It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. I know because I had just finished raking it two days before.

They told us we had to remove our beautiful grass so they could hydroseed it with the wildflowers. We spent hours doing that. After removing the grass, they came out and did the areas we asked. We followed their directions to the "T". The following years we found out wildflowers are so temperamental with weather, dirt quality, none of the things we knew about before we hired them. Now we just have a crappy looking grassy area with very few flowers. Our HOA wanted to fine us the way it looked!! After MANY phone calls with no response, they offered to give us $30 back for the seeds of the wildflowers not producing. All that work and we are so disappointed. We paid $600 for a less quality grass!! I just want to let people know wild flowers can be temperamental evidently, so we are told. Don't do it!! We feel so let down. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
