Most hotels have a 24 hour store serves the purpose of both convenience store and gift shop. Many are just junk souvenirs stores. But NOT this one! The F1 section is great and they have Charlie bear collections! Of course I got something super cute. Hubby got keychains for his coworkers, those are so cute so I had to take a couple from him. Instantly fell in love with this shop for a few reasons, number one being the service, if you're used to a neighborhood store, wether it be your favorite liquor or personal needs, those things are important when you're away from home. While the prices are definitely going to be more expensive, you have to realize where you are & that they're convenient & open 24/7. Our clerk Mrs/Ms Telethia (I believe that's her name) was awesome. She was pleasant & kind & personable but didn't do too much. Answered my questions & did her job. Her persona in spaces like these is rare so I'm very grateful while short & to others may be typical, it was a great experience for me. More than just customer service but doing the job with care, common sense & personality. Also I had an issue at this hotel & the maintenance person was awesome as well. The security staff was great too. There were a few bad apples but my experience at elements made me quickly reflect on my other interactions with staffers here. I'm big on service people being kind & being treated kind. Even the woman that answered the phone for my request was kind. My friend stayed in another room & had an issue & she said they handled her issue well. This is rare these days which is why I had to take the time & give it kudos. I hope this all made sense. If for no other reason, the cleanliness, the service & my interaction at Elements (gift boutique) will make say the Aria & above is the standard when in Vegas. We spent a total of $600 here. Six hundred dollars. At a hotel sundry store. 1st time we came we bought Advil & souvenirs. Costed $200. The cashier who helped us, (wish I got her name: f w/ brown hair in her 20's) was very sweet. She made us feel welcomed. We got back to our room & my kids decided they wanted to use their allowance money to buy these cute but expensive "Charlie Bears" so we head back down. FLOWER accosted us as we walked in, shouting, "can I help you wiff somefing?" NOT in a nice or friendly tone. It felt aggressive. I ignored her & told my kids, "Go find your bears." We walk towards the kids section & Flower walks close to us, flags her co-workers & signals for them to watch us. Idiotic move. We are not, nor have we ever been thieves but she made me feel like she believed we were. I felt insulted and demeaned by Flower. My kids took their time choosing their $160 (each) bears-- They wanted to make SURE they picked the best ones.They chose 2 really cute bears & I found 5 Buddha statues & an elephant. We went to ring up our items & chose the other cashier's line but Flower held out her hand & said, "come." We reluctantly went to her line & she scanned everything. It was over $400. I told her we wanted to room charge. She says, "I can't do that. Your purchase is over $400." She asks for my ID & room number anyway. I gave her both & she says, "your name isn't on the room." I say, "my hubby called down & put me on the room." She says, "no. He has to be here." The lines behind us are long. There are many ears & eyes & her voice was very loud & abrasive. She seemed to be purposely trying to embarrass me. She calls the front desk & says, "she wants to make a room charge but her name isn't on the room. I shouldn't let her, right?" Then hangs up & says, "they said I'm right." I tell her again. But slower this time so she can understand. "My husband put me on the room. They told him I could make room charges." "You have to go to the front desk with him & show them your IDs." She says, smugly. The other woman who didn't want to help us tells me, "she can hold your bags for you." My kid tries to hand the bag back. Flower looks at my kid & makes a 'fork it over' gesture. "Gimme. GIMME." She rudely says & yanks at it. Remember there were about a dozen ppl behind us & she was making a scene. We left & went back up to our room. I was ready to say eff this & eff them but I know my kids really REALLY wanted those bears so I told my husband. "The witch downstairs won't let us room charge." He got mad & called the front desk. They told him, "no, there's nothing here saying your wife can't room charge, she's good to go. She can charge." WTF right? So hubby's like, "go back down & get it." So we go back down AGAIN. I walk in, looking for someone ELSE to help me but the girl at the register says, "Flower has your stuff in the back" Wonderful. The last person in the world I want to see or deal with. Walk to the back & she's standing there. instead of apologizing or owning up to her a-hole actions, she says, "the front desk called me. You didn't tell me you had two rooms." As if that makes a difference! No sorries, just more surly, sour attitude. I sign the charge slip, she hands me our bags. We're walking out & I notice the items in my bag are clanking together. I open the bag & things are Literally thrown in the bag as if I just bought from goodwill. I'm pissed & march back in but suddenly, Flower refuses to help me. Tells another girl to take care of it. Now it's MY turn to get loud. "I just spent over $400 & She just threw everything in the bag like it's garbage. I want everything packed nicely." "We don't have anything to wrap it with." The girl says. "Can you at least put them in separate bags? I don't want them to bash against each other like that. They're gonna get damaged." She holds up some little bags & tries to hand them to me, as if she wants ME to pack MY OWN stuff. I'm like hell no. You do it.' & hand her my bag. She puts them in the bags & hands it back. That night hubby asks if I want to go back & see if they have boxes. "Those things came in boxes, they might still have them." He says, so we go & he asks. This new shift of people are super nice to him & ask us to wait. After a few minutes, TALETHA (beautiful woman, beautiful name) comes out with two cardboard boxes & some bubble wrap. (Just shows that I was lied to by the other girl, who was just too lazy to make things right earlier in the day.) Flower & those working w/her were horrible. Terrible experience. Taletha, on the other hand deserves a raise or a promotion or a bonus or something for making things right. She gave us excellent customer service, is respectful, has a lot of class, and knows how to treat people. read more

I was browsing when approached by an employee to obtain a free sample for a VALAISS cream from Switzerland. After she asked us where we were visiting from and she was trying to make conversation she told us to walk further in to the store to obtain an eye cream sample. The second sample was handed to us once we arrived at a booth and she leaves us there with a man who then says he's going to apply a sample under the eye. He used a mini fan to dry it. You could really tell the difference once applied te eye looked refreshed but I never buy certain products without checking reviews. It felt exactly like having glue applied and drying up to feel a little tighter. An hour later you can see a white residue under my eye that felt like sand/grainy I rubbed it right off. This is clearly a scam. I opened the bag of 2 samples and to my surprise both were exactly the same. Don't be fooled by these people. They also mentioned the promotion from $1000 to $300 for their product. I'm sharing my experience so that other people think about it twice before actually buying this crap. read more

So this is the 24-hour gift shop/anything you need store at Aria. Swim suits, tape, scissors, a hat, sunscreen, potato chips ... it's kinda like a fancy Walgreen's. If you're staying at Aria and decide you want some bubbly or wine, forget room service! I asked the concierge if there was a price difference in buying a few bottles from Elements versus ordering from room service, and she highly suggested Elements. They had bottles of bubbly that ranged $20-200, which was more than reasonable compared to the least expensive $60 bottle of never-heard-of brand. We were doing a little lingerie shower in the suite before our first night on the town, so six bottles of Korbel at $20 a pop was well within budget. Service was friendly, the place is spacious, and once again, it's open 24-7. read more

This place has everything you may need at a random moment's notice. We were walking off the buffet food and we were browsing in this store for a souvenir of sorts for my sister. We found entertainment in all of the items that they had for sale. This store has everything! We noticed an array of items such as classy design shot glasses or aria logo shot glasses, wine bottles, liquor, snacks, hair brushes of all kinds, aria apparel, nail polish, bath goods, medicine, fine jewelry, our favorite Teaforté tea canisters, even playful intimate gifts such as edible body lotion, feather teaser/whip, and aphrodisiac candles - The list goes on with everything that they had available for purchase! What actually caught my eye, was the dressy clothing they had out on display for women. I saw an elegant and sexy black dress that I had to try on, it was perfect for my upcoming birthday next week! I loved the cut and style of the dress, plus the beading on the sleeves were gorgeous! The price of the dress was steep ($128), but it's obviously in line with typical casino store pricing. This is my first visit and probably will be my last. I entered elements at ari by accident. I needed to wait for a friend of mine who is on a business trip to Vegas. I decided to look around and to check the hotle store. It's a cozy well-stocked place with reasonable prices. I decided to ask a well-dressed gentleman about a jacket that was on a 50% promotion. Initially, he was nice and polite. Then he started to push me to buy it. Once I stated that I am not going to buy and I am just looking aroun, he turned. Candy, Soda, Water, T-Shirts, Smokes, Shot Glasses, Bottle Openers, you know the standard tchotchky/convenience store you find in a resort. This one is no different......useless stuff, high prices.....you know you're as guilty as me and buy stuff from these places from time to time.....that's when you kick yourself for forgetting the toothpaste and spend $7 for a tube the size of your thumb that will last 1 trip. However the reason I am giving them one star is this: I saw a necklace on the mannequin I liked, I looked at the price tag on the necklace of 34$ . I was trying to stay on a budget so checking the price was important before trying it on and loving it and it being more then what I wanted to pay. She was fidgeting with it (thinking she was just taking it off and on) not realizing she was removing the tag.... She rang me up . I also bought a top and two skirts . The total seemed a little higher then my calculations but figured it was sales tax. I walked out, got home checked my receipt and the necklace was rang up at 59.99 and the tag was now gone off the necklace!!!! What a scam! I specifically remember the price and thinking if it's more than 40$ I'm not getting it and it being 34 I said ok. Not to mention the tag was now off the necklace completely . How shady .... Over the course of my stay in Vegas I bought there: - a cap and a hat to protect me from the sun - the sunscreen and after the sun lotion - flip-flops - the medicine for the sore throat - the eye drops for the dry eyes - the thermometer that measured temperature also in Celsius - nail polish - lots of alcohol and sweets You can also find a wide range of medicine, cosmetics, clothes, souvenirs and jewelry there. This place is annoying because none of their merchandise have price tag/labels on them. When I found out that my liter of water was $8bucks I almost had a heart attack. I had to walk my butt all the way here from Vdara after asking the concierge where the nearest "convenience store" was. Vdara didn't have one... so off I go! After passing by their large buddha with bills and change strewn about, I found this lovely store. The front has tons of "touristy" goodies... sweatshirts, keychains, purses, jewelry, etc. The further into the store you go, the more practical the items for sale. All I needed here was some Advil and Pepto. Hey... it's Vegas... don't judge. They have small "travel size" packages for those who don't want to buy whole bottles/containers. They also have fridges along the wall filled with drinks and snacks nearby. The service here isn't stellar. It's a 24 hour location, so they're probably tired. I would be too. So many drunkies. Anyway. I recommend this place for people staying at Vdara. And Aria... obviously. read more

On my most recent Vegas trip I forgot my phone charger, so I picked one up here. The staff person helped me make sure I got one with the right connector. They also have clothes, water, snacks and tons of other stuff. The store is set up very well for wheelchair users. Ummm... Just theeeee coolest "sundries" / giftstore in any hotel! My toes were messed up from wearing painful shoes... typical vegas moment for a lot of us so I was in search for bandages... My roomie for the weekend looked for the sundries store in our hotel and found this place... when you first come here, you think you're at a typical gift store... there's everything that says Aria~ cups, clothes, shot glasses, keychains... but there's a lot more! There is also cosmetics, lotions, food, snacks from Dean and Deluca, all different chocolates from around the world, any type of alcohol you can think of, toys, ummm HELLO KITTY items!!!... It's a really big store. I was unable to find the toiletries section, so I had to ask and she had told me a lot of people past by that area... she took me through a doorway with no door into this room full of everything you can think of... it is set up like a circle and there was EVERYTHING from soaps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cell phone accessories, batteries... Today was a prime example of what lousy service looks and sounds like at the Elements at Aria store. I was engaged with the assistant manager by the name of Steve Artillaga. He is the perfect example of what every company should try to avoid when hiring rude and unprofessional workers. It actually felt like I was dealing with some unsympathetic used car sales person from the Circus Circus. This clerk named Steve had absolutely no customer service skills let alone the ability to communicate effectively. He was rude and rolled his eyes during our discussion but my favorite part was when he said the word "nope". Instead of simply apologizing for the stores mistake he choose to say "nope".... it's a slippery path when you have someone like Steve with a limited customer service skill set. He really seemed to relish in the power of the word "nope" and I sure in some weird way it made him feel good by not listening his customer. Excutive management at MGM Resorts should try and explain to Steve that the word "nope" is not to be used when doing business with customers. I would encourage anyone staying at the Aria Resort that needs products like sundries, T-shirts, jewelry, snacks or drinks to walk across the street and go directly to Planet Hollywood. Caesars Entertainment staff does a much better job with treating customers with respect and dignity. MGM Resorts really ought to send Steve to charm school. Or maybe just train him on the basics of delivering excellent customer service everyday. It costs MGM Resorts eight times more money to gain a new customer over the one they lost today. Good luck Steve you're going to need it because I'm sure you'll find other customers like me that you'll want to say "nope" too. My advise.... try yes! read more

As someone mentioned, it's a nice upscale gift shop. However, when I went in today they had a 50% off sale on a couple racks. They also have a sundries area, which is nice and convenient for guests of the hotel. I came in to pick up some scented sticks, the air fragrance in Crystals. However, there was another scent used in Aria that smelled like Vanilla, so I got that as well. Each stick lasts about two weeks and a container is about $25. You can put them in your air vents and they'll freshen the air. The good thing is the store is open 24 hours. read more

This is a 24 hour LV Casino store on steroids. It's deceptively huge and sells anything you could want pretty much. It has the items that you would need for a hotel stay in case you forgot something (toiletries/drugs/lotions). They have food and drink items to party it up or to take to your room (snacks/alcohol/drinks). They have a huge array of souvenirs and Aria paraphernalia to satisfy any taste. I have never seen so many different types of Aria shot glasses. lol. They have higher end gifts such as expensive tea or nice bottles of wine or even expensive sunglasses. We found a lot of different little items to give away as souvenirs so it was a good find. Of course, I bought my 5-hr energy for the drive home as well. read more

What a lovely gift shop with such stylish choices from clothes to jewelry, candles, soap, lotion, and accessories. It truly reflects the ambience of the Aria - new, hip, sparkly, charming, dazzling. I love this place, simply love it. It is my style and the clothes are a nice fit on me. That's difficult to find with my body type. I have never seen a store that is completely my taste and if I could take one of everything home, I would! My favorite dress is from here. Elements is a gift shop in Aria that sells cigarettes , snacks and some interesting , random gifts and suveniors . They had blackjack strategy cards for $2 which was kinda random but nice . The snacks and beverages at this store might be kind of overpriced just like everything else in Vegas but the great thing about this store is that they're open 24 hours . read more

I didn't stay in this store long enough to even see any of their merchandise because I was so disturbed by the situation that I walked in on. I saw a young lady probably about 100 lbs at the most standing towards the front of the store by the escalator. There was a man standing next to her yelling at the top of his lungs at her something about "my customer, don't ever do that again!" Then I saw him very aggressively grab something out of her hands! The poor girl flinched as if maybe this is something that happens in her line of work often! She tried to walk away from him but he followed her to the back of the store where there was a spa looking kiosk. Then I saw a second gentleman come to the back area and started to yell at this small girl as well! Both men were literally standing over this little girl screaming at her. I was looking for security but couldn't find any anywhere so I just stood by and waited just in case someone actually hit her in that case I would jump in and help her. I'm still so disappointed that I saw this! I'm wondering what I should do and I'm putting this up so that hopefully someone is management will see it and do something about it.
