    nails 2 weeks later !!
    Natalie C.

This place is AWESOME. My friend and I went here and loved our nails. They do not take appointments and it gets very busy in there so that is really the only downside but as long as you're willing to wait you'll get an amazing product. Everything is so clean and the staff are really really nice! They work with what you want. It is not unreasonably priced at all. We got such a great deal for our acrylics. I will definitely only go back here for my nails in Manhattan.

I would give no stars if I could. Way overpriced and literally the WORST pedicure I've ever had in my life. I made an appt today for a new full set and gel pedicure but I never got my nails done because the pedicure was such a bad experience. First, she was not gentle at all and I had to say so numerous times. She left my feet in worse shape then they were before. My feet after, are rough and have scratches everywhere where she used a regular file square to do the bottoms. The hot towels were way to hot, when I told her so she said they have to be, it's good for you. She tried to skip the massage portion of my $65 pedicure and went straight to painting my toenails. When I asked about the massage part she gave me an attitude and said she hadn't gotten there yet, everyone knows you wait til after the polish is done to massage because doing it before is bad for polish. ?!?! I've gotten many pedicures and never had them wait until the very end to do that part. Then I got a half assed massage that lasted less than 2 mins total. She had to repaint my toenails 3 times because it was horribly bubbly and wavy looking. The first time she noticed and asked if it was okay. I told her no, I'd like them re-done. She filed off a small bit of the gel polish and re-did them and they were worse! I told her I was not happy at all and she got mad. She tried to convince me to leave them. Then said, I'll do your nails and we'll fix them after. I told her no I wanted them finished now and that I wasn't going to do a full set after all. At this point I had been there an hr and half and I didn't know if the polish was bad or if it was poor skill but she sure as hell wasn't doing my nails if they were going to look like that. She took the polish off, first with cotton balls soaked in acetone. She tried putting them on me before I even removed my sandals, with me telling her to stop so I could take them off (she didn't listen) and now the leather on one is bubbling from the acetone. She then opted to use the dremel, took the polish off (cutting me in the process) and repainted them. While they are better... honestly they still look like shit. They are still wavy just not as bad as before. I finally gave up and left. This was the worst experience I've ever had, at ANY nail salon and I will never go back!

    Bad nail paint job.

Came with my step daughter and granddaughter. The gals they got were fine. The woman who worked on my mani-pedi was awful. She was rough, didn't massage at all , just put lotion on then towels, and did a half-ass job, as I done way before the other two. If you come here don't get the old woman with glasses that sits at table 9!! I won't come here again.

    The actual nails I wanted

I went in there today at 4:45 but my appointment time was at 5:00. That's not even my problem here, I asked for what was in the second picture but got the first picture. I told the lady I wanted long nails that I paid an extra $5.00 for, these aren't long at all. I wanted to tell her stop but because the foundation was already laid, I already paid for it and It was already later in the day, I just let her finish. I'm really disappointed in my nails and my little cousins nails also. The staff are very friendly though. This wasn't what I'm use to, and I don't think I would be returning.

Kayla was great - I will be going back to her from now on. My French dipped nails turned out perfect!! Price was exactly as expected. They have little sheets that you check what services you want and it lists prices, so no surprises!

My daughter & I went and had our toes & nails done. It was a normal mani pedi for both. No fancy nails No fancy designs just gel color. Was $140 for both it's a bit pricy They do good work.

I had Angel and she did an amazing job ! No appointment and they still helped me out, Aso good price for full set, gel color !! (Btw nails are a week old in my pic)

Only suggestion I would make is to ASK to get your cuticles done, not sure if it cost extra
    Shelbylin S.

My nail tech was very sweet and knew exactly what I wanted..it's like she read my mind lol.. first time getting my nails done in YEARS I showed her a picture and she went to work..I wish I wasn't moving because she's amazing.. didnt get her name so I can't help you out with that :/ the ONLY thing you need to do is to make sure you ask to get your cuticles done..I didn't realize mine weren't done until after but still very please, but I don't know if it's included or if it cost extra.. so make sure you tell them "I want my cuticles done" if you want them done lol

    Gel mani

My go to for mani pedis! Anytime I go anywhere else my nails chip after a day or two. Clean environment and large selection of color. I always call the day of to see when they have open endings and don't have any issues!

I'm actually sad to write this. This was my nail salon that I was frequent at. My last experience…read morewas terrible. My husband bought me a mani pedi for Mother's Day. He was gone for 4 months while I took care of our infant and pregnant with baby #2 and working full time. To say I need some pampering is an understatement. My feet have calluses and my hands are destroyed from my job. My mani was just a dip, she didn't trim anything, shape my nails, or massage my hands/arms. Charged me $42! My pedicure was from another pregnant woman who was JUST as miserable as me. She didn't give me an option from the menu like usual. She just did the basic pedi. No hot stone, no massage, didn't work on the dry, cracked skin or calluses, etc. Charged me $55. The owner who I have worked with several times in the past tried to charge me for a gel removal on my fingers and questioned me on it. My hands haven't been touched by a manicurist in years due to my job destroying them. I was shocked that she didn't believe me. She was so sweet to me in the past. I only give them a two because all my prior visits before this one was awesome. But, after this, I won't be going back.

Nothing could be said of this place. I doubt the person giving me the wax job had ever been to any beach; otherwise, she would've taken her job even more seriously. The hot pan used was disgusting. The towels felt like the kind you'd probably find at a cheap motel. I think I was just not lucky enough to be 'helped' by an awful staff even though she was supposedly highly recommended. I wish I had remembered her name. Sure, she smiled when she walked into the room, but as soon as she started working, I knew I had made the biggest mistake. Not only did she seem to be in a rush, she was also sloppy. She also burned my skin. I would never go back.
