to since i mentioned her allergies in passing before the appointment. i really felt cared for from start to finish, next time i come in im going to do the cupping and HOT STONES, maybe even an aroma. i smelled the eucalyptus because they actually have testers for you to try before you buy. LOVE THIS PLACE. getting a membership when i can afford it lol! read more

I really love that everything is so easy and relaxing. From when you first make the appointment to getting there and waiting with your infused water for your massage therapist to come usher you back, it's really such a breeze. Massage wise, I LOVE BLUE. I work a desk job and am boxing trainer so my neck and shoulders are just a complete nightmare. Luckily, my boy blue works up a sweat and gets alllll of my knots out. Seriously, go to Blue. read more

This was my second time at this massage center, my first time was a complete disaster: The "masseuse" was like a sumo trainer! I had asked for a deep tissue massage, I'm 116 pounds and he's putting all his weight on me. I was not at all comfortable and he actually pulled a muscle in my ribs. Well soon after I posted about it to warn others, the manger called and arranged a free session with their top massage therapist and let me tell you, I'm not surprised he's the best, deep tissue the way it's supposed to be. If you call this location for a massage say "anyone but Leo! Preferably Ramon" read more

UPDATE: So after i hung up the call the first time after telling Krystal how i had a SATURDAY appt. I get a call from another employee Lorianne two hours later asking if i'm still coming to my appt Sunday ... NO ! For the 3x I repeated this ... this week!! Gee wiz... I originally made an one hour massage for Sunday 11/8 and called around Tuesday/Wednesday to book that same one hour massage (don't remember the employees name) for Saturday instead. Since I KNEW I was going to have a crazy day at work so i would get some relaxation after work. (I live in Buckeye and work in DT Phoenix) So I brought all my stuff to change into knowing i'd come straight to my massage in Goodyear today. So yesterday I got a voicemail confirming my SUNDAY appt and was at work so could not answer them. By the time I got out I forgot to call them back and they were closed at that point. I am on my way there today 11/7 it's 4:20 pm and I called and spoke to Krystal ... I called her to let her know idk why I keep getting calls to confirm the Sunday appt when I CANCELLED it earlier this week. She stated there was NO APPT for me today at that time. I'm VERY UPSET about this inconvenience. Now i'm left hurting. This spa is very unorganized!!!! read more
