Terrible company from person at phones to those out in the field, they are really bad, take money and run. They are very unorganized, and are only out for themselves. Just read the reviews, the owner does not have the crew to satisfy all of the clients, that is why there is 50% good work, vs 50% unacceptable work. Our experience with Elements was positive in every way. We found them capable, professional and cooperative. We did major landscaping from multiple retaining walls to a double sided water fall feature and the results are spectacular. Job took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances, but Jason and his crew were all so very nice, it wasn't a problem having them on our property. This company was recommended to me by a friend who has always had good service from them. I called them in the worst possible time when they were inundated with customers needing snow removal. Even though I was a brand new customer and never done business with them, they went out of their way to come over to my house and help my family out. The two men who came over were very nice and did an excellent job. I plan on using them again in the future and would highly recommend them. read more

The first year I used this company they were fantastic. The second season when they showed up to turn my sprinklers on they never set my timer and left my garage door open when they left. When I had them come back for the winterization. They sent a bill. They had never come to do the service. I know they had NOT been there as I had been home all day and knew they hadn't. Trying to let this go as a misunderstanding I had them come back in the spring of this year and they came to my house and broke my sprinkler system. They left a gushing sprinkler in my front yard leaving it flooded not bothering to call and tell The damage they have caused or give me the chance to shut the water off. The shut off valve is in my house. When I got home that evening it was a mess. Then they showed up at my house at 7:00 the next morning claiming they hadn't been there the day before but we're willing to fix my sprinkler system for free out kindness. Then today I received a bill for them for a winterization blowout, which of course they did not do nor had I even scheduled with them. Will never use them again or refer them. read more

I have used elements over the years till this year when they simply stop taking calls. I had them put in a new sprinkler system last year., They did not even bury the lines then when they blew it out they did such a bad job that they totaled the whole system. it was ruined after paying $28,000 which was also a big rip off. Very unprofessional that I can not even get them to call me back. They over charge you for sub par work then never call you back. I would give them a zero star rating but the lowest I can give I a 1 for crap read more

Well I would like to rate them on their service, but I can't because they never should up TWICE!! I contacted them towards the end of August and had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to show up to give me an estimate which was done by Jason. He seemed nice enough but was clearly in a hurry. He told me that someone in the office would contact me to get me on the schedule (which they did not). The following week I noticed 2 guys walking around my house, when I went out to confront them I saw they were from element. They told me they were here to mow my lawn. I did not request that, I was to get a small spring clean up. There response was "we dont know about that, we just do the work". Anyway...I walked around the house with them explaining again what I needed and let them get to it. 2 Minutes later they knocked on my door telling me they didnt have the proper tools and couldn't do the job and that the office manager would contact me....again she did not. The next day I called only to be told I would be out back on the schedule for the following week. And AGAIN no one showed up. So I made several attempts to call the office yesterday between 3pm-4pm and there was no answer. So I would highly recommend using a different company as this seems to be a common practice according to google and yelp reviews. read more

Now known as Elements Landscaping Service. Jason came to my house to look at my yard to give me an estimate. He said I would receive the estimate via email no later than 4 working days. 5 working days go by, I call Elements and leave a message to have Jason call me. 2 days later, no call back; I call ELEMENTS again, talk to a lady, believe her name was Shelly, told her the situation, she told me she would check Jason's email. She says she knows he sent it, but sometimes for some reason it doesn't go thru. So I give her an alternate email, she says she will resend it. 2 more days go by, called again, got answering machine, I leave a message, on the answering machine, it states will get back to you within 24 hours...that was 72 hours ago. Called 1 more time, answering machine again. Beware using this company. I have wrote to BBB regarding this company as well as all media outlets. I received numerous recommendations on this company from my real estate friends, I will let them know how I was treated. Hopefully they will kick them to the curb. read more

I hired this company to remove Landscape. They did a decent job, but they billed me $160.00 over the written bid. They are not real good at returning calls. Their Yellow Pages ad has "Fast, Friendly Service and always on time" . Negative to that. Think twice before you call this company. read more
